We had another great experience with Yellow Dot. The technician, Adam Crawford, performed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance and installed a UV light in the system. He was professional and friendly. We could not be any more pleased with the ongoing service that this company provides us with.

I had to write a review of how caring this company Yelliw Dot Air/heat in Raleigh is. During our vary , recent storm our heat stopped working. Called Yellow dot day before storm was coming and they said they would send someone that. Day.!! It turned out our son in law came over changed thermostat and we cancelled. But What Amazing caring company. I Want to thank Roberta who called us at 7pm to make sure she should cancel service and we were going to be ok. As soon as my contract with our provider ends soon we will join yellow dot air and heat. . Our service company wasn’t able to come for 4 days. Thank you. Nancy Ross

Yellow Dot has been so easy to work with. When I call, I always speak to a person. If I want to schedule an appointment online, they make that easy, too. I recently had my HVAC heating maintenance annual check-up and Mike walked me through everything he was doing, what he saw, what to think about in the future. We were able to adjust the rate at which the air blew out of the vents, making it quieter and the air warmer. I really appreciated the care he took to make sure that the system was running efficiently and optimally, and to keep me informed of any changes.

Kyle was a phenomenal tech! He communicated thoroughly every step of the way during the appointment. He was knowledgeable and kind. We had an issue with our heating system not working properly. He was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it within an hour. Kyle was Friendly and professional. We really appreciate his guidance and suggestions on our hvac system and thermostat. It very helpful and informative!

Edgar Gonzalez was professional and did a great job identifying an issue with my plumbing, followed by a prompt fix. Was fun to chat with as well about our shared interest in citrus trees. Highly recommend.

Adam Crawford was professional and knowledgeable. He even received a call from another technician and walked him through a process he needed help with over the phone. I like to see that kind of team work at a company.

Adam was patient and took his time to thoroughly inspect our HVAC. I never felt like he was rushing or skimping. I had my 8 month old to care for and never had to worry about Adam.

It was great working with Yellow Dot. We called and Daniel quickly arranged for someone to come out the same day. Our technician Kyle was amazing. We were having trouble with our upstairs being way too hot, and he immediately identified the issue and fixed it. He was kind, professional, and worked quickly. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was smooth and stress free!

Yellow Dot has been very helpful since we started working with them with our new build. We have had them out on multiple occasions and they are always professional and efficient. We had our bi-annual inspection today and Jacob Polka did a fantastic job; he called saying he could come early, fully explained everything and was very professional and courteous. We had new split system installed..We thought due to the cold weather that the system was struggling. I contacted our sales rep and tech arrived the same day. They found a faulty part in the air handler and arrived today to replace.. Once part was replaced, System is working properly. Both techs that came out were very professional and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the level of service we received.. Great job and thanks.

We recently had our annual heat check (which we had to reschedule and Yellow Dot was very accommodating) and we were happy to get technician Kyle Krygier again. He was timely, let me know when he was coming and kept me informed all the way thru the process. Checked some noises I was hearing coming from vents and made appropriate adjustments. He was very polite and respectful.

Such an amazing team we had here. Jacob thoroughly explained everything that was completed and answered any questions. Victor Toledo worked alongside them and they made it an easy service. Signed up for the yearly services. Very happy with quality of work.

Kyle Krygier came out to do a checkup on my heat pump. He was very nice and explained what he saw and shared his recommendations for what would be best for my system and budget. He was able to fix the issues that same afternoon! He is clearly knowledgeable and does great work. My system has been working noticeably better and my mind is at ease.

Kyle with Yellow Dot heating and air did a great job when you came to our house yesterday. He was on time and was very courteous. He was patient and explained the issues and potential remedies for the issues with our HVAC.. I would definitely ask for him to be our service tech again. There is a reason we have a service contract with Yellow Dot, this is it. Great service and quality work.

I’ve used Yellow Dot several times since I bought my home a couple years ago and they are always very professional, give options, and explain things so it’s easily understood. This most recent visit was with Jacob and Gregory to do maintenance on my HVAC unit. It’s not the best unit but Jacob and Gregory did a great job of explaining what they’re doing and info related directly to my unit. Haven’t had a poor experience with Yellow Dot so I’ll keep using them!

William has been out twice diagnosing a couple of issues with our units in a home we’ve purchased. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. I appreciate his kindness and attention to detail in helping us get this resolved.

Yellow Dot was fast and efficient with scheduling our appointment when our furnace stopped working. I was notified 30 min before arrival and Kyle was at our home exactly when you promised. Kyle was also extremely professional and transparent with what needed to be done. He was able to repair the furnace quickly! He was very nice and I would not hesitate to give him a call in the future for any repairs.

Amazing experience. Every time they explained in perfect detail exactly what we needed and what to expect when things are ready for replacement. Worked with us 100% of the way!

The following up they do to ensure our systems are healthy long-term is such a great service. Even though we kept forgetting to schedule: the steps they take to remind us didn’t feel like spam, but genuine care for their clients.

Yellow Dot is top notch in ever sense. They responded to our call the same day it went out. Nick Orsatti did an excellent job explaining our issue. Even though we were quoted a very expensive repair cost on the surface, Nick's insightful explanation of our issue made it an easy decision to choose Yellow Dot to do the job. Excellent work, Nick and Yellow Dot team.

Mackenzie did an amazing job. Fixed my toilet that wouldn’t stop running when water was on, fixed the clogged tub, and the clogged sink. Had been dealing with the toilet and sink issue for so long I’m so grateful for the work he did!

Anthony L. did a great job explaining what our HVAC systems needed, look forward to working with him again to continue our maintenance upkeep of our home HVAC. He was timely and nice to work with.
