I had a great experience with Justin today and the AC is flowing again so it was worth leaving a review! He was extremely communicative on his ETA to avoid any inconvenience since I had to leave work to meet him at home. He was also very thorough in listening to my concerns, identifying the issue and finding a solution to get the unit running properly. Best part is, it didn’t take too long to fix. Happy customer and I’ll definitely use them again for future HVAC issues.

Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on. Thank you Ultra Air for the wonderful experience!

My builder used this company to install appliances and ac and it had been awful experience. I have called three times regarding my 15 month old hot water heater issues and no one will return my call. Half my neighborhood has had AC issues also.

I am very pleased with this company. They offer a yearly membership program at a reasonable cost with a 2 X a year system maintenance and discounts on service calls. Friendly service all around.
Natalie is awesome as coordinator, everything from setting up a new membership contract to service appointments. AAH&A is upfront on costs, I have never experience shock pricing for work preformed by them. I recommend this company to everyone. No longer do I get the feeling of being used after having used an A/C repair company. Thank you for being an honest company!

All American installed a first rate heating and air conditioning system a few years ago when my old units stopped working efficiently. The crew arrived on time and were very professional throughout the installation. They returned for a few days to address some minor equipment ssues. All American maintains my system twice each year year through my annual service contract. The support staff who schedule all servicing are very polite and helpful and every tech who arrives has been punctual and knowledgeable. I would never consider using a different company.
My system was inspected in December 2024 and, as usual, the service was excellent. Grayson was polite and thorough and a great representative of the company.

Grayson was prompt, professional and he answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Bought a new construction home and had a couple issues with the plumbing and ac. Both technicians sent out were on time, friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problems quickly and had everything fixed asap. I'm happy to know my plumbing and hvac are serviced by All American and will continue to use them for years to come.

This was a service call to investigate why the AC blower was not working. Turns out my Generac generator has a circuit that was preventing the power from going to the blower. So now have to have an electrician come out to fix that problem before HVAC guy can service my 2 AC systems.

I have been very happy with All American HVAC over the last 3 years. They have installed a new system/ductwork and several repairs. Most recent was evaporator coils. They took care of all the warranty work with the manufacturer and install went smoothly.

Not often a company delivers better, cheaper, and faster - all three - but All American did just that during our recent AC replacement. Solution met all our objectives, price was competitive, and they beat their originally-promised schedule by 5 days without any pressure from us. Best part was the installation crew - organized, efficient, great attention to detail, courteous, professional in every aspect. Very pleased with our All American experience.

The response time was within 30 minutes of my call. Ryan laid it out for me on what options I had. Once I accepted the bid, they should up at 6:00 AM the following day! Normal start time is 8:00 but they were accommodating me due to weather. The crew was professional and left everything as clean as it was upon arrival.
