Great work! I used a different vendor previously that was very hit or miss. Not naming names, but drove us to switch our HVAC provider and weve had much better consistency and results with AirExperts. Preston did our servicing on the furnace and was quick and professional, reasonably priced

I started using this company when they were Raleigh Heat & Air in 2016. Since then, they were sold and are now Air Experts. The level of customer service and quality has decreased significantly. A few years ago, I had multiple issues with my air conditioning shutting down on hot days due to them improperly installing the condensation drain when they did the new unit installation. They also caused water stains in my ceiling due to this. Most recently, I contacted them on a Friday to see if they could install a new water heater. They initially scheduled me for Sunday, and I found another company that could do it on Saturday. I called back to cancel and let them know and was told they could suddenly get the someone to the house on Saturday. The tech arrived and told me I needed a new water heater, and a salesman would be by later to sell me one and charged $52.55 to tell me this. After going through your AI automated phone system, I called back on Monday to complain about the service charges and asked why I was not told the tech could not install a new water heater as I was led to believe and was told a supervisor would call me back by the end of the business day. Needless to say, no one has called me back. At this point I will take my business to a company that truly values their customers and provides quality service. I hope you enjoy the $52.55 you collected and know you lost a 10-year + dedicated customer.

I have used Air Experts since I moved to Cary, NC in 2015. I have used them for HVAC regular maintenance, AC System repair and maintenance. We also had to replace our heating system. Everyone that I have spoken to, have serviced the Heating and Cooling systems and signed up for the regular maintenance have been very professional, knowledgeable, and review with me what they have done at each visit. They answer all my questions and concerns in detail and make sure I understand the results. If you are looking for a company who is customer conscious to make sure you are satisfied before they leave then Air Experts, Cooling and Plumbing is the company for you.

Matt did a great job. He was punctual and he completed his work quickly.

What really impresses me about Air Experts is that your technicians are not always trying to upsell services at every scheduled visit. Technicians from our previous HVAC company were always trying to get us to replace our ductwork. We heard that the ducts were moldy, dirty and we were losing 50% of our heat/air through them. We had them checked by other companies and no one could find the problems.

Air Experts truly went above and beyond helping my in-laws with replacing their water heater. They installed a Rheem tankless water heater, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned out to be much more complicated than expected due to the brick and the need to reconfigure the gas piping. Despite the unexpected challenges, their team handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise.

From start to finish, they took the time to explain what was going on, walk through the options, and make sure my in-laws were comfortable with each step of the process. They never rushed the job and stayed committed to getting everything done the right way.

Their knowledge and problem-solving skills really stood out, and their patience made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.

They were on time in the morning and let us know when they were coming. Throughout the day they were professional and reasonable on the noise level considering they were replacing our HVAC system. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and also professional while in our home. Lastly they kept our home clean by laying down rugs to walk on while coming in and out of our house. Would recommend!

if i could i would give zero! if you want someone to NOT communicate and take your money and run go for them!
i have had several issues with this person even down to posting my home when i stated please do not do that privacy reasons.
they have worked on a custom fence that i paid 95 percent up front and was told it would be done in 3 days, currently still is not finished ! while the job was going on demetrius asked me to take pictures of the guys working because they weren’t working to his liking !
MY neighbor who introduced me to Demetrius did not end up using him because they stated he was playing games hard to get in contact with and they felt they were “chasing him to give him money. ” Before i even found out they were not using him because he was unprofessional i already had given my deposit of a check which was cashed already i choose to give him a chance because he was up and comming and was not yet giving me the run around . I should have went with my Gut. The neighbors pointed out when the work was finish that the fence polls were not even around the same height , ( check pictures )and stated it’s not even a good job for all the money spent, as a professional he should have saw that before presenting the final finish. i told demetrius , he did come back and cut them! i did have to stand with him and point out each poll! that isn’t professional in my eyes also. I did tell demetrius it was the neighbors who pointed it out and he started to act a bit belligerent stating he can come back here into Mr John’s face and handle it like a man” he was super upset that i told him the neighbors stated was a bad job and i understood a little bit not to the point to express it that way to your client.
The door for the fence kept falling down( dragging on the floor and demetrius brought armondo to my house to fix the door several times and he came at 4 pm and worked on it till 7 pm until my ex husband told me he doesn’t want anyone at our home at those hours. we felt uncomfortable because the workers were stating they are not getting paid to work so they need to stay i argued them down to get-off my property payment is from demetrius not me. He was very upset stating demetrius is NOT paying him !
Demetrius hired an outside contractor to fix our gate which he did a great job at rebuilding it.
I discussed with demetrius that the gate still drags and that i would like the caps for the fence i am given the run around. I offered an alternative which is rail slips ((he had no idea what they are as a “professional”) he told me to count the slats and let him know how many do i have.I gave him a count even though as a professional your suppose to do that i am just a paying customer.
I have called several times and he has ignored i wanted the job completed but now i have to pay someone else to put the caps on and slip railings!

had a brand new HVAC unit placed in June. Team was efficient and did a great job! I did have one minor issue with the heat now that is changing seasons. Michael P HVAC technician came out this past week and was very knowledgeable, kind and professional!! He really went above and beyond explaining everything to me and making sure everything is in working order. Happy to do business with phenomenal technicians like Michael who really go the extra mile!

Ian Nunes provided excellent service! He is very detailed with thorough knowledge about the product, situations, and scenarios. He was professional and on time! It was a pleasure to have Ian repair our AC system. Ian is an asset to Yellow Dot!!!

Yellow dot was prompt to schedule technician to come out and check our heating system that had gone out.
The replaced motor didn’t work the first time and he patiently worked with his team to ensure we had a functioning system before confirming completion of the job. Jordan was professional and communicated updates and changes he was making which was helpful.

Yellow Dot is our regular HVAC service company. We had them over to scope out some additional work (home humidification, water filtration, whole house generator). Amar Patel was most helpful; thorough and knowledgeable, which helped us arrive at the best direction to take for us now and in the future. Recommended!

I had a very thorough and pleasant experience today w/ Yellow Dot Heating & AC. Technician arrived on time, sent advance notice, had excellent service skills. Offered me some additional items to help with overall efficiency, was polite and professional. Gave extra assistance with replacing new filters. I have used this company in 2 separate residences and always find their techs to be reliable and sincere.

I called and arranged for someone to come out the same day. Aaron Haas was our technician and he was kind and knowledgeable tech. We were having an issue with our heating system and he immediately identified the issue and fixed it. Highly recommend!

Eric was my tech. He showed up on time, answered all of my questions and did it with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone else who is looking for reassurance about an HVAC issue in their home.

I had an issue with my heat system, Yellow Dot was able to come out the day I called and did a fantastic job. My technician, Bruno, was knowledgeable and helped me understand what the issue was, how he fixed it, and did a thorough job to make sure there were no other issues with my unit before leaving. My house is all nice and toasty now!!

I called in and was able to book an appointment with them within that day, very efficient.
In a couple of hours, the Technician Aaron came and did some diagnose and showed me some of my HVAC system issues, they said if anything happens again they’ll come back and check.
Thanks for a quick booking and quick turnaround.

Would recommend them if you need some help with heating/cooling system.
