I had the pleasure of working with Andre for a plumbing inspection at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was highly knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected every aspect of the plumbing system in my house, taking the time to explain what he was looking for and why.
What stood out most was Andre’s honesty—he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, which I truly appreciated. Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric delivered excellent service on our toilet repair. Justin was professional, on time, and clear in his communication from start to finish. He explained the issue in simple terms and made sure the repair was done right.

The quality of work was solid, and the entire process felt organized and efficient. I would use them again without hesitation.

We had a gas tankless hot water heater installed (love it!) and removal of the old gas hot water heater storage tank from our 2nd story attic, as well as installation of a new master bathroom toilet and shutoff valve. Our three Blanton’s technicians, James McMakin, Jacob Eason, and Jorge Rodriguez did an absolutely outstanding job in accomplishing everything and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. They were extremely professional, experienced, courteous, and personable. What my wife and I especially liked was they addressed every question and concern we had and explained everything in a friendly manner, ensuring we were completely satisfied with their answers before resuming their work. We highly recommend all three of these highly skilled and trained individuals, with special thanks to James for getting the old hot water heater removed from the 2nd story attic without a bit of damage or mess (was our biggest concern)! Blanton’s prices may seem a bit high to some, but we feel it was well worth the cost for top-notch quality work done right the first time and up to code by knowledgeable experienced technicians!

On a follow up service call, one of Blanton’s electricians, Jorge Rodriguez, did a whole house electrical check for us and identified several issues that needed immediate attention, many of us we were aware of, but needed confirmation and recommended solutions. Jorge took the time to thoroughly discuss all options to address each issue and assisted us in choosing the right solution in each case. He was able to fix several electrical problems that had existed since we moved into our house over 3 years ago (our bad for not addressing them sooner), plus provide good recommendations to address other areas, such as replacing our 25-year old smoke detectors (7), adding one combo smoke and carbon dioxide detector on each story, and upgrading our 25-year old circuit breaker box, to include surge protectors. We can’t emphasize how highly we think of Jorge’s knowledge and capabilities! He was extremely patient and satisfactorily answered our many questions and concerns. He will definitely be our “go to” electrician for all future needs!

I have been impressed with the staff that worked on my plumbing issues. Aiden, Austin, and Nate were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and were honest and respectful of me and my issues.

Austin Wesley, was very nice and very pleasant guy. He explained everything we ask him. He did a magnificent job on putting the filters in the house. I would recommend him to my friends and family. We were very satisfied.

I reached out to schedule a water heater replacement after receiving a quote and was met with two very friendly voices who were able to assist me in getting scheduled and answering any remaining questions I had regarding payment and the work to be done. Trevor showed the up the day of the installation and was extremely helpful in walking me through what would take place. The water heater was to be placed in the attic and the opening to this space was not exactly conventional and made it EXTREMELY difficult to find not only a water heater that would fit through the opening but one that could be maneuvered into the space if the old unit. Trevor anticipated this need and worked tirelessly with the Blanton’s team to find a water heater that would fit into the space and then install the unit quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very pleased with this service and would recommend Blanton’s and more specifically Trevor to anyone in the Raleigh area for their plumbing concerns.

I had a problem with a tub faucet that would not shut off. I called Blanton's on Monday, and they scheduled me for Tuesday between 8am and 4pm. Mateo, the service technician, called around 7am on Tuesday to inform me that he would arrive around 8am. He was prompt and assessed my situation. He gave me a quote for the work, and once I agreed to it, he acquired the parts and began the work. Mateo was very professional and polite. The work required cutting into the wall to access the faucet assembly. He closed the doors to the bathroom so that any dust, debris, and noise were minimized. He affixed an access panel to repair the wall, which was a nice touch and a smart move for the future. He performed excellent work, and it was clear that he was experienced. Before he left, he made sure that everything was cleaned up. I am very pleased with Mateo's work, and I would be glad to have him work on my home again. A+ and five stars!

Collin Denny was our Tech. He is an excellent example of a person you want providing your service. I don’t think Blanton could find a better person to represent them. He is the main reason I would be happy to recommend Blanton to anyone.

Very easy for booking, confirmed appointment and right on time. Tech took time to explain not only what the issue was, but how it got to this point, what’s needed to fix it AND how to keep it from happening again. Amazing service, and he liked my dog! I will use them again - the previous 3 companies failed to fix the issue, Blantons on the first try! Thank you so much.

I called Blanton’s when my HVAC was having some issues and they were very responsive and accommodating. The service technician who came out, Clifton, was extremely personable, kind, explanatory, helpful and knowledgeable in his profession. He explained the system and what needed to happen. Because of his great job, I ended up signing up with them for their maintenance package that offered check ups on the system bi-annually, which included plumbing as well. Happy to have chosen this company to service my HVAC.

Chris was great - he explained everything thoroughly, even drawing pictures so we'd understand better. We ended needed an entire re-plumb which was not expected but Chris moved quickly and got it done with in a few days. We will definitely be using Chris and Blanton's again.

