My hvac went out during the middle of winter and right before a big storm. I called Blaze and Hayden arrived same day. He was polite and informative and let me that I need a replacement and not a repair. My unit was 16 years old (I’ve owned the home for 6). I called multiple companies and blaze was the most honest, polite and fair with the best warranty options. I’m incredibly happy with the work that was done. Every tech and manager I spoke with were kind. I would recommend them to my family and friends

John Tran was super helpful in repairing our AC today! He was very open with us about diagnosing the issue as well as our options and how each package/repair might benefit us (now and in the future). The repair itself was quick and has proved successful. Thanks John!

SantaAir came out same day during a heat wave to repair the malfunctioning AC in my Durham home. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I would definitely recommend their business to anyone! John was a delight and was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions.

John came over quickly and helped me get my house cool before my friends came to visit this weekend.
Prices are fair and the service is great. They always gives me options so I am comfortable with the bill. No surprise charges. That has built trust for me to want to use them when my a/c goes out.

Tyler from Santa Air was fantastic! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything up and running again. Tyler came out to diagnose an issue with my air conditioning system not cooling. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running. He clearly communicated his findings and happily answered all my questions on how everything works. It was a pleasure learning from him! I could not recommend him enough!

We had Tyler help us with our HVAC system. Tyler was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He explained everything clearly and provided different solutions on what we could do before starting the repair. Tyler provided photos of the tests on the issues he found as well as photos after the job was completed and a walkthrough of what was done. Overall, this was a really good experience and I recommend asking for Tyler if you decide to go with SantaAir!

John, did wonderful job replacing my old AC unit and Cold Air Coil pack. In talking with John on the replacement of my AC unit I could tell he had many years of experience standing behind him. I asked a lot of questions on the replacement of my system and John answered everyone with honest technical advice. He helped me choose the right system for my house at a great price. I can highly recommend John for all your heading and air conditioning needs.

Absolutely an amazing job by Tyler. Tyler throughly and concisely explained what he was doing and any recommendations he made. During the heat waves last month, the company kindly asked me if I re-schedule since they had customers without A/C and I was new with no issues. I agreed and today they gave us a discount on the call fee as a “thank you”. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or service from the company.

Working with John was a great experience! He had all parts on hand to fix several issues with my HVAC. The fixes were diagnosed and completed very quickly. He takes pride in his work and it shows!

Tyler did a great job finding and fixing the heat for my 2nd floor unit. Tyler arrives on time is very couteous and is an expert system technician.

Let me start by saying this review is for 2 different locations that Santa Air has been out to repair. My first one was a few months ago Tyler came out to my rental house at the time he said he would be there. He looked over and tested my AC unit and told me honestly this old unit is not worth fixing. We had another AC company already tell us the same thing. The technician said you will have to buy a new one. So, I did they installed it in just a few days and it has worked perfectly since then. So, a few months later, on to my next house with an older AC unit not working well. I again call Santa Air. Tyler was again the technician that came out and tested that system and shortly after said he had a solution for a good repair. I agreed for him to do the work. An hour or so later and he brought it back to life. Now it's up and running great with a few new parts. Great customer service, great text communications and problem solved in both AC units. 5 Stars all day long. If you have a heating or AC problem I would say without a doubt call SANTA AIR now. Tyler was professional, more than willing to answer any questions, and repaired my system quickly and effectively! And, as an immunocompromised person, I appreciated his willingness to wear a mask when I answered the door wearing mine.

SantaAir provides quality service, keeps appointments, takes time to explain their work, does not push for extra work if it is not necessary, and answers any questions. Tyler recently completed a checkup for my HVAC and he explained how I could do three small things that help the system perform through this hot summer. He also identified a repair to be made before the winter months. Even though temperatures were above 90, he was looking ahead, which I appreciate.

It has been one month since I had the pleasure of having Santa air service my 30-year-old Freon 22 air conditioning unit.
The unit has performed flawlessly in the past month and I am experiencing/ enjoying cool dry temperatures in my apartment.
I recommend John and Tyler who own and run Santa air. They both have mechanical engineering degrees and know what they're doing! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time calling other AC repair companies.
