Wonderful experience with Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. William was exceptionally patient in addressing our questions and carefully reviewing the available options for a new HVAC system. We obtained four bids, and of all the sales representatives we met, he was the most knowledgeable and the most thorough in performing the necessary calculations and explaining the details.

The installation crew, CJ and Caryl, were professional, hardworking, and courteous. They maintained a clean work area and ensured that every item on the checklist was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, the manager, Jay, stopped by to address further questions, which was greatly appreciated.

I would not hesitate to contact this company again for future installation needs.

Had the pleasure of having Jose who happened to be mentoring Victor this afternoon at my home. Both men were very pleasant & thoughtful about coming into my home with their shoe protecters. There was a little mix up about what services were being done. I thought I was having both my system's maintenance done but Jose explained, very nicely & patiently, that it was just the heating for my upstairs unit. I called the office to see if I could get all the work completed today. Spoke with Debbie who was kind enough to explain to me the task on the ticket. When Jose was finished & without knowing I had called the office, told me he would contact his advisor about trying to fit my downstairs unit in today as well. I explained I had already spoken with someone & made a future appointment for all to be done May. It was nice of him to consider going that extra step, lengthening his day, to make me happy!

Johnathan came out today,swapped out all the old gray water pipe and installed the new red and white water pipe and replaced all the valves to sinks, toilets, washer and outdoor faucets. Very professional and personable. Very impressed with his work ethic. He explained everything to us very clearly and answered every question we had. He certainly went above and beyond our expectations. We have had very good experiences with service experts for over a decade and will continue to rely on you in the future. Thank you .

Great experience with Gabe. I was notified before he arrived, arriving shortly afterward. He was professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and advised me on items that will need attention for repair/ replacement in the near future. We discussed a couple of items to be aware of that are wearing out. He gave me options on how air experts could fix the problems when I'm ready to pursue that. He really seemed knowledgeable about our units. Just a great experience. Send him back on our next service or repair!

Air Experts have been taking care of my home HVAC for the last couple years. Excellent job maintaining and servicing my unit to get ready for both summer and winter. Technicians are always super friendly and professional. It’s easy to set appointments and their communication is spot on. Highly recommend these guys.

Lucas throughly assess each potential problem to try to get our unit to work. He looked at our duct work and our insulation.He explained everything. He didn’t rush it. He waited to ensure it was working properly. He was so polite.

purchased a new heating and air-conditioning unit for these guys on On Tuesday and they installed it on Wednesday everything went smoothly. They were here on time. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves.

Absolutely wonderful! Mike went above and beyond to find cause of the leak. He even fixed insulation and found the issue on roof. Highly recommend Air experts for plumbing and air needs!

I received excellent service from Kadeem Willis and his co-worker. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked diligently during the all day installation. When Kadeem came inside to test the water and fit carbon monoxide detectors, he was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Air Experts!

I am constantly impressed with the technicians from Air Heating and Cooling. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain what they are doing and why. This was the first time using their plumbing department and as with the HVAC side, just so impressive. Clarence was my plumber and I will request him anytime I need help in the future.

Matthew was at my house twice this month. Once for routine maintenance on my 2 systems and again to replace a part under warranty. He provided excellent service both visits. We’ve been an Air Experts customer for years and highly recommend their service!

JR was great. Friendly and knew his stuff. He got right to work. Removed old tank and got new one installed. Added electrical cutoff and a drain to the outside. Once installed he went over the digital control panel with me. Hauled old tank away and left a clean work area. I am VERY PLEASED with JR, his work and the new Rheem tank installed. Highly recommend Air Experts!

Air Experts promptly responded to our call and were able to accommodate our system problem the same day. Jason Pillar came to our house, identified the problem, thoroughly explained the issue (thermostat failure & replacement with a new thermostat) along with a complete review of the maintenance service he performed on our 2 units, including pictures before service & after service. Jason was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Air Experts.

Aiden was on-time, polite. Asked for a description of our issue. Proceeded to equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the necessary part on his truck. Quoted the repair. We agreed. He did the work efficiently. Tested the system to ensure problem was solved. We were very satisfied with the work and comfortable with him in our home. We'd be happy to have him back if and when we encounter another HVAC problem.

Have used Air Experts for several years via annual maintenance program, had both house systems replaced by them and I can’t say enough good things about them. Salespeople are knowledgeable and not high pressure, installers are extremely talented and service tech’s are always on time and do terrific work. Email and text notifications are also extremely helpful. Great experience top to bottom.

Excellent heater gas valve replacement service from start to finish.
The technician, Nick Howard, was professional, courteous, and experienced.
He identified the problem, went out to get a replacement part, and completed the work without any issues.
The system is running perfectly now.
Highly recommended!

Air Expert tech Michael Hatem did an outstanding job regarding the service call on our new A/C and corrected things that needed to be done. One of the A/C units was overcharged when installed and he remedied that situation quickly. He also is a great teacher/instructor explaining the process and how this happened. We were very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge.

Will came out to do a routine maintenance on our HVAC and was great. He was running late due to a repair he was doing and the office was good about keeping us updated on his new arrival time. Once here, he was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole system. We will definitely be requesting him for our next maintenance or for any repairs.
