We had a great experience with Yellow Dot! We recently purchased an EV and needed to have a Level 2 EV Charger installed in our garage. Yellow Dot worked with us to not only install a new charger, but also to replace our entire circuit breaker panel (as it was really out of date and no longer expandable). From Yellow Dot, we worked with Billie Esteban who was not only very professional, but also a great guy to work with in general. We highly recommend Yellow Dot!

The two representatives from Yellow Dot (Jordan and Amar) were both outstanding. They were on time, respectful of my home, explained everything to me thoroughly, and went above and beyond expectations. During their inspection, they discovered an accumulation of organic growth inside the system and installed a UV light system to kill and prevent further growth. They showed me the growth and explained why installation of the UV system was important. In all respects, they were pleasant and professional.

Adam was here for HVAC check. He did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional. He explained things very well and answered our questions. He is highly recommended.

Yellow Dot provides great service under their maintenance contract. Adam Crawford is always courteous, clean and efficient and leaves us with a report card of our system and possible options and enhancements.

I had Yellow Dot come out and do my furnace tune-up this year, and it was a great experience all the way around. Mr. Alberto Garcia was the tech, and he did a thorough job, was very friendly and polite, and was a true professional. I am confident he is an honest man, and that he treated me like he would a family member. The coupon price I got was exceptional. I will ask for Mr. Garcia next summer for my AC tune-up. Highly recommended.

Jose Perez came out as a follow up for a couple open items on the inspection report. He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Jose and the whole team at Yellow Dot, who have been wonderful to deal with.

Shoutout to Nick Orsatti at Yellow Dot as he was prompt, on time, extremely courteous and kind. Upon arrival my 2 year old bombarded him with dinosaur toys and Nick helped him arrange his dino’s before jumping in to diagnose our heating issue. I genuinely appreciate kind and courteous people.

Nick was amazing at answering all my questions, quickly discovered the issue, and made our problem go away in 15 minutes or less.

Mr. Adam Crawford did a great job with the original diagnosis, was thorough in his review with us, took lots of pictures and videos for further evaluation by the Yellow Dot staff. His diagnoses were confirmed upon the second visit by Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dunston.

Mr. Taylor is an outstanding service technician. He was very thorough in his evaluation of our problem, explained everything in layman’s terms and cared for our safety. We are totally appreciative for both him and Mr. Dunston for their knowledge, care and concern. Mr. Dunston was thorough in explaining all of our options for a new furnace. Although for our safety, without heat for one night, we’re getting a new quality furnace in just one day instead waiting 3-4 months for a part under warranty with Lennox.

Alberto Hernandez was top-notch! First off, extremely nice and honest .He asked me a lot of questions and was very thorough. He explained detail regarding my furnace and it really helped me decide the best solution going fwd based on my situation.
