Outstanding performance by Mark and the Martins installing 2 heat pumps for me. They showed up on time and completed all work by 2pm the same day. Excellent installation including explanation of Wi-Fi thermostats. I would highly recommend Air Experts!

Chris Knott conducted a thorough plumbing home inspection. He explained everything thoroughly, and suggested a preventative fix without any hard sell. I want to say I've had a really positive experience with Air Experts, from their sales to scheduling team and each of the technicians that have come to my home.

He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and was able to not only do our regular winter maintenance, he also had to get a filter replacement.

David Vicente Juarez was prompt and extremely thorough! I’ve never had anyone spend so much time maintaining my HVAC on its winter checkup. He went over everything with fine tooth comb and serviced the unit completely. I’d be happy with having him always do my maintenance. Thank you for a great experience!

Steven and I believe Fernando did a great job installing my new HVAC unit. They were on time and efficient. Steven talked me through the process and once everything was completed he gave me a run down on my unit. From the sales process with Justin, to the scheduling with Tiffany everything was easy and everyone was very helpful. I appreciate everyone's help and so happy to be warm again!

Great personality and I was trying to move quick with a second estimate after my HVAC going out, so he understood where I was at quickly and helped to frame the discussion well and provide a quick estimate. I just had my first maintenance appointment with Air Experts and am very pleased. Collin McKinney came out to.do the maintenance and was very helpful and knowledgable. He notified me when he would arrive, arrived promptly, and was able to explain some facts about the filter and help me to understand several things I was not aware of. He did a thorough check inside the house and also went in the crawl space to inspect and replace the air filter. He was able to give me a summary of his findings and to let me know everything looked great. I am very impressed with the experience and how good I feel about doing business with this company. Tim Conway, of Air Experts, quickly and professionally troubleshoot, my noisy gas pack HVAC system. He showed me the readings he got from his tests and clearly explained the condition of the unit based on his extensive experience. I now have the peace of mind of knowing the precise condition of my HVAC system, as well as a general understanding of when it will need service.

Tyler installed my new Heat Pump system. He was very nice and answered all
my random curiosity questions as they worked. The work was very neat timely and tested before they left. But most importantly he helped me set up my internet and cell phone based nest thermostat before he left. My phone and app based knowledge is quite limited and he was very patient with me trying to learn a new technology based thermostat. Definitely would recommend this company.

Today’s appointment was for replacement of the motor. As usual, the work was completed by a knowledgeable technician and an overall check was done on the whole unit and thermostat. We have been using Air Experts for 14 years and carry an annual contract for seasonal modifications. We also have a warranty so today’s charge was for the appointments only. No extra fees. They have installed 2 units at 2 different locations. They confirm and remind us of appointments as well as letting us know who the technician is and when he/she is on the way. We’re very satisfied.

Air Experts technician Damien Barrett came to my house today and did a complete maintenance inspection as I requested. He was on time, personable and extremely competent. He discovered that my system needed to have some components replaced. He was able to get the parts today and complete all the work. I am so grateful that my system was still under Air Experts 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Service tech had a pleasant personality and did the work professionally. He kept me informed every step of the way.

Joseph arrived on time after giving me notice. He was very thorough in his examination of the system and noticed several things that had failed and pointed out other things that were becoming marginal. He explained everything thoroughly to me. We also had a discussion about our ductwork, which will probably need some attention in the future. He said he could recommend a good duct cleaning company for us when that is needed.

Jeremiah was friendly and thorough when he came out for our winter service. All the work was documented with photos and I am grateful to know everything is working well. Having a yearly maintenance contract gives us great peace of mind. They reached out to schedule our service and they are always flexible with scheduling and give great reminders so we don’t forget. I've been a loyal Air Experts customer for years. They aren't the cheapest, but they do excellent work. They've always been prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. Here's to many more great years of HVAC service!

We had a plumbing repair on a pipe in the crawlspace during recent cold weather. We were able to get the repair done next day. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was explained well and I was confident in the assessment of work needed and the repair. I appreciate that the work comes with a one year warranty. I used this company for HVAC repair a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the service. I recommend Air Experts for both HVAC and plumbing and will use them again if I need repairs in the future.

Preston did excellent job, above and beyond. I couldn’t get inside temperature of my house which have high ceiling up more than 74 degree. Which disturbed the old man very much because it’s too cold. Preston explained what he planned to do and patiently -kindly explained to me again since I had many question. I can now adjust the inside temperature to 76 now. So happy to see the improvement of the heat indoor. He cared for what I asked and double check my need for the heating many times to my satisfaction. Plus check my warranty also. He helped me to stay longer with the Air Expert which I am about to quit to other companies. I’m glad the co. Has someone like him!

The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him.

Jason and Joe were very thorough in assessing the issues I was having with my downstairs thermostat and furnace. They were very personable and explained everything to my satisfaction. Very happy I gave Air Experts a call this morning.

Update: had a new furnace and AC installed Friday, Feb the 6th. Tyler and his coworker were awesome with uninstalling my old units (old furnace put up a fight!) and installing the new units! Very happy with how quickly installation occurred and the city inspection followed. Many thanks to the Air Experts team for making the entire process seamless from my vantage!
