We had a great experience with the team at APR. Everyone from Pete coming in to do the initial assessment to Chris, Juan and Fransisco through the cleanup process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality work truly set them apart. Thank you for your professionalism and handling our issue efficiently.

Our water heater leaked in our attic and we had water dripping down through the ceiling. Marco and Francisco are very professional, reliable, and friendly mitigators with APR. My attic and master bath were completely dry and ready for repairs. Highly recommend this company!!

We had a great experience with APR. Project manager Pete came out to look at the job followed by Technicians Chris and Juan. They where polite, professional and fun to work with. Both technicians were concerned about keeping dust and noise at a minimum which was much appreciated. Definitely will refer APR based on this experience.

I couldn't say enough good things about the folks at APR. We had substantial water damage and they came in over the weekend and got to work drying it all out. The next several days Chris and Pete worked hard to ensure that the damage was minimized. They were very professional and polite, and coming from someone with many years in the construction industry they obviously knew what they were doing.

Our kitchen hardwood floors were swollen with water due to a leak and we had Marco and his team come in through our insurance. They removed the swollen hardwood, figured out the issue, set up everything in a professional manner and came back to check the progress diligently. Marco and his team gave timely updates and explained the progress and helped us navigate through our process with ease. They are very polite, knowledgeable , responsive, respectful and professional . They left the home very clean after they are done with the house. We would recommend Marco and Fransisco for any emergency issues.

When our toilet leaked through our kitchen ceiling, we were referred to APR. Juan, Francisco and Chris were the essence of professionalism. Knowing that remediation is a disruptive process, they were very respectful of our schedule, property and responsive to our requests. Chris was detailed in explaining the process and updating us throughout so we understood what was happening and he answered any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend APR for your remediation and restoration needs.

Marco and Francisco were exceptionally professional in their approach to make me feel comfortable in preparation in correcting all problems found with the water damage. I strongly recommend them for the most tedious task in any case. Their precision was unique. I was extremely pleased with all they did in my home.

Could not be more happy and satisfied with the services provided by APR after we sustained water damage to our floors. They made what was a shocking situation as bearable as possible. I want to specifically call out the lead tech Chris who was wonderful to work with. He made us feel taken care of, minimized the disruption to our house and daily routines and was overall just a pleasure to have around. He truly cares about his work and it shows. Juan worked with him Chris and was equally professional, courteous and dedicated. The overall manager Pete made sure everything kept running smoothly. I am glad APR took care of us.

Pete, Chris, and Juan were the ‘team’ that did the work and they were all super professional. We spent most of our time with Chris, who patiently answered all our questions and gave us regular updates on the status of the work and what to expect next. He was fantastic! Juan was super focused on maintaining a clean work environment and even helped us clean out our pantry so they could start the work. U would highly recommend this team for any removal and dry out project.

Francisco and Chris were awesome throughout the several weeks long process.

Big 100’ pine tree through portions of our house just before Hurricane Ian. They arranged for a tree company to come right out and had us boarded up and throes by 11 pm. Rain started at 2 am and after 3 days of rain I could not find 1 drip of water in the damaged areas.

Chris and Francisco were great both were extremely polite and curious a real assist to your company they left our house very clean my wife and I are very pleased

Marco and the whole APR team were fantastic. When we discovered a major water leak in our crawlspace they responded quickly and immediately began the mitigation process. I would highly recommend APR for all your restoration needs!

Poor communication. Fine internal restoration work though.

Biggest issue was that they were taking so long to get a quote to me that my roof continued to leak because it kept raining. So they installed a tarp on my roof (but in the wrong spot) with a bunch of nails (which then created more holes that need to be repaired), and couldn't take responsibility for it. So it ended up costing me $1,825 for someone else to come repair that section of my roof.

The original damage occurred some time around Early September 2024 and after getting the run around for months from Jimmy and Ramone ("Oh yeah, we'll definitely..." "Sure sure...") I ended up getting the owner/manager on the phone and finally got a "We have no record of it, so we can't take responsibility for it" some time in April 2025. I respect the owner/manager being up front that they might have done it but that because they don't have record of it, they can't just come fix it. He was also very prompt in returning my call.

Lesson learned, get it in writing.

APR is great. We had a leak that caused water damage to our bathroom and surrounding rooms. APR was on site within a day with their equipment drying everything out. They showed up daily to track drying progress and explained what we could expect in the next few days/weeks. We were very impressed with APR, especially the mitigation services on site (Chris). We highly recommend APR.

Marco & Juan were absolutely amazing! Very clean and efficient work. Great communication and were always punctual. Thank you APR for sending such an amazing team out to get the process started for restoring my bathroom! My photos just show how careful they were and neat upon completion of the Mitigation job. Pete, thank you for sending out a crew to back up everything you said the day we met! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

I will like to THANK MARCO AND FRANCISCO for their EXCELLENT CONSUMER SERVICE that they have given me and my family. This is just the start of my review. My work is completed for the restoration part of the job. Again I will like to thank APR for EXCELLENT WORKERS like Marco and Francisco!! I contacted Marco on Saturday and he returned my call in less than an hour, we need workers like Marco!!
AGAIN THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I hope the other part of the job the workers will be like Marco and Francisco!!

I will like to thank a few people for getting my kitchen back together.

I would like to thank Ramon Williams for coming out to my home and doing all the measurements and taking excellent pictures to take back for my work to get started. Ramon Williams is a very caring person and represents APR very well!!
