I contacted Express Electrical Service to install a hardwired car charger and two 120 volt dedicated outlets in my garage. They were able to make the process on my end super easy. The permit process with the town, and the rebate offered by duke energy was handled completely by them. As for the representative, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked him very detailed questions about his field of work and he was able to answer without hesitation. The price seemed a little high, but I did get a pretty sweet charger with energy management capabilities.

The Annual Service was for my Whole House Generator which they installed a few years ago. They are the best and always provide the best of service. Their technician Gordon has always been great to work with and is so knowledgeable. All the employees I speak with when I call are friendly and helpful. As a satisfied customer, I definitely recommend Express Electrical Service to everyone.

I called to make an appointment and they were able to work me into their schedule on the same day! I was able to fix the problem prior to their arrival. I called to cancel.
