I had an awesome experience with Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing from start to finish. They showed up on time, were professional, and took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of just rushing through the job. The technician was respectful of my home, laid down drop cloths, an cleaned up everything before leaving. Pricing was fair and transparent, no surprise add-ons or pressure to buy anything extra. The work was done quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. It's hard to find trades companies you can trust, but I definitely feel like I found one. I'll be using Blaze again and recommending them to friends and family.

I just wanna say WOW. I had been having issues for awhile and called multiple companies to come out and address an issue, not only did Holden show up and know exactly what was wrong and how to fix it in a timely manor, they didn’t try to overcharge me and he had came in and had some words about how I can prevent further issues down the road. Such an outstanding person and I would even have him come out anytime to even mow my grass if I could. I just wanna say THANK YOU HOLDEN AND THANK YOU BLAZE HEATING AND COOLING!

My tech Kyair Ngyuen was also top-notch, very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the entire service call. He explained the cost, service agreement, and the appropriate heating equipment needed for my wall outlet.

As a first-time customer, it was a very pleasant experience.

Updating and coming back to say more. We were so impressed at the communication and service we just got after having 6 days of no heat with freezing temps. After not having the part needed and it being back ordered from Trane to fix our unit, Ryan, and his team at Blaze took our daily calls and went out and looked for the part and promised if he couldn’t find it he would replace the whole thing. We had started to loose confidence but he regained every bit of it.

Sure enough, they showed up with a new unit so our family didn’t have to freeze another day. Since this was under warranty, they covered it all. The two installers who came Jun and Teo, were the original two that installed the system so we felt very confident with them and were very thankful to see these experienced installers when they came. They were amazing.

We are so grateful for the way Blaze turned this situation around, constantly communicated, and ultimately did the kindest thing for us as customers. We know since we had no heat, it could have been easy to take advantage but they did the right thing and honored our warranty with Comfort Master (original installers) and we are so grateful! 10/10 we recommend them!!!!

Jon was amazing and quick, so kind, and even was a wonderful sport with my cute but feral French bulldogs. He was quick to diagnose and fix my problem, had my heat fixed within 20 minutes, and went above and beyond to help me by removing old filters. I was also shocked by how inexpensive the fix was, and with 20% off, it was even cheaper. I can’t recommend Blaze, and Jon Deys specifically, enough. Thank you so much!!

The sells person was knowledgeable and able to answered all questions. The installers were very professional and took their time to explain the system. The price compared to three other quotes companies was the higher but the presentation, preparedness to immediately conduct a Manual J Calculation, and his customer service was above and beyond the other companies. In the future I am planning to replace my 2nd unit but the price must be right.

JT came out as soon as possible and quickly diagnosed my AC issues. He was super knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what was going on. I will definitely be contacting Blaze with any future heating, cooling, or plumbing issues.

I was extremely satisfied with Jon Dey’s service call today. He explained the issues and my options very clearly. I am happy to recommend Jon and Blaze for any HVAC work. Orlando replaced my hot water heater today. He was on time, prompt, and efficient. I didn’t feel like he tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I very much appreciated. He was honest with me about which hot water heater would work best for my home. Highly recommend Blaze and their plumbers! Will be recommending to friends/family in the future

Tim was great. Even though he knew nothing about the appointment till 30 minutes before. He worked with me to try and fix the issue of the lake under my house.
Had to set something up for the following day.

I had an old cast iron sewer pipe replaced with PVC at a 1950s cottage in Burlington, NC. They had to tunnel under a porch and take it through the foundation. The guys did a great job. On time. Dedicated. Brought it up to code at a good price.

Had a small electrical fire in the basement because my main fuse box was outdated. I submitted a Web form inquiry at about 7 AM based upon Google reviews. By 815 Rick called me to tell me that he was on his way and will be there in 17 minutes. I could not believe how quick the response was. Rick got there and explained what was happening and what my options were. At no stage was there an upsell pressure and they were more concerned about safety. Junior came out and installed the equipment after contacting Duke to get the power turned off and turned on. It was a huge job and I was able to have full power and heating back ASAP. I am going to need some air-conditioning work and you had better believe that I will use these guys.

Calvin from Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing came out same day for a free electrical estimate, which was impressive on its own.
He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He even went into a very tight crawl space to investigate wiring and make sure he understood the full situation before providing recommendations.
I also appreciated that he was curious about the overall electrical system in the home — not just the immediate issue — and took the time to build a comprehensive, well-explained quote. There was zero pressure, just honest insight and professionalism.
I decided not to move forward with the work at this time, but the service experience was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend Calvin and Blaze to anyone needing electrical work.

I have peace of mind now since Blaze electrician Kyair N. upgraded our electrical system. He answered my questions and explained anything I didn’t understand. He came out on Monday to give an estimate and was back on Wednesday to do the work, and there was quite a bit of work to do. They offer a payment plan if you need it and options to choose from. If you have electrical issues, I totally recommend Blaze!

Do NOT recommend for electrical installations. Awful quality work and service. I’ve been waiting all day for a call back from a manager - I called twice and was sent to the managers voicemail. The new ceiling light has been wired into a circuit with NO SWITCH so my daughter’s new bedroom light can’t even be tuned off! The ceiling box isn’t level and the room was left covered in drywall dust. I’m seeking a full refund so a qualified electrician can wire the light to the switch. Terrible quality work and customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with blaze! My HVAC technician, Holden was absolutely fantastic. Our furnace not heating the house. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the solution. The work was completed efficiently, and my system is now running perfectly. I am so grateful for their expertise and dedication.
