Johnathan and his team were amazing! They completed the project on time and budget no "add-ons". They did a complete shower remodel and we love it! He was very communicative and every step of the process was very professional. I would highly recommend.

We reached out in October on the ARS website and received a response quickly from Jonathan with a project planning guide. We weren’t quite ready to start talking with contractors which Jonathan was very considerate of - and let us know when we were ready to give him a call. We reached out again before the holidays and Jonathan quickly set up a call to go over our project details at a high level and scheduled an in home visit the first week of January. Jonathan was the third of four contractors we spoke with about our project. Inmediately, we recognized he was the most thorough of the first three (and ultimately all four) GCs we had come out. We had the same list of questions and comments prepared for each contractor, and upon asking him if he had concerns with the project, Jonathan was the only one to mention and subsequently looked for signs of water damage on the first floor as well as our attic (we wanted to have another exhaust run over our shower). He immediately noticed that the current exhaust hosing in the attic for a separate bathroom was ripped (something even our home inspector missed!) and recommended they fix that too. We received a detailed itemized quote from ARS within a week of Jonathan’s visit, and despite the quote being the second most expensive and the longest timeline (3/3 - week of 4/21), we were the most impressed by his thoroughness in our initial visit and felt confident our project would be in capable hands!

The next step was ordering our fixtures and materials. We had a couple back and forth emails with Jonathan and visits with the vendors trying to make our selections which was stressful for me, but Jonathan and Susanne were always so quick to respond and answer questions when we felt stuck. Jonathan was also quick to update our quote when some of selections raised the plumbing cost, and I really appreciate the itemized quote so that we could fully see the impact of our decisions and decide for ourselves what was important! Thank you also to Jonathan for recommending no shower bench because our shower is now SO much more open! :)

Demo kicked off in March, with the next couple of weeks progress happening exactly as the project guide listed out. This was such a helpful resource to keep an eye on what was next - and for those of us who like lists, it was fun ticking off each step! Even though there wouldn’t be a contractor there every day, we appreciated Susanne always letting us know who would be coming and rough timelines. We only had one additional cost that was revealed during demo (a pipe was sticking out from the wall and needed to be moved for our new tub), and Jonathan was quick to explain this and what needed to be done.

It was so exciting to see tile installed and it feel like a bathroom again, but also so exciting to see the vanity and countertops and then final fixtures at punch out the week of April 28. The biggest wow - and longest awaited for - for us was probably shower glass. It certainly wasn’t for the faint of heart remodeling a bathroom for ~3 months (the last three just waiting for glass) but we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and are so thankful for trusting Jonathan and Susanne with our project and all of the incredible teams who helped make this possible!

This was our first major remodel, but thanks to Jonathan and Susanne’s professionalism and capability we can wholeheartedly say we hope it’s not our last! Thank you for making this process straightforward and as unmessy as it could be. Your transparency, honesty, and commitment to doing things the right way the first time really impressed us!

I had the company come out and put in a double vanity and replace our stand up shower. Johnathan the owner and Susanne the PM are very communicative and thorough the entire process. I would really recommend using them, they’ll work with your budget, subcontractors weren’t a pain, and it was done on time.

Our shower pan that was installed by the builder in our primary walk in shower had cracked numerous times and we were in need of a permanent fix. We also really wanted to have a nice large bathtub, so we decided to have the whole shower area remodeled.

We met with numerous companies and general contractors to talk design and price. We ultimately decided to move forward with Jonathan and Affordable Remodeling Solutions. Jonathan and Susanne were timely to meetings, listened to our vision, and provided a line by line detailed quote. The quote was in fact "affordable" as he was the 2nd cheapest quote we received from the more than six companies we had out to price the project. While price played a factor in our decision the majority reason we went with ARS is because we believed Jonathan could make our vision a reality. They really listened to us and did not just try to tell us the easiest and cheapest thing to do.

From Jonathan to Susanne to any of the sub contractors that worked on our project everyone was respectful of our time and our home. We were walked through every stage of the process and everything was done with a focus on quality while remaining timely every step of the way. The communication during this project was also amazing.

The final result was everything we imagined and more. We could not be happier we chose ARS to help us with our shower remodel.

