I called Raleigh heating and air during a couple week span of 100°+ temps, so you know they were busy! It was a fan that had died within my condenser therefore I had no ac at all. The repairs were under warrant so it was a minimal (diagnosic) expense. What I appreciated here was the open and prompt communication from RH&A. They told me I’d hear before the tech showed up, they sent several confirming texts and followed through with the expectations they set. Once the tech arrived (Travis Webb) the service was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within minutes. Travis was kind and courteous! I would recommend RH&A to anyone!

We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties. The unit they replaced it with was damaged during install, and was not installed properly. When we called to complain the company sent someone out and inspected it and apologized, and replaced the unit with a new (better) one, hired a painter to paint a wall that was damaged and gave us a discount on the overall price with sincere apologies. They told us they had terminated one of the employees who did the first install and the other was receiving disciplinary action. Even though our initial experience was not positive, I was happy they were able to rectify the situation and make things right for us.

Can you imagine being on vacation in another country, on your third day, getting a message from your dog sitter that your bathroom is leaking water from the ceiling 😳 i can and it is horrifying. In a state of panic did a search on some neighborhood sites and found that brian from r d u plumbings name came up more than once. I text the number associated with his name and got a response within minutes. The very next day, first thing in the morning, clearing his schedule to fix with our emergent problem.While we were away. Communication was hard as we had limite service. Brian stayed in touch with us, was timely.His service was immaculate, he sent pictures and even mopped up.Wet spots on other floors to leave the place.Looking as good as new. Not to mention that pricing was reasonable i highly recommend r d u plumbing and brian

I'm grateful for the service and experience provided by Air Experts Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Tyler was amazing. I had my entire HVAC system replaced. He arrived shortly after 8:00 and immediately began to work. He worked diligently throughout the day. When everything was finished, he explained all the things that I needed to know about my new system.

Justin was awesome! Very professional, walked me through step by step my system (25years old) and the advantages on a new system. He did not aggressively try to sale, however the picture he painted and diagrams he drew to explain to me how each system works and the efficiency.

I've been using them for many years. I initially used them for HVAC and tossed them some plumbing work. I've been impressed by their install and service of a tankless heater.
To me what sets this company apart from others are their technicians. Approachable, seem to care and back it up with pretty good and reliable service.

I've been a customer of Air Experts for 8 years, with annual maintenance and major repairs on my HVAC. I pay $578 for annual maintenance of my HVAC (one heating, one AC). They came out for maintenance on my heating system about a month ago, changed one 3 amp fuse that costs $4, and charged me $178 (in addition to the maintenance payment). In the description, they included programming the thermostat, etc., which means they turned it up and down while testing the system. I was with the tech the entire time. He did nothing else to the systems other than replace one 3 amp fuse inside, and the other "adjustments" listed should have been part of the $578 maintenance fee. Even worse, when I turned on my AC this week (approx 1 month after Air Experts was here) for the first time this season, the AC wasn't working. I called another HVAC provider who said that the outdoor AC unit had been turned off at the breaker. There was nothing wrong with the breaker or the unit, but Air Experts shut it off. All the new provider had to do today was switch it back on. Maybe Air Experts did not turn off my AC unit on purpose (to get me to pay for more repairs), but I wouldn't trust them again.

Wow. The most polite and hard working technicians ever. I can’t say how impressed we were with the swap out of a new HVAC. I shouldn’t be though. This is the third one I have purchased over many years from this company. Flawless. Ten stars+. Have a maintenance contract with them as well. Also have used the plumbing arm.Again, very good. Very well run company.

I had a second floor AC unit that wasn’t keeping up with the hotter weather. I’ve used Air Experts to do the maintenance at my home, and they promptly sent Gabe out to evaluate my system. He gave me a few repair options, and the (wise) recommendation to replace it (it was over a decade old). They were able to send Hans out that afternoon to give me some options, and he did a great job explaining the benefits of each option, helping me to settle on the system that would work best for my home and budget. The next morning, Air Experts sent out Kurt and his team to install the new system. They did a fantastic job, installing with great attention to detail, cleaning up perfectly, and explaining how the new system (and new digital smart thermostat) worked. Unbelievably, the entire project, from evaluation to purchase to installation, took less than 24 hours. And that was during one of our hotter weeks in July when I’m sure they were otherwise busy. The job was quick and professional, and the price was very fair. HVAC units can be a big investment in your home, and I can’t recommend Air Experts enough to be trusted with treating you fairly and professionally.

We were extremely impressed with the service. The plumber arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and offered a very affordable rate compared to other quotes we received. Jeremy was professional, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Tony and Christopher did a great job installing our new furnace. They were prompt, very efficient and knowledgeable. We were able to sign with air experts last night and they had a crew here at 8am. They also were competitive with their quote in that they price matched another crew. Will certainly use them for my business going forward.

If your looking for a company that is very quick at responding, thorough in explaining all the options and making the total experience top notch; Air Experts is the one. I just had to get a heat pump replaced and they were all of these. On time, clean and took the extra step to make sure it’s done the right way. Great people !

Our heat went out unexpectedly the day the storm was coming. We appreciate youfor coming out on short notice and helping us get the heat back on. Air Expert Technician Luis H.arrived about 30 min ahead of the scheduled time frame. He was professional in his appearance, care of my home (shoe scrubs), and conversation. Luis took the time to explain somethings about my water heater to me. Once done, he asked if I had any other issues and concerns in the house. That reminded me of something in the kitchen. He was able to give me a total repair price and pricing if I wanted to brake the job into sections. He didn't have all the parts handy. He left and returned in the time he stated he would. I appreciate him handling this kitchen job that was outside my maintenance checkup during this visit. Being early paid off!

Kenny and Air Experts were great. Very professional and courteous, keeping me updated of our new unit installation every step of the way. My wife and I have been customers with them for 15 years after being told about them from my dad. We’ve received great service and quality products the entire time.

I remain so impressed with this company and their technicians. Damien came out this morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. His level of expertise and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Air experts is definitely the only HVAC company for us!

Gabriel did an excellent job of representation of Air Experts. His knowledge and preparedness were impressive for my repairs previously brought to my attention during his last visit. I feel his integrity and attention to detail has taken care of my HVAC being kept maintained and improved. His observations and remedy are a pleasant peace of mind as my eyes and personal investment in taking care of my need to know and actions in meeting my particular needs.
I am cluastrophobic, and thus his integrity of my needs being identified and remedied are a quality I recognise and trust as if my home was brought up to standards of his own home.
Great work has been performed that will improve my living conditions and cleaner air. I addition, Air Experts also do other tasks like plumbing, I met an employee that surveyed my plumbing thorougly and provided a quote. He also was very knowledgeable and professional, with Great Communication Skills and supporting evidence of findings. The technicians I have met, are knowingly looking out for my interests, not just inflated costs of work in today's inflationary expectations for even the little things.
