Our heating system went out on Christmas Eve. SantaAir was one of the only places to respond on Christmas. Tyler came out on Dec 26 to diagnose the issue. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I wanted to invite this guy to dinner. Very fair price for what was completed and very well explained. I would use them again!

I got a very fast repair visit yesterday, the same day I called. Dee gave us a temporary fix set us up for some incoming hot weather. The renovation work that should set us up for a good stretch will require a second visit, and that is coming up quick, maybe even today.

Santa Air HVAC is amazing. We had an emergency with our furnace and needed service immediately. Tyler showed up on time and was so polite throughout the entire visit. He explained everything and gave us an upfront reasonable cost before he began any work. We have found our new HVAC company.!!!!

Our heater stopped working a couple of weeks back and we were looking for someone to come and determine what repairs were needed. We chose SantaAir in large part because of the positive reviews. They came the same day, and the system was fixed by dinner that evening. The technician (Tyler) exceeded all our expectations. He explained everything to us, gave us options with pros and cons and made a recommendation. He was awesome! When he walked out the door my wife scrambled for a pen and paper because we wanted to be sure we knew who to call the next time we have an issue. It will definitely be SantaAir.

Needed wiring repair for heat pump unit. Company sent tech out within 2 hours. Work completed same day! Great service and great tech. Explained all his work so I knew what my options were and what he was doing to solve the problem. Would definitely recommend!

Tyler was extremely helpful in coming out quickly to help fix our heat among this record cold temperatures. He arrived early, and quickly identified the problem and had all the parts on hand already to fix it! After the fix he explained in detail what the issue was, and gave us tips on how to keep our HVAC system healthy to prevent the issue from occurring again. He was very kind, and again we are so grateful for the prompt help we received when our heat went out during this winter storm.
