We inherited Blaze when they acquired Horizon and what a breath of fresh air!! We’d had nothing but trouble from Horizon’s install, and when Blaze took over their management team promptly looked into, addressed, and fixed an issue we’d been trying to get Horizon to fix for almost 2 years after their install. We are so relived and thankful for Blaze’s know-how and professionalism. They will now be our “go to” heating company.

Kashawn had great customer service skills. He also made sure to get work done in timely manner, but also made sure it was done efficiently. I would recommend Kashawn to anyone getting work done by this Company as well as recommending the company to go if you need any HVAC Services done.

Jon did a wonderful job inspecting my system. He took many photos to show the positives and negatives of my current system. Repairs were required. He prepared a quote with multiple options and explained each to me. Once I made my decision, he got me on the schedule for the next day. Ishmael and his assistant did the installation the same day. I’m extremely pleased with Blaze!

Thomas Allen came to check our furnace when we had no heat in the middle of winter. He was courteous, polite, and incredibly informative from start to finish. He took the time to do a full, detailed write-up and clearly explained what was going on with our system in a way we could easily understand.
Thomas also helped us find a practical solution so we could get heat restored as quickly as possible. We truly appreciated his professionalism and the care he showed during a stressful situation.

Hamid King. was absolutely great. He went the extra mile to find a comparable water heater to replace my ancient smaller one that is no longer made that size. He literally spent the whole day here to get the job done. And being the true perfectionist he is, he still wanted to fine tune a couple of things after the job was done. Hamid's the man!

Tim Crantree did an amazing job installing our new Essency water heater! Tim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a tankless water heater but do not have natural gas, I highly recommend looking at the Essency water heat.

Be Very AWARE when getting work from this company. After coming out for an estimate, they explained what needed to be done-a pipe change on the outside and one in the attic. They came out to do the work and only did the outside piece and never went in the attic. It took all of 9 mins when the tech said he was done. Apparently the attic pipe was not necessary according to the tech. As the price quoted included the pipe in the attic, I asked about a reduction of the price and the tech stated it would be the full price. Thats when I asked to speak with the supervisor and the technician called them to explain how I didn’t want to pay and that was not the situation.
They didn’t even give me the phone to speak with them. Finally, they ended up knocking off $200 which wasn’t even half the price originally quoted and the attic pipe was the largest portion of the job.
When getting any work from them or Horizon, ensure you know all details and what work is to be done and make sure they do everything they say they are going to do for the price they charge.
I will not recommend them for any jobs and will never have them do any work after they tried to scam me and it was not easy to get them to make it a little better-not make it right. That situation attests to their business model and it’s definitely not an ethical one.

We were talking to the Blaze Plumbing representative about replacing all the Polybutylene pipes in our house. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. Because this is such a major job, we did not sign the estimate – but most likely will within the next week.
We actually paid nothing, but the estimated price is naturally significant.

Called Blaze for a broke water line,, I was lucky they came out next day. They looked at my problem an gave me a very respectable an reasonable price for the work an took them up on it right then. The young man was very nice an great am very easy to talk with. He finished the job in a very reasonable time an was very respectful of things around him. I was very pleased with the finished job an will be calling back, asked about a couple of other jobs to do later.. I WILL BE CALLING BACK for other jobs . Thank you very much Anthony 👏👍

Technician was prompt, polite, and genuinely cared about solving the issue we were dealing with. Even though the problem ultimately wasn’t resolved during the visit, he thoroughly investigated every possible cause and clearly explained what he was doing and why. It was obvious he wanted to get to the root of the issue rather than rush through the appointment. I really appreciated his professionalism, persistence, and honesty, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Received a call from Colleen an amazing dispatcher to schedule my system maintenance. They sent techs Holden and Thomas out for a maintenance, they did an astonishing job. They communicated the issues at hand. Then received a call the next day from Nathan who’s scheduled the part repairs another outstanding employee to talk with. They schedule techs Hayden, V and Jt to come out for the repairs. They did run into a hiccup but were able to reach out to other techs I believe ivery and Alex and they were able to help them complete the repairs. Now that my systems are back up and running I have the completion of my maintenance scheduled with Caleb, Ren and Kash. Highly recommended Blaze they communicate well with the home owner.
