Great job Fred and Omar in installing a new air handler in the attic this morning. With the small access panel, they worked without a complaint, dismantling the old unit, and assembling the new air handler piece by piece in the attic.

It is nice to have heat again.

We had Service Experts to come out for a consultation for Hot water heater replacement. Mike was able to assess our current water heater and point out concerns he saw. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions or concerns we had and was able to give us a number of options to fit our need.

My HVAC systems been acting up and not maintaining the correcting heating temperatures, it was inconsistent in happening. Quinton and Will performed the service call, arrive sooner than scheduled which was great. They checked the system out and made suggestions on what may be causing my problems. I’m very happy with the speed in which they arrived and their professionalism while they were here working the problem. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

I lost power during the coldest time of our winter. I do have the home maintenance plan with Enbridge. Service Experts arrived as soon as possible. The part needed was in stock & installed within a reasonable time. Service repairman, Jose, did a wonderful job, was professional, and showed me photos of inside my unit & explained what it needed and answered my questions. The best part, beside Jose getting my heat working again, is that all costs were covered by the maintenance plan! Thank you Jose & Service Experts!

Service experts has always given my mother great service, and their employees are so knowledgeable. Tyler Fielding was great. We confirmed the reason they were there, and he explained everything he was going to do and then showed me a light problem and made a suggestion. They were prompt and reliable. I was pleased that my appointment had gotten moved up from later in the day to earlier morning due to no heat. Very pleased.

Don't ever use this company. They are the absolute WORST! It takes over a month to get an appointment and then they cancel on you repeatedly. They don't do what they say they did or what you pay for. My filter wasn't even changed in over a year despite them saying they did. They dont do the services you pay for and it is a fight to speak to a manager because they are never available. Their installs are less than par and a complete nightmare.

Youssef did a great job. Fast service on our gas heating system, left no mess at all and a very pleasant young man. He’s another outstanding member of the Service Experts team and is why we recommend them to everyone.

When my heater stopped blowing warm air, they sent a technician out the same day to diagnose the issue. Jose was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable—he quickly identified the problem, handled everything efficiently, and took the time to explain it all clearly. They have always provided great service, and this was another excellent experience!

Jose and Victor, friendly and efficient. It took them no time to complete the routine maintenance on my system. Educated me on cleaning system I may find value in without being a pushy salesman.

I recently had a failed hot water heater and called my HomeServe Water Heater coverage program emergency contact number and was promptly paired up with a company called Service Experts for this work. I read quite a few reviews of the company online and they were mixed but I noticed that a technician named Brook had a large number of good reviews. I was more then happy to get a call from that very technician "Brook" for the initial call to my home. She was great and explained everything including what would be done and covered and the price which was very fair. She arranged for the new install to be done about 2 days later ASAP and came out and did the install herself and did just a fantastic job - everything was checked, tested and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I was more then pleased with the work done and the technician sent and also the fact that my Contract Warranty Company HomeServe has always paired me with good people and companies for any repairs needed at my home.

Hayes did an very efficient job at getting our AC back online. He communicated every step of the way and had us cooling down in no time. Highly recommend!

Hayes and Will came to our house on a service call because our A/C was not working, and the fan wouldn’t kick on. We had the entire heating unit replaced in October.
They were exceptionally thorough and detailed. They spent an hour and a half at our house correcting the problem plus went “over the top” to see if we needed any additional service. I would rate them 100%.

Had annual heating maintenance today. Youssef and Matthew were great to deal with. Both had a patient and approachable demeanor and took the time to review each service area with us. They did a great job on both HVAC units and did not try to upsell anything (which was appreciated). Overall a great experience with the service visit today!

We had our unit installed on 2 March 2026. Omar and CJ were very professional and explained everything in detail. We were happy with service and they made sure that our home and yard were free of all debris! We would recommend Service Experts to our family and friends.

We have the Advantage program for our water heater and HVAC system. Our amazing Tech, Tyler Fielding, came out to service our thermostat that wasn't connecting to either the wifi or app. He installed a new thermostat, helped me and my wife get the new app up and running without any issues. We can now control the thermostat from our phones making it easy to adjust the temperature. Thanks Tyler for your great service today.

They came out and installed a new unit in one day! I had no heat at all. This was going on throughout the snow until 02/10/26. I had a new heating / ac unit and duct system installed also thermostat as well. They were so awesome and efficient, courteous, and very professional. These three guys worked so amazingly well together to get my unit installed in one day. Cleaned up my yard. Everything was spotless when they left. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend this Company to anyone for For Heating & Air. Thank you CJ, Caryl and Omar for making it a pleasure experience!

Had my annual plumbing maintenance today. Brooke was the service technician. She did an excellent job. She was very professional and knowlegeable. She replaced my garbage disposal and was able to identify another plumbing problem. I would highly recommend her.

Daniel Miller and Omar came to my house and did a complete duct and dryer vent service/cleaning. They did a phenomenal job and were efficient and explained everything! My hats off to them and their great service!

Jorge did a great job with my HVAC maintenance. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions without rushing. Very professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him.
