I have a problematic household when it comes to getting repairs on my home. My brother has dementia and it’s imperative that everyone follow the instructions I give on locking doors when going in and out of the property. McKenzie did a wonderful job and was very understanding of our situation. He thoroughly explained what happened to cause my water blockage and was very quick and efficient and fixing my problem. Thank u all so much sending me such a kind and excellent technician!

Marcus did an incredible job for putting together a water filtration system for us. We had another company that the area give us a terrible experience. I had a Sunday afternoon sewer line backup. I was happy to speak to a live person to request emergency repair service. Justin Lindquist was the tech dispatched, he arrived quickly and although my pipe wasn’t assembled properly, he resolved the situation with an alternate method. He then determined the exact location and cause of the backup and gave me a tentative schedule date for complete repairs to the pipe. Justin was able to move the repair to one day sooner and was the tech to perform the repairs. He’s very knowledgeable about plumbing, straightforward regarding the problem, the solution and the costs.

Swift Brothers will be my plumbing service provider from now on. Thanks Justin.

Our heat went out the night the forecast called for 6 inches of snow. I called several places that advertised having 24/7 availability, but Swift Brothers was the only one who could come that night. Our technician, Gary, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company!

Service was pre-paid maintenance on my furnace performed by Mr Anthony Barbaro. He is very personable and professional and is a delight to work with. After he has completed his work he takes the time to explain what was done in a manner that I can understand. I highly recommend Swift Brothers for their services.

Swift Brothers HVAC is the best, from the scheduler(who got us an appointment early) to Gary P our technician! They were accommodating, knowledgeable and took interest in our problem! Gary was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained in terms I could relay with ease to my husband! LOL! Great company!

Office schedule lady (ladies?) was really nice, even through my awkward chatter. They got a technician out that day. Technician was great. Explained everything so I could understand and clearly spelled out the options. They were also a little cheaper then another plumbing service I called. New water heater install seemed to go well. Waiting to see if any issues, but not really expecting any. Only thing I won't dock them for is maybe could be clearer about ETAs. Otherwise happy with it.

We had a water pressure problem resulting in zero flow mid-shower. My wife wasn’t happy! Marcus from Progressive/Swift arrived next morning and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and set off to get parts for the well head where a leak had occurred due to pressure gauge freeze. He completed the job provided improved insulation and left us with plenty of pressure. I tested the shower this afternoon. All is working perfectly. Marcus was smart, helpful and did an excellent job. Thank you.

Rivers is an incredibly polite and hardworking man! The project involved rerouting the water service line to the house to accommodate a new septic tank. Rivers thoroughly understood the requirements and kept me updated on the project’s progress, including arrival and departure times. Despite the inclement weather, he worked diligently to ensure the project was completed on time. Additionally, he coordinated with the other contractor who relied on his work completion.

The estimating couldn’t be done on time. The time arranged was 10am-2pm. We got call around 1pm and informed would be our home at 3pm. When we saw the person, it was around 4pm. When he told us the estimated prices it was already 5:30pm. We need to leave at 5:45. So we really didn’t have much time to talk to him. This company also can’t do our furnace replacement on the next day, meanwhile made us having no chance to get service from other company to work on next day although they could do if we could contact them a bit earlier. The temporary around these days is from 4 to -10C. We do expect a 24/7 service, but we couldn’t get at the time.

My experience was good with the technician that installed a dishwasher. He was knowledgeable and professional. There was a bit of a mix up with the scheduling between residential and commercial for the install. That was a bit frustrating because I did not get a call from the office to adjust that. I also thought to install a dishwasher should not be over $500. It was just a regular LG dishwasher. The technician installed it quickly and it is working. I also experienced the technician coming out promptly which I appreciated. I would used this company again only in a pinch because of the high cost.

Alberto arrived on time! He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered every question we asked with well thought out responses. His interactions were deeply appreciated and finely directed in order to ensure we were together in what our actual interests and ultimate goals were. We felt pleased and satisfied that no stone was left unturned and that we would get exactly what we wanted and needed.

Superb professionalism all the way, from the initial technician/salesperson contact, the installers, the follow-up contact and the after-install inspection. They listened to my objectives and proposed a solution at a competitive pricing. My dual HVAC system was installed in a day with great attention to details - they went above and beyond in making sure my property was pristine after they left, and all the conduit connections were made airtight in a clean effective way. That last one seems like a no brainer but you would be surprised how sloppy this usually gets done! It reflects very positively on their care and professionalism.

During a follow up visit to asses all was working fine (it was), I was proposed additional work to purify the air in my home (which has a light murky/old smell). I received what I believe were reasonable proposals but declined to move forward for now. No pressure calls ensued.

Kudos to leadership: you are shaping this company for great future.

Update for second scheduled maintenance service: the technician (Abraham) performed the routine maintenance of the cooling part of my HVAC. He left the outdoor units absolutely spotless! He took time to explain everything he was doing, gave me a couple of recommendations, and overall was very respectful of my property (shoe covers appreciated!) Kudos to Abraham and the management team!

This is a great company to work with from the scheduling people to the knowledgeable tech Gary P who came out and quickly identified the problem and within 30 minutes the scheduler called and set up the appointment for the next day! Gary P was polite and cared enough to ask how our night was since the furnace was acting up! He came in gave me an estimate of the time it would take and went right to work! I can’t say enough about the service and customer support we received

Swift Brothers did a great job troubleshooting a short in wiring for my HVAC system. The analysis was quick and my technician (Anthony) provided a wealth of information to help me assess my next steps for long term solutions in my scenario. But most importantly had my system up and running quickly.

Our plumber, Rivers, did a great job today fixing a bathroom leak. He adjusted his schedule to work our service in. He had all the parts needed on his truck and completed the service on a timely basis. We appreciate his quality work.
