I highly recommend APR for any home storm damage or restoration. We recently had water damage from Hurricane Ian and APR was not only extremely responsive, but they were so positive and helpful throughout the entire process. They arrived on a Friday afternoon and made sure the job was done before leaving. They really did go above and beyond and I felt like we were really well taken care of by this company. I want to thank James, our damage inspector, and the crew who came out Friday and again this week to make sure everything was done properly and safely, as I have a one year old child. The crew who came out were such nice, positive guys and I’m very grateful for them. They are also very knowledgeable and professional about everything. Please go with this company if you have restoration needs or any damage from a storm- you will not regret it! Thank you again, APR!

I woke up to a flooded bathroom and the most horrendous scene downstairs where the kitchen ceiling had basically caved in due to the flooded bathroom upstairs. Marco and Juan from APR came out and did what I considered the impossible! They were able to locate all of the water damage and clean up/dry out everything within a few days! They went the extra mile by not only doing their job, but also swept up and left the area clean after they were finished. They were very down to earth and easy to talk to as well. This really helps when in such a stressful situation. Thanks Marco! Thanks Juan!

Chris Dennis and Juan did an exceptional job of remediating the water damage in our home. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were respectful of our time and space. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Kathryn Edwards

I could not be more pleased with the quality of services I received from APR Restoration. My home had a significant amount of damage and understandably took months to complete. Many thanks to Donna and the team and everyone else with APR that worked on our project. They keep us informed, very competent and professional at all times. They treated our home as if it was their home and did an excellent job.

I can't say enough about the outstanding experience and work that APR did on our roof. We recently discovered storm damage to our roof from some bad weather and my first call was to APR. Brett stepped in and stood by our side through the entire process instilling comfort and confidence in us as we were dealing with replacing a roof for the first time. Brett's friendly, professional, and knowledgeable character put our minds at ease and we knew were in the very best hands. Brett guided us through every step of the process and helped navigate with our insurance adjuster and the assessment process literally standing by our side through it all. He helped us pick the very best materials for the job and made every step of the process easy and painless. He stayed in constant contact with us making himself available any time we needed him and keeping us posted on where we were and answering any questions we had. When it came time for the work to be done, the roofing crew was very courteous and professional. They took great care of our property making sure everything was safe and the work areas were clean. At the end of the day, we were left with a beautiful new roof and the confidence in APR, Brett, and everyone involved in having the very best in workmanship and materials. Brett and the APR team went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way from helping us deal with our insurance to making sure we were informed every step of the way to delivering an incredible product and helping us in our time of need. I can't recommend APR enough for all of your business or personal needs when it comes to repairs or work you need done. Brett and the APR team have not only gained us as customers for life but friends as well.

Chris, Juan, and Francisco were amazing with the work they did on the mitigation side.
Dehumidifiers and fans had to be set up in the house to try and dry out the floors. They came daily to check on the equipment and the progress of the floors. They were great to work with.
Now onto the construction side of the insurance claim! -
We had a relatively minor repair, but needed it completed urgently. Pete was at our house with in a couple of hours of first calling APR and Chris and Juan did a great job of getting us fixed up the next morning.
First Call --> Job Completed in 25 hours! -
I can't say enough good things about APR Restoration. APR did an outstanding job in both mitigation and renovation for the flood at my home. James the Project Manager for mitigation and his crew were at my home on a Sunday within 2 hours after I called and told them that the flood had occurred. They dried my home out, tore down damaged ceilings, walls, tile, carpet, and cleaned up after themselves seamlessly. I had no mess, no dust, I never had to clean up after them at all!
Andy was the Project Manager responsible for the renovation. He was respectful with my home, flexible and thoughtful with my work schedule and personal appointments. He even stayed at my house while the crew was working while I went to appointments. Both James and Andy performed their jobs in an exceptional manner (which is impossible to find these days). I would highly recommend APR Restoration.
BTW I am EXTREMELY particular! -
APR Restoration is a very professional company with very nice trained staff that knows actually what needs to be done in a timely manner. The company will take care of all your problems at the time of need as far as repairs, paperwork, painting, woodwork, flooding problems, flooring replaced and everything to meet your needs and get your home or business back to where it will meet your expectations and needs. Give them a call I promise you will be glad you did. Thank you so much Robert
Whatley Project Manager I cannot thank you enough with all your leadership to make sure the job was completed in a timely manner.

In their video's that the CEO, Daniel Murdock , has on you tube giving a run down on the procedures of what to expect he states that if you ask them to do things other than what the insurance company is covering you will get an estimate and a change of order to sign before work is done. We never got an estimate and we didn't get the change of order until all of the work was done. I have emailed the person sending us a bill asking for an itemized bill and was told they don't do that. How can they pull a number out of the sky and expect payment with no proof of anything. Also, the people that came out to do the work left trash in our yard, broke one of my bushes, and more. The first time they fixed our roof they didn't do it according to the engineer's report so they had to get another engineer out after fixing to make sure it was done right on their dime. I feel like they are trying to make us pay for that in the bill they have sent us and that is why they won't provide an itemized bill. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

