We had what we thought was a clogged kitchen sink. The reality was so much worse. The plumber we haired to install our plumbing when we setup our home did Gid knows what and ran the kitchen sink to our front yard instead of connecting it to the rest of the system. Q came out, on time, didn't waste time on pointless stuff, diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately didn't have everything he needed to fix it right then. He was here first thing the very next day and did a quality job fixing the pipes the way they should have been jn the first place. He also worked with his supervisor to make sure we got the absolute best deal price wise he could. He was kind and 8 felt very comfortable with him in my home. I'm also confident of the work he did. He showed pictures and videos of the problem and makes sure I understood everything along the way. I can't recommend Jay's enough! They also sent an email with a picture of who was coming before the initial meeting, which only helped the comfort level of having a complete stranger in my home.

Don't bother shopping around, they're just good at what they do. Fast, efficient and friendly. I called them on short notice and Josh showed up and had this heatpump cooling better than it has in years within minutes. I'll be dealing with them exclusively. If I could give more stars I would.
