John and his team at Emerald were very professional, responsive, answered all my questions, and got my system installed in the timeline we needed (I'm sure while balancing many other year end deadlines). My solar and battery system looks great and has been up and running. Would definitely recommend Emerald again.

An exceptional company! I called AKE after my friend across the street told me how delighted she was with Hernan's professionalism, knowledge and ability to diagnose her fan problem.
My newly installed ceiling fan by another company was wobbling and something didn't seem right when he put a weight on one blade to counteract the wobble. AKE identified the problem immediately (a loose screw) and the wobble disappeared.

This was the company the builder used to do my electricity! A complete butt passing activity. They wired my home… advised me to call the builder only for the builder to refer me back to them! Anyway…. Fast forward, my outlet was wired wrong and it caused an internal fire…. Luckily, the wired they left loose lost power to prevent further damage.

AKE worked with my builder in our new home, but some of the wired internet ports installed weren’t working when we moved in. Alcaro came by within a week of calling, and quickly identified the issue and walked me through the steps to fix it. He explained things, and showed me how to troubleshoot if I have any issues in the future. Everything worked perfectly, I would definitely contact them again.

Customer service could be better would prefer to talk to a live person instead of someone or AI texting. The electrician that came out I've asked several times for a print out of the service order for work performed and findings for my records. My home is a new build and could of caught on fire and I want an explanation to the issue and to have documentation to support the service of the electrician coming out to repair the issue. On top of a language barrier. This company is builder choice unfortunately. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the electrician did the job and hopefully correct, as their the same company that put the disconnect box in that burned on its own in a new build under a year.
