I am beyond impressed with Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electrical. The customer service they provide is truly incredible, and it starts the moment you call.

I spoke with Amanda, who was professional, friendly, and managed to book an appointment for me the same day. She maintained excellent communication throughout the day, providing timely updates on when our technician would be arriving.

Our technician, Olekxandr Gryshko, continued the exceptional service. He was prompt, incredibly polite, and took the time to meticulously go through our heating system. He patiently and clearly answered every question we had. When a part needed to be ordered, Olekxandr's communication regarding the follow-up visit was above anything I expected.

Jordan worked above and beyond in fixing a pretty large drainage issue at our home. He came on a holiday. He worked the problem to its source very efficiently. He repaired it and got us back to living normal as fast as humanely possible. We highly recommend Jordan and Blanton’s!

Justin came out and gave us a quote and was very informative. Came when we scheduled and was very efficient and afterwards answered some more of our questions. He was great!

Professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had a water heater issue from a year or so called them after it got worsen ( I was lazy I guess). Anyway they diagnosed it with right root cause and also fixed it quickly. I am thankful for fixing it as the issues with not having hot water in cold weather was horrible. Anyway the reason for praising is because they gave two options to fix but was willing to try the non expensive option first to see if it works and in my case it worked. I would suggest them anyday. The rate was also reasonable market rate. I wouldn’t call them costly or cheap but in my case resolving the issue to have piece of mind was more important. Chris from their plumbing was very good in explaining the issue as well as very courteous in taking. Awesome experience

Our technician today was Jorge, who has serviced our property in the past. He is awesome! He always listens carefully to our concerns and provides multiple solutions. Very skilled and completes the job efficiently. Highly recommend.

Chad Parks was extremely professional. He was punctual, knowledgeable, walked us thru the various pros and cons of changing out our tankless water heater. He had to call the city utilities to deal with a broken shut off valve. All this he did with a smile. At the end of the day he completed the job with extreme efficiency and accuracy. Would highly recommend Blanton plumbing and Mr Chad Parks.

Ritchie and Billy are an amazing duo that exceeded my expectations. I was always informed with what they were doing and they did it quickly with an eye towards getting things done right. I would definitely call these guys if I have plumbing in the future.

They replaced all lines to the house plus laid a new sewer pipe. Excellent work.

Justin was great! Saved us money and also offered useful tips. Added a fix to ensure our tankless water heater always brings hot water to any faucet within seconds if not instantly. Very knowledgeable!

A Blanton electrical technician, Fredri, was conducting a routine inspection at our neighbor’s house a day before our scheduled visit. We asked if he wanted to visit us afterwards, rather than having someone else drive back to our neighborhood the next day. We were delighted that Dispatch agreed to the schedule change. It was a win-win.

Fredri was helpful, friendly, and keenly observant. Although outside of his job scope, he noticed, photographed, and reported a clear ductwork deficiency that may have been missed by another technician just 2 weeks prior. Fredri reported this new issue to his management, and we were told the problem could be resolved by a f/up HVAC visit the very next day. Kudos to the great customer service!

James McMakin did an outstanding job replacing our hot water heater. Explained all options, was prompt and excellent communicated during the process. Finished work was top shelf in appearance and quality. Great install. Went over the system when work was completed.

He also replaced our garbage disposal while he was here. Great job with that as well.

They texted me a picture and name of my service person. He called and gave me the time he would be coming. He introduced himself on arrival and shared options with me. He kept me informed. Aidan and Justin worked efficiently. Justin explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use this company again!

Had an issue with my water heater that ended up requiring a replacement. Justin showed up shortly after I called and had the new water heater installed in the same day! Justin was very courteous, explained what needed to be done and provided options. He answered my questions and did a great job with a clean installation.

Highly recommend Blanton’s. I filled out some questions on google and they called me that same day. We worked with Ayden Perez and he’s 10/10. Couldn’t have been more professional and polite. He did amazing, clean, fast work. 100% would recommend.

Excellent service! My technician was Zach and he was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! He diagnosed the issue with my sump limb, replaced the sump pump checked to be sure it was functioning and eliminating the excessive water accumulation in my front yard all in the same day! I highly recommend Blanton’s Electrical, plumbing and Air!!!

I called in the morning and requested to have my shower looked that on the same day. Chris arrived within 3 hours of my call . Very pleasant young man who gave explanations as to what needed to be done to make the shower handle operational again. He was very efficient in his work and also did a brief plumbing inspection of the house. Would recommend Blanton’s.

First time using Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric. They let me know a window when the serviceman would arrive, and the diagnostic service call charge. Electrician, Nick Bornheuer was on time, personable, knowledgable and transparent. He took the time necessary to diagnose the many issues with my electrical system; answered questions; worked up a job order, with 4 different pricing options; and explained the benefits of each. I chose one, paid by credit card (price was very reasonable) and he made all the repairs. I am supremely satisfied and have already scheduled another appointment to replace several indoor and outdoor light fixtures.
