I highly recommend Right Electrical Services. Jason was able to get to my house the same day and promptly fix our issue. He was knowledgeable and very transparent in explaining the problem, possible approaches to solving it, and the pricing. The cost was very fair. It was lovely to work with them. I will call them again when I need electrical work.

Excellent service with very skilled and helpful technicians. Prompt response to inquiries and did an onsite estimate next day. When it came time to perform the service Jason and Jerry were masterful at installation and were able to pivot when last minute adjustments were necessary. This was the third time using them and will definitely call again when service is needed.

The Right Electrical team did a great job installing a new light fixture in our 20ft high foyer! It was easy to schedule with them; they communicated their time or arrival, and they did a great job.

He works efficiently, did exactly what was quoted, and completed a full review with me (and my mom 😀) before leaving. Outstanding service. Right Electrical was fast, transparent, and clearly highly skilled. Jason, our electrician, delivered expert work, showed up on time, and was refreshingly professional. We’ll be calling them for every electrical need going forward. Five stars… and honestly, they earned six.

I highly recommend right electrical. I have had them install several light fixtures around the house and even had them add in some spotlights in various places, especially in hard to reach places like the top of the stairs. They always exceed my expectations! I appreciate that they always show up on time and get the work done fast and efficient.

We had waverly come out several times and do work for us and he is the best! He always does a fantastic job and he takes pride in his work.

I will continue to use them and recommend their business to others.

Jason himself came to my house and was very helpful with fixing our light. This wasn't the first time we used Right electrical. They helped install our Tesla Charger. It is still working great. If I need anything electrical related, I call Right Electrical Services.

Jason was great. He quoted everthing that might be needed but, once at the house, eliminated what he didn't need to do and right sized the job and quote to save me money. Would definitely use them again.

From the moment we contacted Right Electrical, their customer service was superb. Jason came out to give us an initial estimate and then we booked services to thoroughly review any electrical issues our property may have had. He was professional, efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Updated post: We needed to add an outdoor electrical outlet and flood light to the exterior of our home. Jerry was dispatched to complete the work and it was exceptional. The power was run from our kitchen to the exterior and the quality of the work was superb. Couldn't be happier.

Extremely professional and accomodating organization. Went out of their way to ensure that I did not 'over spend' on new bathroom exhaust fans - took the time to research and explain pros/cons of various options and did not make me feel 'stupid' for
not having knowledge of techie side of fan 'right-sizing'. Jason and Jerry were both great to work with, as was their office manager. Scheduling was super easy; electrician arrived on time; installed three exhaust fans and a patio fan.... left no mess - you would never know work had been done. They are now officially my 'go to' electricians. Thank you!!!

Had an absolutely great experience with Right Electric. Jerry was our electrician and performed an additional retrofit of lights in 2 rooms. He was clean/courteous and provided great insight on what we wanted to accomplish. I highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough about what a great experience working with Right Electric was. The best contractor experience ever I have to say (and owning homes over 30 years I have worked with many contractors for plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Let me highlight the following:

1. Professional, Professional, Professional!!!
An actual written quote, very clear and concise in layman's terms, with pricing breakdowns of labor, parts, material, and taxes....not just a dollar amount texted to me like a couple other quotes I received from other electrical companies.
2. Easy, Easy, Easy!!!
From the first call, Right Electric texted me with brief, easy to understanding information with directions!!! Their quote includes what you need to do as the home owner (calling Duke and what specific number to call them to shut off electricity at the street) and information that they would call the inspector after work and that the inspector would call Duke to turn the electricity at the street back on. They made the entire process including billing so simple and easy!
3. Jerry! Boom! Jerry did an exceptional job! He was on time and clearly articulated what steps would happen, timeframes, and what I could expect from Duke Energy and the county inspector. His quote was super fast and so crisp! Jerry was very professional and did an exceptional job. He even had to go to Lowe's for some wood to do a little carpentry after finding the wood panel behind the electrical panel was completely rotted out - he replaced it. (Not too many electricians willing to do carpentry!)

I do not typically write reviews unless a completely horrible experience or a completely stellar experience. This I am happy to say was completely stellar! (Not to mention their pricing was very competitive and the best I received!) I'll go to Right Electric for any electrical needs in the future thanks to Jerry and the staff on the other end of the phone and computer! Writing this review 11/22/2025.

Jason and Angela are refreshing to work with. They scheduled a visit within the week and corrected our main concerns on the spot. We had multiple issues throughout the house that Jason triaged and put together a repair plan for future corrections that had evolved in our home that was built in 2016. Jason was professional and fair. Highly recommend to our neighboring communities!

Great price, quick scheduling, and quality work!

I wanted to upgrade my main breaker from 125A to 200A for a new water heater, EV charger, and electric emergency heat. Jason with Right Electrical suggested adding a combination breaker/meter base outside as a way to avoid a full panel upgrade, and if was much cheaper that way, and just as functional. They were also able to get me on the schedule just a week later so that I could get the work done before the tax credits expired. Jerry showed up to do the work, and had all of it in place quickly and as discussed. It all got inspected by the city and there were no issues.

This is our second time using Right Electrical and this time we were looking to add some exterior outlets to the side of our house. Jerry was able to come out quickly and provide a quote same day which was competitive with other quotes we had received, and based on doing work with them previously, we got them scheduled! Jason was on time and made sure to explain what he would be doing and the workflow, although unfortunately when looking at the work noted we had been underquoted - and by almost half! I appreciate Right Electrical standing by their original quote and not adding on costs same day as the original quote was already in line with other quotes we had received.

All in all, we are happy with the work Jason did, and also appreciate his flexibility to our request to keep the outlet covers as sleek as possible on the side of the house! On both of our experiences with Right Electrical we have found them honest, friendly, and committed to doing the job well!

We were very pleased with Jason’s work! They were fast and quick to get a quote for some new work. We got scheduled in a timely manner. We had electrical work to a shed and he was able to install the outlets and light without any issues and gave us a good suggestion of adding an outdoor outlet for projects. Both the front desk and Jason were super nice to work with too! I would use them again!

We called and Mike arrived by noon. He determined the problem within 10min and removed the part that was broken and took it to the store and got the replacement part. He came back and installed it without any issues (well he never complained to us about any issues). He was very nice and got the job done and we now have running water again!
You don't appreciate things like running water until it stops....thank you for making it a priority to get our water running again!

Had a pool and shed wired in by Eric Stocks of Volt Doctors in Raleigh NC. Eric was professional, friendly and very skilled and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what I expected. Most of the digging to bury the electrical cabling had to be done by hand in extreme heat and he did it fast, efficiently and without issues. I'm glad I choose Volt Doctors and extremely happy that they sent Eric. Would hire him/them again without question. Thanks again Eric.
