Called and left a message as soon as I got up and realized the heat was out. Amanda called me back within five minutes to let me know that as soon as she got into the office, she would have someone on the way. Technicians were here by 8:30, let me know what the problem was and everything was fixed within 2 hours. Definitely 5 stars for everyone involved!

Was told the repairman would come between 11:30 and 1:00. He was here at 11:30. Found the problem, ran back to pick up part, came and fixed it. Took less than an hour of work. Very nice and explained the issue in detail. The heat feels so good! Definitely recommend!

Friendly Heating and Cooling is the best. They came to my house and went above and beyond to get my heating system fixed. Very friendly, professional, and considerate. As a new customer I was very impressed with the businesses organization. They were very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The technician that was sent to my house was very thorough and found the issue I was having after working for over an hour and a half searching. When he came across something he wasn’t sure on he contacted more experienced technicians who were more than happy to help. Seems like the company works well as a team.

I highly recommend this company to anyone. They're always great to work with and get us fixed up each time they come out. This visit, Anthony was incredible! He got all of our issues addressed while going above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about the company and everyone that works there. The young man that come to fix my air conditioner was very knowledgeable he was respectful he checked everything that could be checked on my air conditioner he was on time I would recommend this company highly

Basically, the best. I called them with no heat on the coldest week in three years and they showed up that day. They needed to order parts which arrived overnight and technician was at the house at 9:15 in the morning. Thanks again for your great service and courtesy.

Saved me over $1,000. Previous company, that I did not go with (Jay's), misdiagnosed the issue, needed to order parts, and was going to charge me over $1,000 more. Plus my AC still wouldn't have worked.

No one likes having heating issues on a cold Saturday morning, so when it looked like my heat source might be down, I was fortunate to get help from Friendly Heating & Cooling. What I really appreciated was the time spent over the phone to resolve my problem. The technician was very patient, staying on the phone with me, making sure I had heat and would be okay. He could have told me he'd be here as soon as he could, but knew he could help over the phone, saving me a service charge--and on a Saturday when the rates are higher! Hope he doesn't get in trouble over that.

Our technician, Blake, was so awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my problem very efficiently. And as the company he represents, he is so friendly and personable. I'm very impressed with Friendly, and would recommend this company highly.

I just wanted to let current Friendly customers and potential customers know that the Friendly staff gave me a true 5 Star experience. I had contacted them to give me a price on a new system for a relative who is in the hospital. Sean Parries came to the house and quickly analyzed the situation and told me that the system did not need to be replaced at this time and recommended a cleaning and diagnostic service which I scheduled for the next week. Technician Keiton Cassell arrived on time and immediately went to work. Within a few hours the system was functioning properly. Keiton was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Friendly will be the company to replace the system when needed in the future. Yes, I will recommend Friendly Heating & Cooling to friends and relatives!

What a great experiance. Not only did the company come in at teh right price but the whole experiance was amazing. Our salesman Sean was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for instead of try to push or upsale. Our instal team Dalton Tristan and Jason were not only effecitent but professional and kind. Follow up and inspection were smooth and the whole experiance was great.

Today we met Koby Clark to discuss installation of heat pump system. Our house is 50 years old so presented little bit of challenge. Koby was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful with bit of humor thrown in. We knew very little about heat pumps but he was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond in helping us to decide on right heat pump for our needs and was not pushing in our decision of system to purchase. You can tell he is proud of product he sells and company he works for. Highly recommend. This review is edited on 9/21 I have also worked with technician Drake Bedford. He was one of several technicians who worked tirelessly to install our new system. Knowledgeable, courteous and when part broke he was installing, he notified us immediately and apologized several times. He was quick to accept fault for what happened and provided prompt and free replacement part. I would highly recommend him and give him 5 stars. Josh Taylor was technician that returned to install new part and had our new system up and running in no time. He walked us through use of thermostat and changing of filter. Knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Would recommend him and give him 5 stars.
Had the opportunity to meet Austin Harris yesterday. We did not feel like thermostat was working correctly. He was able to identify the problem and now all rooms are cooling at same temperature. He also identified few more areas of concern and fixed those as well. Austin was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and offered any assistance we needed. Would definitely give him 5 stars and highly recommend.
Yesterday 12/9/25 Josh Taylor and Austin came to ck our heat pump. As always very courteous and worked tirelessly to solve issue.1/8/26 Austin Harris was again at our house to install new parts hopefully to fix our HVAC system. Worked long hours and did multiple checks to insure system working. As always very courteous, knowledge and explained what was being done.

I got the opportunity to have Jays come out for the First Responder check up- Maintenance and the service was phenomenal!

Levi is fluent and full of knowledge in the HVAC area! He walked me through all of the concerns and made me feel very comfortable with what he found and what needs to be done!

I will be using Jays for now on!

Morgan was a very professional plumbing technician. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. Morgan was patient and kind explaining the mechanics of our issue. I have his card and look forward to seeing him intermittently along our journey. Gratitude

We had a busted pipe in our wellhouse. The guys came out, made big deal of getting us a price, replaced approx 2ft of pvc pipe, 3 elbow connectors, did not check under the house for any noticeable leaks and left us with frozen pipes, after assuring us we would have water, because they had to get to another job. They told us to keep the heater on in the wellhouse and call them if they were still frozen. They would bring heaters, which they said they rented and do not keep in the warehouse. When we called Tues morning, the dispatcher said they don't have heaters and don't use them. Wonder who's lying? They made sure they got their check for $915.62 for a job NOT done. They knew they had us, after all we were without water for 2 days. How sad to take advantage of 2 women let alone anyone else. Shame on you! We had to call someone else and low and behold, he did not leave without making sure we had water. We had another busted pipe UNDER THE HOUSE, where Jay's did not check.

Josh is professional and Knowledgeable all without losing the personable touch that makes you feel Like it’s neighbor lending a helping hand. All of my interactions with Jays Staff have been top notch. Christine is the navigator of the crew. Making sure all the customers are a perfect 74. Thank you so much.
