Great easy installation of a new water heater! Dane was a great informative salesman. Jeremy did a great job getting it all installed and educating me a bit about using its new options. I choose Air experts because they did a great job on my air conditioner years ago. So they've been my go to for a while and I plan to continue using them. Their employees are always professional and personable!

I had an excellent experience with the team from Air Experts during the installation of my HVAC and furnace system. All three of them were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the entire process was handled with great care and efficiency. Their communication and response time were impressively fast.

Dave took the time to clearly explain all the available options and plans, helping me choose the one that best fit my needs. Ighor and Rachael carried out the installation, and they did a fantastic job. Afterward, Rachael kindly shared detailed photos and videos of the completed work, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and professionalism—everything was done smoothly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Air Experts to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team.

I cannot say enough good things about this Clarence. Over the past year, he has been to my home multiple times—first to repair a broken sewer line, then to fix a leaking water line, and most recently for routine maintenance on my water heater. Every single experience has been exceptional.

He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I’ve ever met. He takes immense pride in his work, explains everything clearly, and makes sure every job is done right the first time. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and the people he’s helping.

TLDR: You want to stay away from this company if you don't want them keeping your banking information without your permission or if you want your maintenance contract fulfilled and complaints addressed.

1. They retained my banking information without my permission and charged my account without my permission in mid December. They refunded the charge when I alerted them. The apology I got was that they 'were sorry I was so upset about this'. I didn't yell, or use bad language. If you have used a banking card with them in the past, you need to be sure they don't still have your information if you didn't give them permission to keep it.
2. They failed to fulfill the visits on my maintenance agreement. When brought to their attention I did get a refund for this missed visit. I have seen other reviews mention this issue. Check you records and get your refund if they didn't bother to fulfill your contract too.
3. Complaints about service have been ignored, specifically about an HVAC repair in August when I never got the calls I was told I would get. My house sat at 80F for over a week while I waited for a replacement fan. When brought up in a discussion with a complaint I filed with the DOJ, I was told they have never once failed to address a call for need. I made two complaints about this repair and they were both ignored.
4. Also part of the same DOJ complaint were issues with my water heater install in May of 2025. The service team I was sent said they had never installed my particular unit before. The install ended up failing inspection and needed additional work. They also switched my hot and cold water lines during install. When I complained about issues with my water temperature I was told it was my water recycler, which was also not setup correctly. They never actually figured out they reversed my lines. These visits to repair the failed inspection and address the installation issues were presented as being provided 'at no charge to the customer'. Considering it is their job to do an install to code, at the very least, they haven't done me some favor by coming out to address a FAILED INSPECTION. I ended up adjusting the recycler myself once I finally got connected over the phone with a technician that knew how to operate it. I gave up on the water line switch and have just accepted being backwards. I paid 6.5k for that install, and won't be doing any further installs with this company.

Overall, I have spent over 40k with this company since 2019. I wish I hadn't spent so much money that I will be tied up with this company for years on my warranty, but such are the lessons your learn in adulthood. Learn my lesson and go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY. Would leave 0 stars if possible. They charged me over $1200 18 months ago to replace parts on a NEW HVAC SYSTEM that I could buy for $93. That is well over a 500% markup. The SAME parts failed again just now and I was told warranty was only one year. It was only after I confronted them telling them I contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer confirmed the warranty is 5 years did Air Experts budge on the warranty. They also installed our water heater in 2023 and since then a part on it FAILED two times in less than two years and the second time they tried to charge me and only again conceded once I brought this up. Labor for warranty replacements is only covered if you're part of their predatory "comfort club" so in essence you're still paying, just formatted differently. Incredibly exploitative pricing, clearly incapable and incompetent technicians and managers, and overall horrible company. Pick quite literally any other company if you want quality service or equipment that lasts.

Had Air Experts out recently for an HVAC issue, and they sent Michael Hatem (technician) — what a pro! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in plain English so I could actually understand what was going on. Great experience all around. Air Experts is lucky to have him!

I recently used Air Experts for two major projects in my older home: a full HVAC package unit and a water heater replacement. Because I live in an older house, I was focused on integrating modern efficiency while ensuring long-term compatibility.

From the start, their team was incredibly responsive. For both the HVAC and the water heater, I shopped around to ensure I was getting the best value. While one quote was right on the money, the other was a bit high initially; however, they were fantastic about working with me on price and scope to remain competitive. They also went above and beyond to help me maximize available rebates.

The installations were scheduled quickly since both units were "down," and the crews were top-notch. I was particularly impressed by the water heater team. They converted my old electric tank to a gas tankless system, which required running a new recirculating line and 50 feet of gas line through a crawl space. They worked tirelessly until the job was done. The finished work was clean, polished, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Air Experts for anyone looking for quality work and great communication.

Danny and AJ provided great service! Danny came right on time on a Sunday morning and assessed the situation! Very pleased with the services! And AJ came the next day to fix the issue since the part was not available on Sunday. Really happy with such a quick service and turn around!

Air Experts Heating and Cooling installed our new HVAC system and the process was seamless. They are extremely professional and followed through with everything they said they would do. They were on time, informative, installed the unit in a timely manner and provided information on rebates. We used this company about 10 years ago and because of that they offered a discount for being a repeat customer. If you need any work done or a new unit installed, I highly recommend using Air Experts.

Spending this kind of money is scary. I had 3 different quotes before I moved forward. In the end, I chose Air Experts because Craig Sopo (Sales Rep) was honest and up front. He did not bash the competition and did not contradict himself in any way. Plus his professionalism was unparalleled. Also the price was fair and competitive (replaced 3 full units). Then the team showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly. Johnny Ballard , Kurt and team so you have their names. They did all the work in 7 1/2 hours!!! It was seamless and comforting. If you are struggling to choose someone as I did give the guys a chance. I HIGHLY recommend them and have told my colleagues and neighbors about them with contact information. I want to say Thank you to them and this GREAT review was earned.

Excellent service! Jackson (Sales Rep.) was very kind and professional. He guided us through options on a split unit for our garage, with a non-pressure approach. Life challenged us, and we had to postpone the project. A year later we were ready, and Jackson once again gave us updated options. He explained advantages and risks of different options, and provided technical data to let us know what unit sizes would work for our space. Paperwork was super easy and quick, and installation was scheduled at our convenience.

Steven (installer) not only arrived on time, but we got a courtesy message he was on his way. Upon arrival, Steven took the time to ask what were our plans for the space, and made suggestions based on his field experience. We discussed real world operation of the unit, and how tbe location of the installation could affect any future changes or upgrades to the garage (which i had not considered at all... maybe i want to add cabinets in 6 months, or install a TV.) We even talked about HOA, and how best place external unit to meet future compliance. It was a great conversation and made me feel like a friend was helping me improve my work space. It was not just an installation... it was making my space better with a proper installation.

The installation took few hours (quicker than I expected), the internal and external units ended up "showroom" quality. As a technician myself, I appreciated Steven attention to detail on the installation and teaching how to operate and maintain the unit.

I'm super happy with the work! The recommended unit is perfect for the space (super quiet too!), the price was within fair market range, and the installation was done by technicians that take pride in their work. "Do it right the first time, every time."

They came to our house as subcontractors. I was having trouble communicating with the workers because they didn’t speak English. I spoke to their supervisor and he was especially rude to me and hung up on me. This was horrible customer service.

Beyond awesome. HVAC stopped working and although he could have just blamed it on a $500 circuit board and replaced it he instead did a good cleaning of everything and got us back up and running quickly and inexpensively. I will only be using them in the future.
