Our technician, Josh, was fantastic. He discovered a minor problem (less than $250] that could have developed into a very uncomfortable day/night. Josh is very knowledgeable and personable. Although, I am very happy with all of the technicians at AirWorks. I have used AirWorks for more than 10 years and I will never use another company. Everyone I have encountered has high integrity and a superior work ethic. That’s rare these days.

I’ve used Air Works many times over the past several years for my AC needs. They are always prompt and good communicators. Their technicians are knowledgeable and provide quick service. They have never tried to take advantage of us by selling anything unnecessary. I would recommend Air Works to anyone.

My AC wasn't blowing out cold air. I called Air Works and they came out the following morning.
The issue ended up being the capacitor was shot. Ricky was the service tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Much appreciation to Ricky and the Air Works team!

Josh and Patrick serviced my residential HVAC systems today as part of my annual maintenance. They were very thorough in their inspection and took the time to explain what was done. I appreciate the professionalism and thoughtful service that I always receive from Air Works Heating and Air.

Contacted AirWorks for an HVAC emergency issue to begin with and based on the response to that issue, we signed up for the maintenance contract. We just had our first maintenance review and Ricky and Patrick did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made recommendations but were not overly aggressive in doing so. Highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs!

We’ve used airworks for almost 10 years for our HVAC, including replacing one of our units in 2020. The service has been fantastic and we trust them to treat us fairly. They send the same technician, Ricky, for all our HVAC maintenance appointments. He is familiar with our configuration and history and provides service specific to what we need. I highly recommend them.

Air Works Continually provides great service, over and over again! We were introduced to Air Works 2 years ago by our realtor when our AC died on a 90+ degree day, the day before an open house! She called Air Works and they had our 14 yr old AC unit fixed within hours, on a Friday afternoon! And, the cost was super reasonable, even though we weren't even one of their customers yet! Then, they came out again a few weeks later, at no cost, to show the home inspector that our unit was working properly despite his best attempts to say otherwise!

I was sold then, so we set up an annual maintenance contract with them on our new house. Twice, they have come out with very short notice to fix what thankfully were minor issues. They always combined our upcoming service with the call to so we weren't out extra service fees! Even when we do have to have extra work done, the prices are super reasonable and the service top notch from the office staff to the techs. I can't say enough great things about Air Works! They truly are the best!!!

Josh and Ricky were amazing. Called to let me know they would be at my house first thing and had my unit up and running very quickly! If the other people who work for this company are as awesome, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have a dryer vent cleaned and called Air Works Heating &Air. The receptionist scheduled me for the following day in the afternoon. I was thrilled to have such quick turnaround on such short notice. Dillon and Axle showed up on time and both were very courteous and professional. They took great care and respectful of property. Thank you for the great service and friendly, courteous service from start to finish! Definitely would recommend them!

We've been using Air Works since 2008. We first called on Air Works when we had no air conditioning and our former HVAC company couldn't help us anytime soon, even though they had recently replaced one of our systems. Although we had never used Air Works before, they promptly helped us out.

We've been using them ever since for all of our scheduled maintenance as well as for break-fixes.

We also had them replace our upstairs system 5 years ago and their installation was excellent, a much better installation than the former company did replacing the downstairs system.

We would not use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Service, installation, and clean up were very professional with attention to detail and customer safety.
MTC came back to install new duct work after installing my new furnace and air conditioner. The crew members were very considerate and knowledgeable about their work. Ali, came back to inspect and make sure everything was done properly. I will always call MTC for any future issues. The company is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and quality work. I came across them when I had an emergency ac outage in the heat of summer 2 years ago and they were the only company that actually answered their phone and didn’t rely on a telephone answering service. They came out the next day and Ali explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. I can’t sing enough praises about this company and its people!

I have used MTC on several occasions and had a positive experience each time. They communicate very well, their price is fair compared to competition, and they always follow code and get inspections from the county.

Ali and team were very responsive to our request for an estimate and got our install scheduled right away. They did a great and thorough job at a price far below what their competitors offered. Highly recommend!

MTC Heating and Air Conditioning is a wonderful company with attentive, friendly, professional, and highly trained and excellent staff.
I called them with questions about installing a new up to code
dryer vent and within an hour AJ, the owner, drove to our home to
check out the situation and give us a quote for the project. He came back two hours later with the tools and materials needed for the job and completed the labor intense and complicated work that same afternoon. We were thrilled!

New update and review:

Our Carbon Monoxide monitor went off and I called MTC Heating and Air because they did such a great job with the dryer vent. They came out immediately when I told them about the Carbon Monoxide monitor. They discovered a leak in our old furnace venting system and were able to fix it right away.
We decided to replace our old furnace and put in a new HVAC system because family was coming to visit later that month. MTC was able to complete the job quickly and even came back to make sure the system was running well before our family arrived for their visit! We were thrilled with their work, and we highly recommend MTC Heating and Air!

A new update: Yesterday, lightening struck a tree close to our house. It fried my husband's computer and now our HVAC thermostat is not working properly. I called MTC Heating and Air early this morning, and was given an appointment for service this afternoon! We are thrilled with MTC Heating and Air. They have excellent customer service and wonderful customer satisfaction! I am thrilled that we found them!

Our condenser was struck by lightning, but AJ and Ali of MTC Heating and Air Conditioning made the necessary repairs and now it’s running beautifully! Thank you, MTC! Cheers to AJ and Ali! The best air men around! 💕

Very professional and efficient company. Fast with their work and tidy. My AC unit stopped working completely on a hot weekend and these people came to the rescue. They took everything old and moldy unit and installed brand new and awesome system. On top of that I had a really good price! Highly recommended!
