Brandon Alverez was very efficient and great at answering all my questions. He informed me of the things that could use some attention down the road and some suggestions of things to do now. He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I would consider asking for him for any HVAC service I may need in the future as he seems very knowledgable. .

Koy was fantastic! Came out, diagnosed the issue quickly and had a repair set in place with the part on the way. He took any worry or question away with his confidence. 10/10 would recommend!

Gannon was great!! He was on time and took the time to explain how he made repairs and made recommendations to keep our system running efficiently. He is very nice and knowledgeable!

The guys installed a new unit for us today, and they were professional and courteous, even after working in the attic in temps above 120! Thank you for our new AC! Nice job!

This company does provide in-home professionalism and always enjoyed the technicians provide. I had a whole system replaced in 2016 at what was a competitive price. Fast forward to January 2018 and I had inquired to Raleigh Heating & Air if my furnace was an automatic two stage unit with the very cold temperatures. The unit cut off over night for 2 hours. I asked if the unit was accessing the 2nd stage heat and they could not verify my equipment over the phone if we had automatic staging. I was forced to pay a $95 diagnostic fee for a simple yes or no response. Sadly the technician was more helpful than anyone over the phone and could have been resolved easily. I would recommend getting a quote from them for new equipment, but have reservations when it comes to asking for technical questions about your newly installed system.

Their service is acceptable but their response is not.

Our unit, which we purchased from them was under warranty and recently stopped working. We called and had a technician come out the next day. He diagnosed the issue. The unit was still under warranty and the part would be free. The part was in stock however he needed someone else to go pick it up. I was told we would get a call that day to schedule the installation. No call. I called at 7:30 in the morning and was told to stay by the phone because I'd get a call right back. No call. I called again at 10:30 AM. No call. I called again at 3 PM and was promised a call shortly. No call still.

Living through the heat wave without AC and super frustrated that I can't get an honest answer. Please do better for a long time customer or let me know if I can pay someone else, because thi has been rough.

I want to first Acknowledge Air Experts has excellent Customer Service and are focused on helping you with your problem. Yesterday was a crazy day for me as it started with the house not having water. I called Air Experts to help resolve this and they were able to schedule a Plumber, Luiz to arrive between 12-2pm. He arrived around 1pm found my problem, being resin beads had escaped my soft water system and had gone through & blocked my pipes and fittings. I had to call my Sift Water System company to resolve the issue, which they did, however, they could not clear my tankless hot water heater and I had to get an Plumber. I called Air Experts again at 6pm and they were able to schedule Alex for 8-10pm. Alex arrived around 7pm and clear & cleaned my hot water heater. I can’t thank the team at Air Experts enough for yesterday. You are fantastic and do a great job.

Had issues with one of my units not cooling in the heat of the summer. Gabe did a great job of quickly diagnosing a plugged condensation drain, plus he pointed out a few preventative items to keep the units running well. Very please with Air Experts over the years

Gabe is terrific! He always is. I request for Gabe and Gabe only. He’s personable, a family man, just a hard worker enjoying his work, his life & his family. He gets it! Gabe shows empathy and true caring when he’s in your home supporting you & diagnosing or doing checkups on your HVAC.
My most recent experience was, there was no air coming from the vents. Nothing! I tried to trouble shoot it myself. Situations like this, especially when we’re in the hottest season of the year… sets you into nervous mode. Gabe immediately started diagnosing the system, he automatically knew what few things to check. It was the blower. Luckily, my system was still in the warranty period. Took him no time to install the new one and my system was back up and blowing cold air! I am very grateful to have Gabe, someone who I feel is a good friend and who I trust in my home. Air Experts is lucky to have him! It’s the people, real people who are the heartbeat of a company! We need more Gabe’s, more real people giving and doing their best to a job. But it also takes good leadership, a cohesive effort from top down. I definitely recommend a Bonus for great employees like Gabe! Thank you, Gabe

We had Air Experts come by just to do the semi annual health check on our AC. Cameron was very diligent and thorough. He explained everything well. Definitely would recommend Air Experts. Cameron good job.

Sometimes when the unexpected happens, people (and businesses) show their true colors. A hiccup in an otherwise routine HVAC installation offered a perspective on Raleigh Heating and Air's business values. Due to some confusion in finding my home, work started much later than expected. Despite this, and despite my insistence that the men, who had been working nonstop without so much as a lunch break, could come back another day, they stayed late into a Friday evening to deliver on their promise: installing a new HVAC. And not only did they keep their promise, but they upgraded the system, at their cost, because that was what they had in stock. I originally chose Raleigh Heating and Air because of their price point and salesmanship, but would strongly recommend them because of their excellent values and customer service. They truly went above and beyond expectations. When incurring such an expense on home maintenance, I am fortunate to have landed with a company with the honesty, work ethic, and integrity of Raleigh Heating and Air. By all means do your HVAC research, but keep in mind the qualities, often difficult to quantify, that matter most.

Grayson was professional and courteous. I was very impressed that he was able to be so kind after working all day in 100 degree heat! I had complete confidence in his judgement and the work he completed. This was my first experience with Air Experts and I will definitely call them again!

They have replaced both of my HVAC units and I couldn't be happier. One unit about 6 years ago and the other a couple months ago.

They were very friendly and informative. Kevin priced out all the options for fixing my old dual unit (15yr AC unit and 27yr furnace). Then After Justin priced out a complete replacement, which is the option I chose.

Their pricing is competitive and they took the initiative to get me a rebate from the electric company and registered my product for me.

Top notch service and installation work, including new disconnect box and pad. I wouldn't choose anyone else! Thanks for the great service guys!

Nicholas was great. On time and explained everything. Our ac unit wasn’t working in this 90 degree heat and he fixed it in about an hour! He may just be our new best friend!! We have been with Air Experts for 20 years and they always provide great service!

On top of that, he noticed I hadn’t received my seasonal maintenance and took care of it on the spot. Scott was courteous, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Air Experts HVAC technician Tyler was such a nice guy and answered all my questions and fixed the AC issue in our home during these hot summer months in NC in a short time and we had him here on the same day I called. Amazing!!! Most other companies I have used in the past would say sorry it’s going to be a few weeks until we can get someone out to you. Air Experts is beyond a quality company and their customer service is the best in the business in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.

Eddie did a great job! He completed our annual plumbing maintenance and took the extra step to help us understand and fix the issue with our bathroom’s water flow. He showed up right on time, worked meticulously, and was incredibly courteous—even putting on shoe covers before coming in. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had some problems with getting an emergency appointment and than after waiting for 6 weeks for a maintenance appointment, was asked to wait an additional month. I hope in the future that will be better.

Our unit was making a rattling noise and we were due for one of our seasonal inspections. I called Air Experts and explained what was going on and what we needed. 24 hours later, a technician was ringing the doorbell. Tyler was a fantastic technician. He was friendly and walked me through everything he did when finding and fixing the part that was vibrating. He even showed me what was causing it and allowed me to watch him re secure the loose panel.

For the inspection part, he washed off the unit, gave me a run down of what he checked and what the results were and he went ahead and gave us a new filter. Air Experts has been a great company for us and every technician that has come out has been friendly and up front with us. But Tyler has hands down been the best.
