Ben and his team did such a thorough job in fixing the moisture in our crawl space, with a new vapor barrier, French drains, sump pump and replaced our damaged foundation vents. We are very pleased with the outcome. Ben was great in communicating back when I had a question or concern. He was honest and only recommended what needed to be done and did not try to sell us on additional expenses. His price was very reasonable.

We used RCS for removing old insulation and installing a sealed crawlspace. Ben explained our options and provided clear quotations for a couple different options. After we selected one, the job was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation crew was thorough and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the RCS team.

I have used Ben for over 13 years with dozens and dozens of clients and even on some personal stuff. His prices are very good and the best part is he is honest. He never oversells and does whats needed. It's so hard to find honest people in any industry, especially crawlspace and basement stuff. If you cal lone of the big companies you they are going to sell you on a lot more work than you actually need. I've compared quotes to all of the local companies and Ben wins every single time.