We recently hired Affordable Remodeling for work on three bathrooms in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Jonathan impressed us when he came out to provide an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and offered thoughtful suggestions that made us feel confident we were making the right choice.

The scope of work was extensive. In our hallway bathroom, he regrouted the tile and made it look brand new. In our master bath, his team completed tile repairs, regrouted, and installed a new fan — everything was done with great attention to detail. Our first-floor bathroom required the most work: wallpaper removal, painting, regrouting, installation of a new vanity and countertop, as well as plumbing and electrical updates. Each phase was handled seamlessly and with true craftsmanship.

Once the project began, his project manager, Susanne, was fantastic. She communicated clearly about what would be happening and when, which made the entire process stress-free. The team was organized, efficient, and respectful of our home.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the results are excellent. All three bathrooms look beautiful, refreshed, and professionally finished. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the overall experience.

We are very pleased with our experience with Jonathan and Suzanne. We had a complete remodel of our master bath. It required reconfiguring walls and trenching out our slab to put in a freestanding tub. The tile, plumbing, framing and paint work were top class. They communicated weekly on the schedule and pivoted effortlessly when issues were encountered. They finished ahead of schedule, and we had no items of note for correction.

We are incredibly pleased with our experience with Jonathan and Susanne with Affordable Remodeling. We had an outdated bathroom completely redone top to bottom and the project was completed on time and on budget! Susanne was always prompt with scheduling and letting us know what to expect each week and Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with onsite. We are already thinking about a kitchen project next with them! We would not hesitate to recommend for any remodel project.

Was recommended to Pipetechs by a friend, but unfortunately have not had a good experience.

Less than 3 months ago our sewage began backing up into the yard.

I called Pipetechs and asked them if they could come jet/camera our sewage line.

When the guy showed up he didn’t have the camera so just jetted the line. Just under $600 if I recall correctly.

The guy let us know that their were roots in the line and that he had cleared them out.

Three weeks ago our sewage started backing up again.

I called back and they were willing to come back out and rejet the line for ‘free’ but just charge the $400+ to actually use the camera this time.

I was unable to be at the house the time that the guy came out, but I was ensured that they would be calling me after the service to provide a copy of the video and provide an estimate to replace the pipe in the backyard.

The guy told my wife there were more roots in the line and that it was now clear and they would be following up with me.

Monday of this week, having still not heard from or received video, estimate etc, our sewage started backing up again.

I called the local office again Wednesday afternoon and let them know I had not received video....had not received quote and that the issue still had not been resolved.

The man who answered the phone assured me i would receive that information via email before the end of day and a follow up to determine what we/they were to do next.

Two days later, with sewage still flowing into my backyard, I have not heard back from anyone on coming BACK out to service the issue that clearly was not addressed correctly initially.....have not received video or estimate as explained during the $400+ service we paid for after they didn’t initially fix the original issue...nor that I was promised earlier this week.

Would not recommend at this point!!!!

Pipetechs Plumbing did a fantastic job. There team were friendly, excellent in service, and walked me through each detail of everything they were doing. They demonstrated tremendous professionalism in the work they did. From the little details of the job to the major part of the job, it was done with expertise. I would highly recommend using this company.

I started replacing a sink faucet and saw immediately that because of where the bottom of the faucet was situated it was going to be a nightmare job. Called Pipetechs and they had someone out that day. Raul came in and took over for me. It took him awhile to get the old one out but he was incredibly patient and gave me some tips about my counter top while he was here. Price was very reasonable. Definitely will use again.

Technician Angelo Roberts Performed a Helium Test on my property. He was very polite and respectful gentleman. Very informative and helpful to my situation. I would recommend Pipe Techs to anyone just from experience with this technician. This company is prompt and on time for my appointment and they relieved the stress off my situation. Angelo with Pipetechs was a Godsend. I contacted Pipetechs after reaching out to 2 other companies regarding a leak. Angelo arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the various aspects of the potential leak. He took his time to explain things to me and made himself available to answer any follow up questions. Owning a home can be a lot especially when it comes to major repairs, however, Angelo helped me keep a calm head and assured me that things would be ok. I highly recommend using this company!
