I had a leaking water heater and reached out to this company at night. They were very quick to come and assess the situation and gave a solution immediately. Next day they replaced it without a hitch. Rivers was very knowledgeable, kind and prompt. Thank you for great and prompt service.

Gary P. was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was respectful of our home, and worked in a very methodical and professional way. What impressed me most was his professionalism—especially considering the previous service call was from another company. He didn’t bash anyone, but it was clear things hadn’t been set correctly on our Daikin heating and air unit.
I had been told I needed a new coil and refrigerant, but Gary took the time to troubleshoot thoroughly, pointed out code violations, and even read through the manual to make sure everything was configured properly. Best of all, he was able to fix everything the same day and get us up and running again.

For a number of years I have used Progressive Plumbing, Heating and Air in Raleigh, NC for all my service needs. They were incredible! Then, a technician showed up one day in a Swifts Brothers service truck. Great, I thought, now my maintenance plan has been sold off to someone else and I'll get worse service. Actually it wasn't sold off, but for those you that don't know - Swift Brothers handles the residential business now. And they do not disappoint. I didn't think the quality of technicians could get better but Swift Brothers is at the top! They take time to carefully explain and document problems or potential problems. They also don't try to upsell you all the time. Roberto is MY heating system guy from Swift Brothers. Extremely professional and willing to put up with lots of questions. He does a thorough job and doesn't just go thru the motions. Each step in his service is explained. He takes pictures and describes what he is seeing, etc. Yes, you're going to pay a bit more, but I've never had a bad technician come out for service yet.

Great experience with next day appointment and no up-front fee for an estimate. McKenzie was very patient and did an awesome job testing and troubleshooting. The complete service and repair was completed the very next day. Great experience. Reasonable cost and fast service. Recommended! Thanks!

This is the second time I've had them come to do service and Marcus Carter is awesome. Professional, personable, easy to work with and understand. The work was done well and quickly. My only complaint about Swift Brothers is their website chat and email features seemed to go into a black hole. A phone calls worked perfectly and got the job done fast.

They sent someone out quickly and replaced my hot water heater, expansion tank and PRV same day! Great service! Thanks McKenzie for being courteous and doing a clean job!

Came back from summer vacation to a non-working AC. The tech from Air Quality AC came and fixed it in minutes. Very professional, not wasting time or pretending to check unnecessary things. Straight to the fixing. Followed a very professional process and charged resonable fees. Quite trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

I reached out to eddy with Air Quality to move 3 air vents and run a new gas line. He was quick to respond gave me a very fair price, shower up on time and delivered a very clean and professional job. Can not recommend them 10/10

Abraham was very helpful in assessing the issue, answering all of my questions, and making good recommendations. The service was prompt and reasonably priced.

These guys went above and beyond, very friendly and responsive, I asked for a quote Monday morning and the job was done by 5pm on Tuesday. Everything installed perfectly. I even asked them to reposition the outdoor unit and it was done. Not to mention a very good price!!

Air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. Called to set up appointment for next day since it was getting late, but Eddy called back and said he was 5 minutes away and offered to stop by. He diagnosed the issue and had cold air back in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service, and have a couple of units; so schedule general maintenance going forward with them.

Air Quality, especially Jayson, are exceptional at knowing HVAC systems, and solving our problems. I've tried other companies but they take forever to come out. Not Air Quality! They come within 24 hours everytime we call.

I had a great experience with Air Quality A/C & Heating Repair! Jabreal showed up for a service call and informed me that my A/C had a substantial leak. I thought this might be the case because it was 23 years old. He gave me the option to refill or replace and did not try to upsell me with a new furnace, too, saying mine was still in great shape and I could leave it or replace it if I replaced the A/C. I opted to replace it all so everything could be done at once to save money in the long run, and Eddie worked with me to give me a great price (better than any other bids I obtained), and he also patiently endured countless calls from me, as I tried to work (unsuccessfully) with my home warranty company. I was on a time crunch after the home warranty option fell through, and Eddie was able to have Jabreal and Jason install it on short notice. They were all professional, flexible, and easy to work with, and I appreciate the quick and cost-effective replacement that they did!

Found Air Quality on Google when my old service folded. Came home to no air conditioning. Dispatch sent Jibrael to my house in 90 minutes and he quickly and efficiently troubleshot two issues, replaced what he could, and ordered a module for install tomorrow. Great service; I will be using them again.

They were able to install two units, two air handlers and a full duct system replacement. They also installed Nest Thermostats inside. They provided the best price amongst5 other companies and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
