Antonio reached in time. Performed a winter service on our both heating systems. He is knowledgeable and nice to work with gives good advice on maintaining the A/C and heating unit in working condition.
Would recommend him and the company and will use them again if required.

I reached out to All American Heating, Air & Plumbing when i noticed my HVAC is not heating. They were able to put me in their schedule immediately! I got my unit diagnosed and fix on that same day. I like how quick they were able to diagnosed my issue and how transparent they are with things.

All-American has installed 2 HVAC systems for us (at 2 houses) over the past 15 years. We're now in our 3rd house and they're providing regular maintenance for this system. We've been happy with their service all the way through. This includes planning and installing a geothermal HVAC system and a Trane heat pump system, as well as regular service and maintenance on various systems.

I’ve contracted with All American for my HVAC maintenance for a couple of years now and This company is fantastic!! Their technicians are extremely professional, polite, and thorough with their explanations. They are flexible and understanding with my crazy work schedule and able to accommodate my scheduling requests. They send texts and emails when the technician is on their way, and even include a picture of their technician which I sincerely appreciate as a female homeowner who lives alone :) Highly recommend for your regular HVAC maintenance or other HVAC needs!!

We just relocated to NC and needed to our HVAC bi-annual service started. All American Heating, Air and Plumbing was recommended to us, and we have been very pleased with their services. During our first cold snap here, our heating unit froze up and AAHA came out quickly to resolve the problem. Hats off to our service tech, Antonio and Lucy in the office. Great customer service.

We have used All American for many, many years. They are honest and fair. They show up on time and take photos to prove what they are telling you. If you are in a contract with them for regular maintenance, they arrive quickly if there is trouble. They do a throughout job of replacing units as needed as well. I always have very nice workers sent for checks and repairs. I would not use another company.

The technician came out quickly, which I really appreciated. The issue turned out to be that the emergency heat cable had been disconnected at the thermostat for unknown reasons. The technician was able to reconnect it and get everything working again. I paid $100 for the service visit and $90 for labor. Overall, I’m thankful for their fast response and help.

We recently moved in to our new home. In need to have a quality HVAC company, we searched the internet and found All American. They scheduled us in with no problem, kept us informed as to when a technician would show up. Right on time, Antonio checked out our system and we signed an annual service agreement on the spot. System checks out. Thanks for the quality service.

Curtis went above and beyond helping to find the source of my water leak and repair it. He stayed late to get the job done even when he still had another job to do. He was friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything. So grateful for his help!

I have used All American for our HVAC needs for the past 15 years. I have generally been very happy with their service. When it comes to installation of new units, they do excellent work. I would give them 5 stars for that. Their quality drops a bit on the maintenance service side of things. These techs tend to be less experienced and knowledgeable, but still pretty good. They get the job done but have made a few mistakes over the years (which they always came back to correct, I'll add). I expect that's probably true of most HVAC contractors, and we have overall been very happy with the service. When we have had problems with our units, they have been very good at coming out promptly and make a diligent effort at resolving the problem. Overall a very high quality outfit.

Grayson came out and fixed our AC, decent pricing, very professional, but explained what happened and what was needed to fix it again. Offered recommendations to things he saw since our unit is older, no sales pressure. Great company A++++

All American Air has installed our original HVAC in our house and my son’s house over 21 years ago and has maintained these systems since. They recently installed 3 HVACs in my house. The new systems were speced based on our needs and were professionally installed. I was pleased with the overall HVAC price and installation cost. The breakers were also checked for appropriate amps. The area were cleaned to their originals. I highly recommend this business.

Carlton and his crew are fantastic!!! They are super nice and always looking out for the customer, not grabbing the $$$. So many times over the years other companies want to replace a unit for a quick buck, Saints looks at all options and works with you.

I have been using this company for nearly 18 years. There has recently been a change in management with the younger technicians now moving through into management. The company is still exceptional.
It’s the same professionalism and timely response under the leadership of Cody Forman, yet still with experienced technicians like Jay.
I will continue to have them as my primary HVAC company.

Nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service! This was this earlier this year when the heating stopped working ..Cody sent his team out and turned out the unit finally kicked the bucket, lasted 22 years..Cody got us setup with new units in couple days . What is really appreciated was the constant communications, so we never had to guess when the new hvac will be here or what date/time the techs will be at our place.
I would not hesitate to contact them for any future issues if they ever arise!

Had a problem with our ac unit today. It randomly decided to quit working. We called several companies including one we have a service contract with. All saying we can’t help you. With the inside temperature of our home reaching 85 degrees, I called this company and spoke with Cody. He was absolutely awesome. Was at my home within the hour and had us up and running in just a short while for a reasonable charge. We have one more service call on our maintenance agreement. Once we receive that service we will be using this company as our go to. Thank you, again for your quick response.

We needed help with our heating system and I have never see a man so nice and trustworthy. He worked hard and saved us a lot of money. I will only be using this company in the future.