Update 2/6/26:
After our initial HVAC challenges, we unfortunately had to address several additional issues — but this is where the Blanton’s team truly stood out.
On January 19, we had no heat despite Aux Heat running. Jeoffrey arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He listened carefully as I explained the symptoms and gathered all the necessary information before beginning his diagnostics. After investigating, he returned with photos, test results, and a clear explanation of what he found. He presented repair options along with associated costs and followed up with a detailed summary via email for us to review. The transparency and documentation were greatly appreciated.
The next day, January 20, we met with Gus to explore full system replacement options. Gus was incredibly friendly and professional. He clearly explained the process, set expectations for the visit, and stayed focused throughout. He asked thoughtful, important questions about our requirements and priorities before developing proposals. Using a very impressive application, he analyzed our home’s layout, measured square footage, counted returns and vents, and walked us through multiple options — including electric vs. gas and dual zone vs. dual system setups. What stood out was how responsive he was; when I asked for changes on the spot, he recalculated and adjusted proposals immediately. It made decision-making much easier.
After reviewing everything, we decided to convert from electric to a gas furnace, and the gas company ran new service to our property on January 29. Unfortunately, during excavation, subcontractors damaged our well water line and the electrical feed to the well pump.
We contacted Blanton’s immediately for help.
Later that same day, January 29, Justin arrived — even though it was already late in the afternoon. Before I could even walk out to greet him, he was already assessing the damage in the yard. After a quick explanation, he outlined a clear mitigation plan, retrieved the necessary parts from his van, and efficiently patched the water line. Because temperatures were below freezing (unusual for the Triangle area), we had to allow the seal to cure overnight. Justin assured us that if there were any leaks at all, he would return immediately. That level of confidence and accountability meant a lot during a stressful situation.
On the morning of January 30, Jorge called to let us know he was on the way — and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He evaluated the damaged electrical lines feeding the well pump and discussed multiple repair approaches, from simplest to most robust. We chose the most effective solution. After consulting with his manager, he came back with an even better option, which he implemented. Once the repair was complete, we flipped the breaker — but still had no water. Instead of stopping there, Jorge methodically tested everything and ultimately identified a seized pressure regulator. After cleaning it, water flow was restored to the house.
That persistence made all the difference.
Despite the HVAC setbacks and unexpected complications, the Blanton’s team consistently showed professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. They minimized what could have been an extremely frustrating experience and stood behind their work every step of the way.
A special shoutout to Blake and Gary as well for going beyond expectations — taking the time to answer critical questions, walk through alternatives, and offer thoughtful professional recommendations based on their expertise. That level of engagement and willingness to educate the homeowner makes a real difference when making major decisions like this.

Blaton's has been to our house twice and has either come same day or first thing the next morning when we called after hours. Yovani was quick to diagnose or unit, thorough to check the over all units health and condition, and professional and polite. He even offered coloring books to my 4 children. He quickly resolved our issue and had our unit up and running in minutes.

Collin did an excellent job fixing my toilet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the issue was, walked me through the repair process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t rush the job and made sure the problem was fully resolved, not just temporarily fixed. My toilet is now working better than it has in a long time.

If you’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and skilled plumber, Collin is absolutely the person to call. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience working with the Blanton’s team. Starting with Colten who first inspected our HVAC systems, to Kevin walking us through the service options to Roman and his colleagues performing the installation. To a man they were all professional and respectful, kind and friendly. They not only provided us with a new HVAC system, but peace of mind.

I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, the level of professionalism, and the thorough information provided by Justin who installed our new water heater. From the initial appointment, to the day of installation, everything went very smooth. I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend this company to others.

Water heater went out on 2/5. Called Blanton's. They arrived 1st call on 2/6. Chris, the technician, showed me that my internal tank had ruptured. Needed replacement. Gotta have hot water, what are you going to do? I got a quote, and almost went into cardiac arrest. $6133 for a new water heater! I'm in sales, so time is money. I don't have the leisure of having multiple people come out to take a look over the course of several days, and again, you have to have hot water. Had Chris replace the water heater. He did a very good job, quality work. I've Googled the water heater...it's $1000 unit. Blanton's probably gets a dealer discount. So, essentially $5,100 for affiliated parts and labor to install. Everyone that i have discussed with in the aftermath agrees that this is well out of line. I can't help but accept that I was at the mercy of Blanton's and paid what their asking price was, but the process didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. For this reason, I am not providing any stars to my review. Just a suggestion that if your water heater needs replacement, and you have the time, do your due diligence and get competitive quotes for the job.

ETA: Can't post the review without leaving a star rating, thus I provided a 3 star review, not because of the quality of the work, but because of the cost of the job. As they say, you live and learn.

Biruk was very personable and took good care of our home. Shoe covers, cleaned behind himself and explained work being performed as well as options. He would be welcomed back anytime.

At 11:30 AM, I discovered a leak on the second floor. A Blanton Service Professional arrived promptly at 1:00 PM, and by 2:30 PM, the issue was fully resolved—allowing me to continue with my day without further disruption.

Biruk and Chris demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. They quickly diagnosed a complex plumbing issue and ensured it was addressed thoroughly to prevent any additional water damage.

I highly recommend Blanton for anyone seeking fast, reliable, and affordable plumbing solutions.