The APR representative came to my property on 10/14 to do the assessment, and told me to expect the estimate by the end of that week. I will say that the man seemed very knowledgeable & did a thorough assessment. But, estimate was not sent by the end of that week. Afterwards, I contacted that employee & and the APR office numerous times, requesting and inquiring about the estimate and was given other dates to expect it and again never did, until yesterday, 11/4. In the meantime the water sat under my house and mold continued to grow.
- Because of the extended delay on receiving the estimate, I contacted another restoration company. The other company provided the estimate quickly and did the work very timely & efficiently. I have used APR in the past and the service was timely & professional, but not this time. APR put me to great inconvenience & delay. Sincerely disappointed in their service. -
Ryan Soule was our project manager and I simply cannot say enough good things about him!! He was always in top of everything, kept us well informed, was always on time, pleasant, respectful and professional as well as knowledgeable!!! Through the course of the restoration of our bathroom and the room next to it he guided us with thoughtfulness and excellent suggestions but always doing what we wanted. Evert single person we worked with with APR starting with the lady who I first spoke with on the phone, Cody, who initially came out to speak with us and every single craftsmen who worked in our house was professional, respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable and on time. I would work with this company and Ryan again in a heartbeat!! I highly recommend APR and Ryan Soule.

My water heater “kicked the bucket,” and distributed water everywhere. Chris and Francisco were absolutely the best. They were great with everything their part of the process required. Their commitment and dedication was outstanding. I love their attitude and courtesy.
Jody, my project manager for the restoration, was phenomenal. He kept me informed with all aspects of the process. He was even there for the “pack out” of the content storage container!
You really can’t ask for better service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -
APR restoration basically came and destroyed the part of our house that needed renovation, they threw away our floors without our permission and left us out to dry with lack of communication except for when it came to payment. We were disappointed in their process with everything, they caused more damage to our house.

Find another company. Our bathroom leak returned. No communication from project manager. Total radio silence. Now we have holes in walls and ceilings and ripped up tile, in addition to a returned leak, to figure out how to fix. STAY AWAY.
Oh editing to say I forgot the worst part. Despite being pathologically unable to communicate, the project manager shared that doing anything such as ordering materials for the repair and restoration would come at an extra cost. Then why are you here, what exactly does project managing mean?
The mitigation guys were legit. No complaints about them. -
APR just finished the mitigation work for a large amount of water damage from a fridge leak. They were awesome to work with on the mitigation piece. Randy kept me updated every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. Jamar and Chris were also part of the crew and both did a great job. Derrick was our PM and also great to work with. All very professional. Would highly recommend.

Avoid APR at all costs. I never leave negative reviews, and it upsets me that I have to leave this company a 1-star review, but I have to for the sake of others.
I closed on my new home in August. The sellers indicated there was a roof leak, but APR had fixed it. The sellers provided documentation. A couple weeks later, the leak came back again. It was leaking through my bathroom vent. I called APR 5+ times and never heard back. The lady answering the phone consistently told me that “the project coordinator/manager will call me back” and I was completely ignored.
I finally got the phone number of the General Manager, and he said he’d take care of it. I work from home, and in the middle of my workday, there was a man climbing on my roof. No notice, no communication at all, nothing. I spoke with this subcontractor and he said “I don’t have the right tools for the job, but I will come back tomorrow (on a Saturday)”. He never shows; I was home all day waiting.
I reach back out to the General Manager and the GM claims this subcontractor DID show back up and he sent me photos. I have no idea when those photos were taken, but out of good faith, I decided to believe him.
Sure enough, the leak came back even worse. I went into my attic and it was a disaster. I called APR AGAIN and sent videos directly to the GM, and the GM said “I sent these to my roofer”. He didn’t. And he continued to ignore me. To this day he’s ignored me.
I went with another company who came out urgently and immediately found the issue. Turns out APR completely screwed up the job and tried to just cheaply re-seal cracks in the shingles instead of replacing them. I was able to get new shingles and three new boots for $600 through another company who did an amazing job. If you reach out to me, I can refer you to the other company to prevent you from dealing with what I went through.
AVOID APR AT ALL COSTS. I know a few lawyers in the triangle area and have been on the fence about taking APR to court. The Project Coordinator/Manager and the GM should both be fired for their unprofessionalism. -
My house had some water damage from a pipe leak that was done unfortunately by the builder of our home. APR so far has done my restoration/mitigation part and Chris and Francisco were the ones that came out providing excellent work and professionalism locating the problem that was hidden behind the wall proving the issue to be from the builders. They did an amazing job! Give these 2 guys raises and bonuses for their work!

We recently had a repair issue that needed assistance right away. Peter ensured follow up was made that same day and even came out after hours when they received the repair requests! After repairs were completed, Rudy and Todd did an excellent job with ensuring all cosmetics and final repairs were completed. Rudy and Todd presented with professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process while also explaining each step taken to complete the job! We would definitely recommend this team to anyone in need of their services!

When Hurricane Florence hit Wrightsville Beach and I contacted APR you all were there as soon as we were allowed on the island. The crew was tearing out the flooded area and closing up the areas (roof, windows and chimney) that needed to be secured. Dehumidifiers were brought in that day and monitored until the cottage could be restored.
