Our HVAC went out overnight when the low was only 14. They sent someone out that morning to diagnose the problem. They ordered what was needed and got us back up and running!!!

Allen Kelly offers honest and thorough service. Our system just came off warranty. The company that previously provided our service identified $7,000 worth of repairs or even more expensive replacements on a system that is working. We worked with Allen Kelly in our former home and asked them for a second opinion. None of the repairs cited by the other company were needed. I highly recommend Allen Kelly! Both Andy and Jason were courteous and knowledgeable--exactly the kind of people we like to deal with.

It took a while for AllenKelly to understand there was a problem that they overlooked on the routine semi-annual maintenance. However, once they did, their response was fast and very effective. Their service tech looked over the entire system, both the compressor on the roof of our building and the air handler in our condo unit, made the necessary adjustments, resulting in my A/C working better than ever. Ultimately it was a great service experience.

I appreciate the salesperson being on site at the beginning of the installation to ensure everyone on the same page. The quote from the company offered two options and had plenty of information to help with my decision. A good company to work with.

Well, Allen Kelly did it again. You guys knocked it out of the park. My AC went down and they sent Derek St. Marie out to diagnose and repair. Derek is so honest and a true professional in his craft. He diagnosed it in no time but he had to order the ECM inside fan motor. Part came in two days and he was back out to replace it. System is working great again!! Thanks so much for being an honest and reliable company and hiring folks like Derek. No upsell. Just good, honest and dependable repair. It's no wonder I chose you guys to replace both of my systems in the past. I've been a long time customer. My only suggestion would be to offer Veteran or Senior discounts. Keep up the good work!!!

Salesman Rick Slater was punctual, prompt and always helpful in explaining things. He took the time to make sure I understood his recommendation, uncovered aspects of my HVAC and ductwork that I was not aware of, and worked with me through the decision-making process. He made all of it a breeze and an easy decision. The install team showed up on time and completed two days of work in roughly 6 hours. They were in and out in a professional manner, leaving no trace that they were even here. I gathered three different quotes from LOCAL HVAC companies and I’d highly recommend using Allen Kelly.

We just had an amazing experience with Allen Kelly! Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and we submitted a web inquiry around 2:30am. To our surprise, they responded promptly and called us back within 5 hours. A technician was out the very next day and had everything taken care of quickly and professionally.

Derrick, the Allen Kelly technician, arrived promptly and completed my system check quickly. He gave me a clear understanding of the state of my AC and was polite and courteous.

I was able to get an appointment to fix our air conditioner within 3 days with the first call. They were polite, on time, and worked fast to get it fixed. In a couple of hours we had a nice cool house again. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs fast efficient AC work done!
