Exceptional overall service! The customer service representative & dispatcher that I spoke with to schedule my appointment were very friendly and eager to help. I needed a maintenance on my heating system, along with a water test. They were able to arrange having a plumber and a technician out at the same time, which was extremely convenient. Morgan (plumber) & Austin (technician) were both highly professional, thorough, and patient while answering my questions & explaining their assessment with me. I highly recommend this company for heating/ac & plumbing services!

System was running fine until they came out to do routine maintenance. Soon after they left the system stopped working and now they want to charge me 160 dollars to fix it when it’s clearly their fault. Takes for ever to get an appointment. The employees they send out seem unqualified. Go with someone else and save yourself money and a headache

My service person Maddox was the best! He’s been here before and has always been professional, goes over problems/fixes in an easy to comprehend way. Maddox is definitely a great asset to your company and you’re lucky to have him.

This was an incredible experience. I responded based on a Facebook offer I saw for a first responders and military promotion. Not only was it an awesome promotion, but it saved me a few hundred dollars as well. Tyler L. was my tech. He has the best personality, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and even educated me along the way during his visit. I typically like to hear why things are happening, so I know what I'm paying for, and what issues to look for in the future. He wasn't overbearing or pushy with the quotes. He laid it all out and left it for me to decide. He did a great job. The company itself is super thorough with their communication, as well. They update you often, almost too much. It's very appreciated. (I have 3 apps today with different divisions of theirs, so I got LOTS of texts.) I'd definitely recommend this company.

Jay’s heating provided us outstanding service on our heat pump. Due to their thorough inspection we discovered and corrected a mold problem we would have never known existed, despite regular annual services from a previous provider. Noah, our technician, was FIRST RATE. Thank you, Noah!

The technician - Levi Easter, was just incredible! He performed the most thorough cleaning and maintenance on my mini splits - ever!! He was great!! I shall request him for the next service! This guy deserves a raise!!

I could not be more happy with the service I was provided with today. The 2 plumbing professionals Mr Morgan and Q as well as Mr Levi the HVAC tech displayed great knowledge and efficiency when cleaning and inspecting my plumbing and HVAC system. They broke things down for me with some issues they saw and could not have been more respectful of my space and even went as far as to show me the difference in contaminants found in my water and my air supply. I would highly recommend this company and these individuals to do your plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks again Jays plumbing for sending these guys out to me I really appreciate it.

Update for their HVAC installation group team led by Caleb Hall they did efficiently and professionally install my new HVAC system and I could not be happier with him and his crew they took care of me and made me feel comfortable about the new system and went over everything with me without hesitation. Thank you again to Mr Jesus who cleaned out my duct system making me feel better about the air my daughter was breathing in. Also Morgan came back and installed a few needed plumbing necessities that I needed and I can say he has made me feel more secure about my plumbing and now I can rest easy knowing that it's taken care of. If you are in need of a new HVAC system or plumbing work I highly recommend Jays! They are awesome 👍🏽

Jackson was very thorough in performing home assessment for heating system. He was friendly and honest. Took extra time trying to find a solution to a mind boggling problem. Very pleased and impressed by this company.

Noah Hutchens did an incredible job repairing our furnace. He was kind, smart, and willing to detail what he was doing. If I have any problems in the future he will be the only guy I call. Solid 10/10 experience.

Maddox had great communication skills.
He explained any step that I had a question about.
He ran a few checks on different parts of my gas furnace. After figuring out my issue, he serviced a few things and explained his findings. He also explained the reasons that he recommended future service.
Jays has a great annual service program which I did sign up for.

Morgan was our plumber and he did amazing work. Him and his apprentice worked from 9 am to 6 pm on our well, pressure tank, and hot water heater in wind and cold temps and got everything done amazingly. We are so happy with all of his hard work. Thank you so much for helping us and getting our water back.

this was my first experience with Jay’s. Maddox was my technician to do an assessment of my HVAC. He was very thorough, he educated me on the system and the problems and presented options. He referred me to someone at Jay’s, who is coming out later to give me some further information. I highly recommend this company and I am very pleased with the service that I received from Maddox.

Drake did a great job. He installed a new Mitsubishi mini split in my storage building. He answered all of my questions addressed any issues/concerns I saw and was very polite doing his job. Cleaned up very well and made sure I was happy. Both of the guys were great. I would recommend them and this company to all of my friends. And the sales rep Jackson was very knowledgeable about my project and very helpful in getting me a price i could work with. Thanks guys!

I had an HVAC duct and blower cleaning, as well as an installation of a fresh air bundle package performed. Levi and Jared from Jay’s were excellent! They were very punctual and polite during the initial inspection process, thoroughly explaining all options and services available. I appreciate that they distinguished between the necessities and the “nice-to-haves”. During the actual service, they did a great job and were very respectful of my house, cleaning up their work areas and being mindful of not tracking mud or dirt through my house as there was inclement weather on the day of service. Thanks Levi and Jared for the 5-star level of service!

Noah was fantastic! He came out to do the free HVAC inspection they offer for first responders. He was super thorough inside and out, and unfortunately found a ton of mold in our system. He was serious about it, but not an alarmist. He explained all his concerns, and the solutions. He installed the mitigation systems same day, and I swear we’ve actually noticed a difference after less than a week. Highly recommend!

Was rescheduled at the last minute. Had to call & find out where the tech was the following day when I was told I was set for the first appointment & it was after 10am. Service Tech Shawn is a better plumber than Morgan! He explained the options and showed me pictures of the damage. He was efficient and did a great job. Would have given more stars for the tech but wasn't happy because of lack of communication. You should have followed up with me instead of me having to follow up with you.

Koby Clark did an amazing job! He was very informational and made sure we understood all aspects of the heating system we wanted. He also stayed til 8pm to get everything finalized. I would recommend him to anyone!

Had emergency plumbing need on Christmas. Was able to get an appointment on Dec 26, which was confirmed via email. No show, no call. Reached out the next day. Again, customer service agent was very nice and promised to get in touch with the dispatcher. Someone would reach out with a resolution. Once again, no show, and no communication.

Three (3) days after my 'confirmed' appointment, and 2 proactive follow up calls, I still haven't heard a word from Jay's. A competitor drove 70 miles to help on Sunday night. Everything resolved and pleased with the outcome.

I understand conflicts come up, and short staffing on a holiday weekend is perfectly understandable. Promising service and 'ghosting' a potential client in need is not. Do better...
