Showed up on time and was able to solve the issue and didn't charge me extra for unclogging the drain. Took time to explain what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Was also very kind to my son and let him be his assistant.

Great customer service and extremely quick!

I called around 930 and they were quick to answer the phone. The lady working was extremely helpful and understanding seeing as I'm a first time home owner and have never dealt with a item under warranty before. She explained how things worked with the warranty and said she could get someone out today.

True to their word, around 1 I received a phone call and the gentleman was on his way over. He was extremely kind and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part within an hour. He was extremely professional.

If you have any heating or cooling issues, this is the place to go.

My AC units went out and I called Joe Cool based on some reviews I read online. They were so very friendly and came out to the house the same day. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it. They were knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I also feel they were very reasonable priced! I would highly recommend Joe Cool HVAC!

Just had a great experience with Joe Cool. I had the technician Philip come to my house to fix my AC. Philip took the time to show me a thing or 2 about my unit that I didn't know and explained to me what the problem was (bad capacitor) and informed me of how he tested it to come to the conclusion. I was amazed on how quickly service was scheduled for a down AC unit in the middle of the summer busy season. (same day service). In fact, the technician was out here within a few hours of us calling. It took about 20 minutes for him to fix it and get me back up and running again. Very reliable, profession and reasonably priced service. I think I found my HVAC provider for any future services. I will definitely be using them again.

Joe is reasonable and responsive. He has performed work at my house and at one of my rental properties. Both times I was very pleased with his work and rates. He is honest and forthright. His technician took the time to properly diagnose the real issue, instead of taking an easy way out and say the unit needed to be replaced. I am confident 9 out of 10 other companies would have told me the compressor was out and therefore the system needed to be replaced because of the price of Freon. In this case, the plug at the compressor was scorched just enough to prevent the compressor from running making it mimic a thermal overload. Again, the repair saved me $1000's.

I should know, I have over 10 units that I have to keep running because of the properties I own. Most HVAC companies I have ever used seek the quickest most expensive options, because they are seeking to get most revenue in the shortest amount of time. They see you as a onetime customer, when consumers are seeking someone they can trust.

Update

Had a new problem with my downstairs unit gas pack . Again, Joe's technicians came out and diagnosed the problem. It would cost me $600-$700 to have my unit fixed to make it through winter, and then I was facing another $500 to charge it with Freon in the spring. So I had to bite the bullet and have a new system installed. Again, saved me $1000's over what my neighbor just paid to have his installed for the same SEER rating. Also, Joe made the suggestion that upgrade to a stainless steel burner manifold. Great suggestion because I have had to replace 2 of them previously on other units for $700 a shot. Again, all I can say is Joe is reasonable and the best value I have found in over 20 years of having to maintain HVAC systems and I have dealt with over 12 different HVAC companies.

I can't give Joe Cool a high enough rating. They did a full HVAC and duct work replacement at our house in Garner. We got multiple quotes including some of the larger companies and all experts agreed that we needed a new system.
Not only did Joe have a better price than any of those companies but he has many years of experience and is on the job with his team during the installment. Joe went above and beyond from the HVAC installment to fixing the filter covers inside the house. He even put a metal patch on our crawl space door which had a hole in it just to be nice. Expertise, efficiency, competitive pricing, they really did an amazing job. No one ever wants to hear that they need a new HVAC system but Joe and his team made the process as painless as humanly possible.
When it came down to it we went with a local company with superior business practices. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They installed a new Trane HVAC system, as well as new ductwork. They did all this in a very timely manner. From tearing out the old system and all the ductwork, to putting in the new system and ductwork, it took about 3 days. Very happy with their work.

I have enjoyed Joe's service the past several years. Twice he came to repair my old heat pump systems himself. I had him quote all new systems and a friend who works for a large HVAC company said they could not match his price and I liked dealing with Joe so it was an easy decision. A fleet of like 3 Joe Cool trucks came with a crew who installed two new Trane heat pump systems. I really trusted his people in and around my house. I got all the rebates he said I should get. I have recommended Joe Cool to friends because unless I move I probably won't need any service for a long time.
My XR pumps with variable speed fan air handlers work great. The heat was so much warmer when it was cold and this summer I find myself getting cold with the A/C. The fan is so quite it is hard to tell when it is On.

We had a technician come out with Joe Cool Hvac. Our heat was not working that day and Clark insured that our heater was up and running within a few hours. The technician was friendly, informative, and professional. We appreciate the service received from Joe Cool!

Just had my 2nd HVAC/Furnace installed by Joe Cool HVAC (2 different houses) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Joe gave several options prior to ordering the equipment and gave great advice and didn't try to push the higher end systems if he didn't believe we needed it or provided any additional value. During the installation Joe and Ken were very professional and efficient. A few days later the town inspector even commented how clean the install was and mentioned that this installer always did quality work. Anyway, I can't say enough about Joe Cool HVAC. I HIGHLY recommend them.
