My service technician was outstanding and I have nothing but positive feedback. He had to do a little more than expected but figured out a way to make our new bathroom vent fan fit correctly and nicely in the old spot. He communicated what he was doing, was very friendly throughout and was even kind enough to find a new wall plate that worked with the new size receptacle. Took his time to do it right and went above and beyond providing the new plate. I have used Right Electrical twice now and both experiences were excellent and they provide their service at a very fair rate. Highly recommend!!!!!

I recently hired Right Electrical Services to install a 240V electrical outlet in my garage and a 110V outlet above my fireplace. Jason did an outstanding job, start to finish! He was professional, efficient, and ensured that the proper permit was obtained from the city. I don’t usually write Google reviews unless I feel either completely disappointed or very satisfied with a company. I can’t say enough good things about Right Electric! I hired them to install electrical outlets in my pantry, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the quoting process to scheduling and the installation itself, everything was seamless. Jason, who provided the quote, and Jerry, who handled the installation, were both wonderful to work with. They were professional and genuinely wanted to ensure that I was happy and that everything met my expectations. I would definitely recommend Right for any electrical project, and I plan to use them again in the future.

These guys are great! Meticulous, communicative, and good humored. Fixed up our circuit board and hung a ton of new lighting fixtures. They will be our go-to electrician moving forward.

I recently hired Right Electrical to install a level 2 EV Charger for my home. We've been interested in getting this done for some time and wanted to take advantage of Duke Energy's customer credit they offered for having this work done.

After exploring options and pricing with Jason we proceeded and are very pleased with their work. Our job required them to get a permit so we apply for reimbursement from Duke. This was no issue for them and they did their part in that.

Scheduling was easy and their electrician, Jerry, arrived on time and completed the job as expected. He coordinated with my wife as she works from home so as not to interrupt her. And he was able to quickly adjust/correct a slight discrepancy between the plan and his work. (We wanted the charger hardwired, not connected with a plug and receptacle.)

After the fact I needed them to add a little more detail to their invoice (per Duke's requirements) and they happily rewrote to meet the needs. I am very happy with their work and will definitely call them again if I have further electrical needs!

We tried a few different companies for the initial quote, this one gave us a competitive quotes and provided good recommendations to solve our problems. Communication was great, quote was competitive, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The same person (Jerry) that provided the quote came back and completed all of the work. We would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Right Electrical. Our tech, Jerry, was very professional and friendly and kept us informed throughout the entire process from getting an estimate to project completion.

We hired Right to install an EV charger as well as repair old / install new 120/220v outlets in our garage.

The work was done in a day and we couldn’t be more pleased. We are outside of their normal service area, but for a small fee they were able to complete the work, and we will absolutely be using them in the future. My wife and I highly recommend!

My wife and I are more than happy to give Right Electric a 5 star rating. Jason is a very friendly, respectful, and professional man who goes out of way to please. He and his team are thorough, efficient, and very conscious of leaving a clean work area. Jason was working in the fiberglass in the attic and the spiders in the crawl space and came out smiling. On another day. When were were having trouble with power to the septic, Jason and his helper came the same day and resolved the problem. It involved digging a trench to the crawl space and was a pretty strenuous job. Well done and kept a pleasant attitude. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them highly.

We called them same day to deal with wiring for a light and unknown switches, and were in a time crunch with painters coming Monday. Jason was great and got someone out within a few hours. Carlos was awesome and did an amazing job - he finished within 2 hours and we’re so happy we went with them! Jason and Carlos were both also super communicative about policies, estimates, amount of work, etc. and despite it being a weekend call, the total was very competitively priced! We’ll be using them again very soon!

Darian was professional & polite. I had a a circuit breaker that kept on tripping, he was able to find out what caused it and fixed it immediately.

Jason did a great job of replacing a ceiling fan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, and he cleaned everything up when he was done. He also got back with me promptly -- on a Friday evening -- when I had a few questions about what he'd done. I'll call Right Electrical again.

I reached out to Right Electrical to install and wire two ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms. They offered to send someone out for a free estimate the same day, and was able to schedule an appointment easily. Jerry installed our fans and was incredibly professional and did an excellent job, leaving the rooms in a cleaner condition than when he arrived. 10/10 would recommend again.

Jason came to our business to address a reoccurring issue we are having with a cubicle outlet losing power. He took his time troubleshooting and explaining in great detail the unique issue we are having and was very patient when we had to wait to gain access to the panels in the electrical closet. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field, and we would absolutely use Right Electrical for any future needs.

I called right electrical and they sent out Jason to help me work up an estimate. My house was an electrical nightmare, basically every room had something wrong or having an issue.
Jason was incredibly kind and patient going through the house with me, he even helped get some sockets back up and running for me at the appointment. Because of the amount of work he let me know it was going to be a day job and gave me ballpark what I would be looking at. The price and time were what I was expecting and he gave me a pretty good deal.
Soon after I got the estimate and scheduled an appointment.
Jerry and Josh came by at 8:30 when they said they’d be by and got to work immediately making sure they had down everything I needed done. 2 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor lights, 2 Ethernet cables, a door bell, and several switches later in over 100 degree attic temps they got everything done and were so friendly and kind the entire time.
The ceiling fans I had forgotten about at the time of the initial appointment but they let me know what the price would be and sent over a new estimate so they could get it all done that day. They made sure I was aware of the pricing and I was ok with the estimate that was quickly sent over to me and I signed off in just a few minutes. They kept me updated and informed throughout the process. They tested everything and made sure I was happy with the results and made sure to keep my house clean. Everything looks and works great and I feel so much better with working safe electrical work having been done. I can not recommend them enough absolutely 10/10
