This Company is Very professional . . They send you a text message to let you know that the technician will be there soon . They also send you a picture of the technician and a link to track him . The technician Maddox was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions. After installing the thermostat he checked to make sure everything was working properly. He checked the temperature coming out of the ductwork, vents to make sure that the oil was burning at the correct temperature,. He made sure there was no carbon dioxide in the air with this device that checks CO2 levels. Inspected the furnace and made recommendations on what needs to be replaced with the prices . I would recommend this company to any customers out there that need HVAC service.

Y’all keep calling asking how I like your service, so here it is.
I don’t.
The first day you came out I posted a good review, because y’all were very pushy about me leaving a good review, even though you hadn’t preformed any actual repair yet. Since then, I have decided to edit the 5 stars I gave you.
They can’t give you any kind of eta of when a tech will be here.
They constantly try to sell you some kind of membership but a membership doesn’t fix the issue.
I called them because the fan on my blower motor is broken and I cannot find the oem fan myself.
I’m aware that I have a very old unit and replacing it wouldn’t hurt but it still works, I just need a fan.
I was told it would cost me $7000 to repair my unit because it was about to fall apart and catch on fire, so I agreed to the repair because it is mid winter, heat is nice to have and I don’t want my house to burn down. 5 minutes later I get a call from someone else telling me it’s not smart to repair this old of a unit and for just a “few thousand more” I could replace the entire system, so obviously I agreed. They sent another tech (he actually did a great job) out to give me a quote on a new system, he saw what was going on and agreed to send someone out just to replace my fan, atleast I would have heat until I got a new unit. Then I thought, well if my home was actually about to catch on fire he would not be able to offer me just a fan, he would have told me to turn it off immediately.
After he left I started receiving calls and text asking why I had changed my mind on replacing the whole unit and that they are concerned for my safety, keep in mind the person concerned with my safety is the only one that hasn’t been to my home.
The next day, before I received any kind of quote on a unit, they called and told me they could lower the price if I didn’t like it but they still hadn’t given me a quote?
Finally they called and told me it would be
Either $18,000 for a high end or $15,000 for a lower end unit and that is after they “gave me a discount”. He doesn’t recommend the lower end unit because all it does is blow hot and cold air. (I guess the high end will give you a massage).
No one has tried to come replace my fan.
I have been called and texted multiple times since then trying to get me to buy the whole unit. if you don’t answer, they call you from a different number. They called me on Christmas Eve and they are currently calling me and texting me on Christmas Day which is why I’ve decided to let everyone know what is going on.
This is not how you operate a business, this is not how you get customers.
Try backing down a notch, very unprofessional and I will not recommend this company to anyone. They do not care about your issue, they just want the commission off of a nearly $20000 repair.
A fan similar to what I need is roughly $300.
I will be taking my old fan to find a match at grainger like I should have done to start out with.
Also, the first tech told my wife that he had to talk me out of the $7000 repair because it wasn’t smart.
He is the one that came up with and recommended that repair.

We were very pleased with the HVAC services provided by Maddox Bowman. He's extremely knowledgeable and took his time making sure the complex job was done right. He also taught us a lot about our system.

Levi, Jermaine, and John came and did my free Hero service today. They were all very nice, polite, and time efficient. They took a ton of pictures and explained everything good and bad! So glad I seen the offer for Jay's! Future client here!

Jay's did an excellent job installing HVAC in our older home. They responded quickly to our request for information. Jackson worked up a comprehensive estimate and came up with a system perfect for us. The team who did the install did an excellent job! We would recommend Jay's to anyone!

Levi did an amazing job with my system! Didn’t have to wait long at all and came with a wonderful attitude and professionalism. Was very thorough with his finding and broke everything down to me in an easy way to understand. They did wonders!

Levi did a great job. He was personable and friendly. He did a good job of showing what needed to be done to bring my system back to full functionality. His knowledge and professionalism is why I decided to now continue to use Jay's for further work.

Kendall Dunn was the tech who came and done our estimate for central air. He is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend him!

Whenever the technicians came in. They were absolutely phenomenal!!! Jake, Donnie, and Brandon were absolutely wonderful! They answered any questions we had without hesitation. I highly recommend Jays for all of your HVAC needs!!!

I received a free maintenance review of my heating/cooling systems from Jay’s HVAC today that was offered to me because of my U.S. veteran status. The technician, Austin Holder, did a very thorough inspection of our system in a timely and professional manner. He confidently answered all of my questions and concerns about the system that I had. (He was also pet friendly to our pups.)
I would recommend their services to anyone in our area without hesitation.

So far so good- Nathan called me first thing Monday after submitting the request through Costco over the weekend. He was able to get Koby out within 90 minutes to do a consultation with me. Nathan was super fast to get me taken care of and Koby had the highest professionalism and was super easy to talk to. Still deciding on next steps but the experience has been lovely so far

Sean did a great job. He called ahead of time, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and he thought about him right away. Overall fantastic. I would definitely use these guys again.

Maddox did a great job today. After checking the entire system thoroughly, he figured out our issue, explained what needed to be done to get the unit working again, explained the pricing and we have a functioning system again. Well done.
Let me add, the company did a great job. They got the tech out as soon as possible, within two days of us calling. Kept us up to date as to when the technician was coming with texts throughout the day. We’ve needed an efficient HVAC service in this area and I feel we have finally one.

Jackson was fantastic. He took his time reviewing our current system and provided me with several options to choose from as to fit our budget. Turn around time is quick as well. Jay's goes above and beyond in every way possible!!

Jake and his team did a wonderful job with the install. I could not be more pleased with the entire process and turn around time!

Austin was an absolute pleasure and again another member of Jay's team going above and beyond! I can't say enough good things about this company.

Maddox was great. Extremely happy with the service he provided. He was very detailed in explaining everything about our heat pumps and what was needed to fix everything. Would highly recommend.

Noah was very pleasant to communicate with and was very knowledgeable. He took clear photos and videos so he could explain everything that needed repaired. Since the unit needs to be replaced, he also took the time to share what I could expect during the next phase in the quote process. He was respectful of my time, my home, and my animals.

Nathan was my salesman on this system understanding my circumstances with my husband's recent double lung transplant, he got me the best price within my means. He went above and beyond reaching out to me making sure I was taken care of. He took time to meet with management and owners to insure I had a system that worked for me even at their cost when something wasnt right. I can't thank him or this company enough for all they've done. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Levi came out today to check our systems and explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. He is a very polite young man and was genuinely helpful. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Thank you Levi.

Jay has a young man working for him named Noah. This is just amazing, not only was he a day early but gave us a call a half hour before to let us know he was "on the way". He provided a very encompassing service inspection to let us know how our unit was doing, and also sent us pictures of the parts we couldn't easily see. This was not one of those pressure pitches. But Jay's HVAC will definitely get All my HVAC business. They have given me confidence in local professionals!

Jake and Teddy did a great job with our replacement HVAC install today, keeping us updated and answering all our questions (as did Jake and Austin with a follow-up visit). I'm appreciative of Clayton and Danny's contributions as well. Also need to point out that this whole process started with Kendall who was incredibly comprehensive and thorough with helping get us a quote. We got 7 competitor quotes, and just from interactions with Kendall, and then your install team today, I can tell we made the right choice. Thank you!
