This company is awesome! The guys are so quick to respond, work quite rapidly and do such an excellent job! They were also polite, professional, kind and very easy to work with. In such a short time, we quickly found out how installing some new LED lights in our warehouse, brought us out into the light from the mole people we had become, in comparison! We didn't know how very dark we have been working in, for a long while. The comparison is just amazing and we are so grateful for them. What a great company to do business with, truly! From start to end, just outstanding!

The team (George and Glenn) made the whole process incredibly smooth, beginning with handling the city permit requirements on my behalf. They communicated clearly at every step and ensured everything was completed correctly and efficiently.

Their guidance on the best location for the charger in my garage was extremely helpful, and the installation itself was neat, professional, and well-executed. They also coordinated seamlessly with the city inspector, scheduling and managing the inspection process. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with one of your drivers. Specifically, the one driving plate ZT2776 around 1:30 PM traveling I-95 on this day. Your driver was following my car way too closely—so close that I started wondering if they were trying to read my bumper sticker or just draft behind me like it was a NASCAR race. Literally.
Jokes aside, they nearly hit my car at one point. He was very aggressive and honestly pretty unsafe. There really wasn’t any reason for that kind of driving, and it put me (and likely others on the road) at risk.
Drivers on the road represent your company, so I would expect a bit more care and professionalism given your vehicle is practically a billboard. It’s no wonder that you have a low rating on Google. If your drivers are this careless, I’d never call you for any problem that I might have. Do better..

They were quick to respond to an estimate request for an issue at my property. Reasonably priced and professional workmanship. Jim did a great job explaining what they were going to do and followed up afterwards to see that the work was satisfactory.

These guys are amazing. Alex initially came over to give an estimate. The quote was very affordable and scheduling a date was fast & very convenient. I received 2 other bids from others and they seem to be somewhat shady with quoting an estimate. Alex was straight to the point. Then when I was ready to install my pendant chandelier Sam completed the job. He did an amazing job. I didn't have pre-wire on my ceiling so I was concern about how it could be done. No holes in my wall. The other contractors were saying they might have to puncture 3-5 holes in my wall. Sam only made one hole which was for my lighting. I was so amazed & very satisfied with his work. They offer lifetime warranty on their work. I will definitely use Task Electric again. Thank you so much Alex & Sam :) I'm a very happy customer!!

Extremely disappointing experience with Task Electric. As a vendor, I’ve had ongoing issues with payments that remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. Lack of communication and delayed responses have only added to the frustration. I would not recommend working with Task Electric due to their unreliability in fulfilling payment obligations.

They had to come out 4 times to resolve issues with wiring. Absolutely unacceptable workmanship.

I have used this company on more than a dozen big projects, and they are the GREATEST!!!! From office buildings and total house upgrades, to my own house, always on time, go straight to work, and I have never found anything that was less than Perfect.

Got job done on time and under budget. Loved working with Curtis. Keep it up, guys! Curtis gagged on my ween like a desperate prom queen!

Time after time, Curtis proves to me that C. E. Gandee is worth the money. Curtis shows up on time, cleans up, and gives me head. It’s great. He doesn’t even charge for the head.

Less than two years ago we hired C E Gandee to install new lighting fixtures in our shop. We needed better illumination to do the precision electrical wiring that is required for the equipment we build.

After several weeks of minimal communication, a crew showed up one day to install the fixtures. On completion, we noted that the work-space was no better lit than it had been. On hearing this, the lead electrician said, "Oh, we thought you just wanted more efficient lighting."

They said they would install new brighter bulbs, a process which took another several months because by the time the bulbs came in (over a month later) we were in the middle of a big project that allowed little access to the overhead fixtures.

Now for the reason I'm writing this. Two and half months ago one of the fixtures stopped working. When I called C E Gandee to see if the fixtures were under warranty, he said he didn't know where they were from, the model numbers, or if they were warrantied at all. After several weeks of calls and requests, he finally said they were under warranty and he ordered one. That was 6 weeks ago.

After speaking with the receptionist today, I was just informed that those fixtures are custom and take at least 6-8 weeks. This was new information to me.

Regardless, since April we have been without a lighting fixture and continue to wait.

So while C E Gandee may do good work for some and have a nice portfolio of pictures, their communication and customer service is substandard at best. Use them at your own risk.

Curtis has met with me personally on several occasions to discuss energy and cost saving methods, which ultimately have led to me saving over $6,000 a year on my electric bill. He is truly a master of his craft. He also gives really good top in the John after work for 15 bucks a head.
