We had a fantastic experience working with Copp Construction and couldn’t recommend them more—especially with their new showroom opening, which will be such a valuable resource for anyone starting a construction or remodel project.

They completely transformed our first floor, with a major focus on the kitchen and bathroom. The project included structural updates, refinishing our floors, and installing new tile in both the bathroom and mudroom. Every detail was handled with care and craftsmanship.

We were so happy with the results that we hired them again to expand and redesign our pantry. They removed a closet behind the existing space to create a much larger, more functional layout—and it turned out even better than we imagined.

Throughout both projects, they were incredibly easy to work with. They truly listened to our ideas, offered creative suggestions, and clearly explained everything from a general contracting standpoint so we always felt informed and confident. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive and any time something needed fine-tuning, they were quick to come back and make sure it was just right.

Disappointed in the professionalism of this company. The subcontractors did a nice job for the most part. However, once I paid for the majority of the project, it was very hard to get help for issues. I was left over memorial day weekend with no kitchen faucet, I came back from vacation to no running water, and finally the job was "completed" (to their satisfaction, not mine) 2.5 months after the estimated completion date.

Stellar Renovations is one of several companies we had out to take a look at our renovation in Folsom. Every company we called had an ACTUAL bid back in 3 - 10 days. Apparently SR has a much more intricate bidding process, as we were told that they were booking jobs into the fall months and our bid for a simple Master Bath would "take some time". Without knowing how much they would charge, we felt like we had no idea if waiting until the fall would be a worthwhile endeavor. I continued to press for a bid date. After much back and forth, their response was that a bid would not arrive until the end of the year. It was June when we received that email. Ridiculous.

Really enjoyed my remodeling experience. My complete bathroom remodel (including replacing partially dry-rotted subfloor, galvanized plumbing, fixtures and complete tile) turned out better than expected. This is the hall/main bathroom in my small 1960 built ranch home. We replaced an old bathtub, that had no shower, with a new shower, which has beautiful tile surrounds that continues as wainscoting on the walls. A furniture-grade modernish vanity replaces a wall sink. Remodel in a 60-year-old house can be challenging, but they made me feel comfortable through each phase of the work. Ross, the company principal, helped perfect my mid-century modern design, advising me on tile and color choices, and the all-important tile layout. Everyone was committed to the project and did professional, beautiful work. I love the classic white subway tile look with black pen-striping, muted gray herringbone tile floor, and beautiful teak vanity cabinet

Stellar Renovations lives up to their name! 100% pleased with every step in the remodeling process and LOVE our finished project-adding a second story! They made every part of the process as easy as possible. If I ever have more work to do they will be the only company I use.

My husband and I had the pleasure of using Stellar Renovations recently to do some dry rot repair to a rental we purchased. It was great to do business with a company that returned phone calls on time, came when scheduled, had courteous workers, cleaned up the job site and did outstanding work. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Exceptional work on small Kitchen facelift. Stellar was referred to us by our Granite folks, we needed to tear out the old ceramic tile on the counter tops and we wanted to cut off the bar piece of the center island to make it flat. Stellar crew came out and did great work and had creative ideas to reduce damage and make repairs easier. Final day they patched up minor sheetrock work and hooked everything back up to working order. Happy to work with them and will use them again for Master bath remodel most likely.

Stellar Renovations is a small residential construction company. We contracted with them to construct a 460 square foot addition to our house. The Stellar team has a lot of experience. This became useful when they discovered that the original house had settled two inches in the front of the house. Stellar made the necessary adjustments and make the addition look seamless. The Stellar team has excellent project management skills. They also hire top notch subcontractors.

We hired Steve and Ross and Stellar Renovations to complete an extensive addition and remodel of a home we bought in East Sacramento. In addition to adding 725sf of additional space, it was important to us that they do so in a way that the original portions of the home and the addition portions of the home flowed seamlessly together. They accomplished this perfectly. The finished product resulted in us having gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the 2000sf space, new energy efficient dimmable LED lighting throughout, a new master suite with a walk-in closet, and a brand new, gorgeous kitchen that is the heart of our home. This was a tough job because the property was great in its original condition and had been meticulously maintained by the prior owner. To take something that was already high quality and take it to an even higher level while respecting the home's history is difficult. But Stellar Renovations did just that and we couldn't be happier. This project was completed in December of 2017, so a little over 3 years have passed before I wrote this review. I did this because I wanted to make absolutely sure that my positive feelings towards the work wasn't simply due to a "honeymoon period." I love our house even more now than I did when it was first completed. Stellar Renovations did a fantastic job.

We can’t say enough good things about Steve, Ross, Desiree, and the team at Stellar Renovations. They did a major kitchen expansion and remodel for us. The results are spectacular. The Stellar team held our hands through the entire process from conception through design and implementation, always explaining what needed to be done. Even when we encountered some challenges from the previous build, they knew exactly what needed to be done. The project was brought in within budget. This was the second job they did for us and we would use them again, absolutely.

We finished our kitchen renovation just before the pandemic hit and I am so grateful and relieved that we did. We absolutely love our kitchen and it has been immensely helpful during lockdowns and stockpiling supplies. Before our renovation, we had a closed-off kitchen with no storage, no counter space, no lighting, and broken appliances. I hated being in our old kitchen, and didn't want to cook healthy meals or even do dishes. Thanks to Stellar, we now have an open, efficient and beautiful kitchen that should be featured in one of these Houzz articles!

The only challenge we experienced was with the electrical trade. Our house was built in 1948 and we were left with some quirks including occassionally flickering lights and a non-operational doorbell.

The Stellar team was great to communicate with, hardworking, trustworthy and detail oriented (and we are picky). They worked with our budget and our unique design plan and helped us acheive our dream kitchen in 100 square feet. If there's a plus to my taking so long to write this review, it's that I can report that the workmanship has held up and looks just as beautiful as when it was first finished. It has been over a year since the project was completed and we are still in love. We have a few future projects in mind and we would not hesitate to reach out to Stellar again in the future.

Stellar Renovations converted the attic of my 100+ year old house into a one bedroom apartment complete with kitchen, full bath, sitting area, dining area, and laundry room. For every tenant, it has been love at first sight! The price was very reasonable, and top notch workmanship!
