AJ just completed the bi-annual inspection of the system.
Recommend Duct cleaning service on this Townhouse that was recently vacated by a 3 years long tenant.
As always, great communication and excellent service provided.
Given we have a service contract on this property we also benefit from a 10% discount on all repairs and parts. The bi-annual unit check up is included as part of the service contract agreement.
In summary, a great company, good people, fair and honest pricing!

Everything in my original post remains true. Yesterday I called in for a repair and they fit me into their already heavy schedule for an appointment later in the day. The repair was quick and efficient and both Ali and the other gentlemen were very pleasant despite the overbearing heat and long work hours they are experiencing during this heat wave. Always good results and a pleasure to work with.

Working with MTC was a great experience overall. I had two HVAC systems replaced recently and took sometime to do my research to finalize my selection. Ruby was very helpful and patient in answering a lot of questions, in following up, and was prompt in addressing my concerns throughout the process.

Last night my Ac fan stopped working I called MTC and they did excellent job he did replace the motor and capacitor in less than 2 hours he gave me free tuneup and clean my outside unit without asking him thank you guys feel good to have honest technician and professional 🙏🙏

I have used MTC for 10+ projects in the last year. Some repairs and some full replacements. They have been fast, professional, and communicate very well. They do things by the code and always pass inspections. Highly recommend!

AJ and Ruby with MTC were absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with my furnace (no heat) and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. AJ did not want me to go another day without heat. They went above and beyond.

I called MTC after other HVAC companies were giving us 2 hour long sales pitches stoking fear and ultimatums. MTC came out quickly to give us a no BS quote that was very reasonable. They started work the next day and their finish looked amazing. Also they noticed there was some extra work too that needed to be done because of mold inside one of the vents. They gave us a new part free of charge. They definitely take pride in their work and we were very satisfied with them.

Our A/C stopped working unexpectedly, and Ali went above and beyond by driving outside his usual service area to help us. He arrived promptly, was attentive and knowledgeable, and had our system running again in no time. Great experience from start to finish with MTC Heating & Air Conditioning. They repaired my 10 year old gas furnace ac package unit. AJ handled the initial diagnostic and Ali and team handled the 4hr repair. I was very impressed by their work and professionalism. This great experience convinced me to put both of my systems on their yearly maintenance plan.

AJ and his entire staff were terrific. They did an outstanding job with the removal of our old HVAC system and installation of a new hybrid system. Ali is wonderful guy, came one day after I called him for AC repair drove one hour and 30 mins, knew the issues right away and very efficient and super cleaned, did amazing job and you can not tell there was any repaired, very talented and skilled with his tools and do fantastic job. he and his company do amazing job and their prices is great for the excellent job they do. you should hire them if you need any help with your unit or if you are thinking of opening business they do commercial as well. such excellent and satisfying results.

If i could give more stars i would.. The workers were professional, and fast. They replaced my 25 year heat and air conditioner unit within 5 hours. They took the old unit away and cleaned up the site. I am very happy with the new system and advice on care.
