Here’s what they don’t want you to see. This company is so busy taking your money that there’s technicians are having t on break the law in order to maintain their jobs. How gross that this company cares more about taking your money than promoting a happy/healthy work environment.

I am an HVAC/R business owner and I would not allow what this technician did. We won’t our technicians to be safe on the roads.

Truck 3109 was doing 45 on the highway. Texting and driving. That kind of behaviour is extremely dangerous to other motorist.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Hans Umana was wonderful in explaining the options for total HVAC replacement without the pushy sales tactics. He took great care and patience in answering our (many) questions and made sure we were on schedule for installation as soon as possible, which was the next day.

Alexander Godeaux and team were PHENOMENAL in installation. The project was gnarly, which is why it was so important to find an experienced company, but they got the job done and kept us informed throughout. It took the team longer than anticipated, but they never complained. And it was a Friday, so they totally could have.

If you are looking for excellent service that you can trust, Air Experts is the team for you.

We highly recommend this company!! Our gaspack recently died and needed to be replaced. We called several HVAC companies; Justin was quick to respond and did an excellent job answering ALL of my many questions. Mark and Rachael arrived right on time for the install. They were professional, courteous, and fast. A+++ job all around. We have another unit that is over 25 years old, and when it's time, we'll be calling Air Experts back for that job as well!

Air Experts I used for my A C unit issues. Tech Mark Fachorn was Outstanding. He was on time , clean , notified me before his arrival. He explained to me the issue and showed me photos.
Best Tech I had so far.
He installed a Gel Capsule device that breaks down dirt residue built up from water flowing from A C to outside of house. Gel capsules supposedly break down the residue so the water does Not get clogged . I have AC Unit in attic and there is a long water flow.
I have a Warranty Maintenance Contract with them so the Visit was free but I bought the 2 Gel Capsule Devices for $212.00

Amazing job - as advertised. My water heater blew after 16 year (it was a great run). I received a few quotes. Dane’s quotes were the most competitive. After assessing the issue and walking me though my options I selected the hybrid heat pump option due to price, energy savings, and offered rebates. Jebb came over the next day first thing and got everything installed. He made sure everything worked as expected and I was satisfied before leaving. I won’t hesitate to use airexperts again if I have more plumbing needs.

I have used Air Experts for HVAC services for several years now. They have installed a mini split, central air AC unit(previous owner of the home), and now some plumbing repairs as well. I had an HVAC PM service appointment for regular maintenance and the tech noticed a bad water leak in my crawl space. He scheduled a visit from their plumbing department to repair and then another appointment to give me a quote for replumbing the entire house at my request. The price seemed fair and reasonable so I accepted the quote on a Monday and they got to work that Thursday. It was a full 2 day job but the guys just finished up and successfully replaced all of the rotten copper piping in my entire home w/ Pex. Nice professional technicians did a good job and cleaned their mess up well once the job was done. I would recommend this company for any HVAC or Plumbing services.

Grayson was very professional, thorough and courteous. Even my dogs loved him! Grayson was here for the annual service maintenance that we pay for annually. He cleaned and checked our heating element under the house. I received a detailed report with pictures.

Alex McKinney was efficient, hard-working, and kind. He listened to all of my concerns about the plumbing at our new house and addressed each and every one. We are super grateful for the plumbing team at Air Experts. Thank you for new shut off valves and the plumbing tips, Alex!

Air Experts replaced our HVAC unit. Dionicio and Rich are the best! Excellent work from start to finish! I am very pleased with the service we received. They were thorough, answered any question I asked and made sure everything was done properly. I will certainly use Air Experts again when the time comes.

Estimator Craig was super knowledgable, polite and got a quote to us quickly. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and I feel he was very honest. Pricing was highly competitive and reasonable. Installation crew of 6 got 2 big units installed in 6 hours. All installers were polite, careful and efficient. No mess left behind. Steve waited until I got home from work to help me download software into my phone and set up the system. It would've taken me 2 hours on my own; he helped me do it in ten minutes. Highly recommend Air Experts with absolutely no reservations. These are the only people I will use on my air systems going forward.

This was our first annual maintenance visit after installing two new units, and we couldn’t be happier. Gabe took the time to ask thoughtful questions and truly understand our concerns. He found and corrected settings that weren’t fully optimized during installation, and the improvement in comfort was immediate. We have been Air Experts customers for quite some time. When our water heater sprang a leak in the middle of the day, they responded quickly. After I shut off the water, Luis arrived promptly and capped, diagnosed, and isolated the leak so we could restore running cold water. He also helped drain the unit and reduce the risk of further leakage until it was replaced a day or two later. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent service all around.

I could not be happier with this company. The entire experience was fantastic! We had our unit break and had a brand new one installed not even 24 hours later!!!! Incredibly responsive. Mark, Patrick, Tony, and Chris were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly care about the work they perform. I highly recommend!

Brandon B was really respectful, and took the time to explain the process and then went over all that he did and how to conserve energy and showed photos he took of the heating systems. He explained that I had two different heating systems on the first and second floor that I hadn’t realized. He assured me everything was in good order. I asked the office if they could send Brandon for each of my twice yearly maintenance visits.

Had a tankless water heater installed.

Very quick response. Very easy to deal with. Very professional. Very flexible (I requested a brand and model they don’t typically install and they did it no problem). 2nd best pricing among several competitors and price matched a competitor.

I appreciate that they just show you one simple exact price you’ll pay including taxes and any and all fees, inspections, parts, etc.

Installed within 24 hours of me requesting.

My only complaint is they didn’t install the WiFi module, but said they’d come back if I had trouble doing it.

UPDATE: Within a few days of posting this review, Air Experts Operations Manager reached out to me and said they were supposed to install the WiFi module. They quickly scheduled a follow up technician to come install it. Really good service even when one technician fell short of expectations.

I called Air experts first thing in the morning and they were able to get me a technician that same day. Our upstairs furnace stopped working and the tech, Brandon Batista, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The quickness and efficiency was fantastic, especially since they are predicting another snowstorm in North Carolina this weekend. Air Experts replaced one of our AC units this past September and we will continue to use this company for any of our HVAC needs!

Had three quotes and Air Quality came in the best for total whole house replacement of dual HVAC units. From start to finish they were very professional and easy to deal with. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to others. A company with long term service was very important to us.

Jason was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with a thorough description of my heating issue. The diagnostic fee was extremely affordable and Jason also provided a detailed description along with accompanying photos that he emailed to me. I would highly recommend Air Experts and certainly Jason as HVAC technician.

Outstanding service! Cameron and his crew were very informative, quite, cleaned up was spotless and took time to explain in full detail the system and w,
alked me through how the use the thermostat and all the bells and whistles. Cameron also help me to I set up the application on my phone! Very pleased with the entire process.

Damien handled our furnace maintenance, and Eddie serviced our inline water heater. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing thoroughly and clearly, which we really appreciated. The quality of work was amazing, and it's clear they really know their stuff. We will definitely be using this service for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
