Akram and his team were prompt in replacing my HVAC unit and explained the process promptly.

We had such an amazing experience working with Akram. Our AC was not working and Akram was on top of this issue to fix this immediately with his best efforts. He came to fix it on a weekend with his busy work schedule understanding the impact for us due to 100 degrees weather. The crew were very good at their job. They showed up on time and did the install and cleaned up . The AC is running great. He offers great customer service and I genuinely felt like he made me and my family a high priority in his schedule. He was able to replace my old compressor and change out the coils in my garage, and now everything works great. He comes highly recommended and I would use him again.

The AC installation team did a great job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up properly. Today, I had my air conditioner looked at. I can honestly say the service was top notch from the moment I spoke with Akram to the time the technician Hassan showed up.

Akram notified me 15 min., before Hassan showed up and when Hassan arrived,
He asked me what was going on with the system and he didn't rush me.

Hassan throughly looked over the unit that was causing issues, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the new part in his work van, he gave me and my husband great advice and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Hassan saved me a ton of money and I really appreciate it. We will be repeating customers.

I went through AHS (American Home Shield) and they dispatched Sahara Cool. They came out the same day briefly to check the issue. They had to order the part. It took a bit for our compressor to come in but they came out and installed it as scheduled. Akram was able to answer all my questions about our heat pump.
