Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable. He did a professional job in a timely manner. He and SantaAir are excellent.

I had a great experience with this company, Tyler is very experienced and friendly. Not only he fixed the problem within an hour, but also provided me with advice how to save money and extend the lifespan of my HVAC system.

I had a lovely experience with SantaAir Heating and Air. The AC at my house went out Thursday evening. We called our normal HVAC company to come fix it on Friday morning, and we were told it would be Monday before anyone could come out to help.

I looked around and eventually ended up calling SantaAir - the lady I spoke with (whose name I unfortunately forgot to write down) was really pleasant and helpful, and she got us scheduled for a visit from a technician to see us after 1 PM. We were in luck, because our service technician, Tyler, was able to show up even earlier (he arrived at noon).

Tyler was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and he got our HVAC system working again within an hour. He explained everything that was needed and gave us the pricing options, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on higher tier services. He explicitly recommended the lower tiers based on his knowledge. It was very refreshing to work with someone who seemed to care about us as customers.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service and the work that was done, and would happily use SantaAir again! I can definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAC system.

Just had Tyler here to help with quoting a new system instal and he took the time to walk me through other ways I can help lower my electric bill by reducing how much the AC needs to run. It's nice to see a company looking out for the little guy and not trying to only focus on sales

Santa Air installed my new AC unit. They were on time and efficient. The price was comparable to others, but it is their commitment to great customer service which makes them stand out from other companies. I highly recommend them.
Update: Recently I thought their was an odd noise coming from the AC unit in my attic when the AC ran. They were there in 2 days (could have been there in a day, but I had a conflict). They found a loose panel and fixed it, only charging a service charge. If an unscrupulous company had come up, they could have replaced parts such as the blower, costing me thousands of dollars. Santa Air is an honest company that will not do that.

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and took the time to walk me through several repair options, explaining each one clearly so I could make an informed decision. Unlike other companies that have pushed me to replace my system unnecessarily, Tyler focused on fixing the problem without upselling me on a new unit. His expertise and integrity made all the difference. I highly recommend Tyler and SantaAir for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy AC service!

Tyler was very professional and gave us a great education on the issue. Although our
issue wasn’t heat related, he gave us information to use in the future. We will definitely use them again .

I called John to troubleshoot my combined system that is more than 20 years old. John was able to clean down my system and service it in a way that would give it a longer lifespan since it is way past due for replacement. I appreciate how John did not force a replacement on me. Instead his focus was all about fixing my unit to keep it going. I highly recommend John if you want to get more life out of your HVAC unit. If John can’t find a way to fix the unit, that’s when he will recommend a replacement.

They were great, I had a tenant who they had to coordinate with and it was seamless. They worked quickly, gave me options on my repair and it didn't feel like they were upselling me on things I didn't need.

Updated from the second visit, which was as helpful as the first. They fixed my problem, they were flexible with my tenant and just generally nice people. I would wholeheartedly recommend Santa Air.

Heat was out for a couple days, had to have lines replaced first. Very flexible and good communication when orchestrating repair times. Stayed late to repair so we had heat for the night. We recommend their services.

Tyler at Santa Air is wondeful! He's obviously very knowledgeable about systems, and does a great job of explaining things. He took time to suggest how we could maintain the system and keep it running longer.

Wonderful company to deal with! We had them do our initial install and maintenance years later, both experiences with Tyler the tech and Jose the installer were exceptionally professional and positive! We won’t ever need to call anyone else.

We have a 20 year old furnace that has a 2 stage blower . Tyler was quick to recognize that it was high end even for a older system. Once he determined it was the control panel he admitted it would be costly to replace .
As we have spent almost nothing on this furnace in the 20 years of service I let him earn his money.
About an hour or so later the heat was back on at our house.
Good experience overall.

Tyler is the type of service person that every service person should aspire to be. He is polite, respectful a efficent. He explained everything he did on both systems and pointed out some areas that may need attention in the future. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

John and Tyler at Santa Air do a great job. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, keep lots of parts on the vans and are so friendly and pleasant. They are also very reasonable with prices and email receipts and warranty statements promptly. They have done service work, routine maintenance and replacement for me for many years now. They keep my two AC and heating units in top notch condition!
