Called about a leaking valve and crack in commode tank. Service tech arrived the next day. Trevor Williams was very personable and professional. Assessed situation and provided quote. Because we wanted a specific commode he had to order it. We were notified when it arrived. Trevor had it installed and the area cleaned up in short order. Overall well pleased.

We had an excellent experience today with Blanton technician Jorge Rodriguez. He arrived when promised, quickly analyzed the problem with our under- cabinet fluorescent electrical system, clearly explained and then recommended several alternative ways to address the problem, gave us good estimates on each alternative, and then returned and promptly installed a new LED system I eventually chose for us at a local supply company. Jorge was knowledgeable, gracious, and very professional. We were very satisfied with his work and pleased with the outcome.

I needed to have someone today as our water heater died the day before the impending ice storm. I called Blanton and they were able to accommodate me. The young lady in the office was very helpful and great to deal with. The technician, Ethan Mitchell, was awesome. He called and was at my house within the hour. He knew his stuff and quickly identified the issue. He thoroughly explained the problem and showed me the cause. He was great - though we had to replace the water heater, he had it done in no time. We started the day without hot water and by 12:30 we had hot water. They use top notch products. They are at the higher end of the cost range but you get what you pay for. I got a great product, in a much needed time frame and awesome service. Truly! Give them a call if you have plumbing needs and if you get Ethan you will be happy with the service and final product.

This was the first I used Blanton’s and I felt that the service was very good. I had plumbing issues, not major, that needed to be treated. Mateo did an excellent job. He listened to my concerns and he explained to me exactly what he was doing. In addition to the work in the one bathroom he checked the others to make sure there were no problem. I was very impressed that he cleaned the area up after doing the work. Mateo was very nice and pleasant and obviously very skilled. I was pleased with the service.

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair! Blanton’s did a wonderful job on all three issues! Recommend them for any of the three. Blanton’s provided their services in a professional and knowledgeable manner!

We had a plumbing inspection/maintenance and flushing of the water heater. The technician discovered that the heating element needed to be repaired. He made the repair quickly. He had all the necessary parts on his truck so there was no wait.

We also had a general electrical inspection done with no urgent problems found, thank Goodness. We are glad the office could schedule both service calls at the same time.

The technicians were friendly, courteous, and kind to our elderly dog. As usual, we had a great experience with Blanton's.

Customer service is a breath of fresh air. When I called to make an appointment, the staff member could not have been more helpful. They worked within my schedule to get someone out the following day of calling in. The plumber let me know when he would be at our appointment. He was cheery He evaluated the issue, priced it, fixed it and done. Great first experience with them.

Trevor and Zach did an outstanding job with our hot water heater installation. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing, and made sure we felt confident about the entire process. The installation itself was seamless and efficient.
We appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them. Exceptional service all around!

After initial confusion and having to order a circuit board to repair my HVAC, Kris K. came through and restored my unit. Thanks to Tim G. (Service Manager) for clarifying facts to rid the confusion and for making sense of this repair. They showed no shortage of patience over the 3 months it took to get the correct parts and work their magic. From the installation of this unit 8 years ago to the repair of the circuit board in March of 2025, Allen Kelly & Company have been reliable, trustworthy and accommodating. Outstanding service!

We had an auxiliary power issue and they came out the next day and the gentlemen (Jason) was very nice and explained everything.

Truck with plate JJ-9665 nearly pancaked me between other vehicles about 20 minutes ago (2/14/24 - around 3:35pm) in rush hour traffic on I-40 eastbound in Cary.

He drifted into my lane and did not correct until I laid on my horn. Not sure if he was on his cell, not paying attention, but it wasn't a great experience.

Still a bit shaken up honestly.

Some driving classes may be warranted for this individual so he does not cause a major accident, or worse.

Allen Kelly installed a new heat pump for myself and my family last month. We were in great hands with Rick, and are happy with our unit. Highly recommend this company. Prices were good compare to other estimates we received, especially based on the units they offered.

Brian Kelly & his team did an amazing job job!!! They were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, & are very detailed in how they perform their duties.

They removed our outdated & inefficient hvac system & duct work. They replaced our existing system with a Trane dual fuel system that includes a 90% two stage gas furnace with variable speed blower, new refrigerant lines, all new duct work, new return grills, & thermostat. The Trane heat pump is a 17 seer multi-stage unit. Both units are whisper quiet. Also, as a bonus the new system qualifies for Duke Energy & Federal Credits.

Again, what an amazing job performed by Brian Kelly & his Team!!!

My new furnace wasn't working just right. The technician came right out and adjusted the drain line to get it working properly.

First time I have used Allen Kelly as my house was new. I used the builders choice. They tried to fix the air flow in one room 3 times. The builder refused to send them out again. The new tech came and fixed the flow in 10 minutes. The air flow valve was completely closed.
