Roy was great. Very good communication. On time. Polite. Through. Explained what he was doing as he did it. Seemed very honest and not pushy. Very appreciative of the dryer vent cleaning we had done(it was gross) and plan to get the air ducts cleaned after the free thorough inspection. Would recommend.

DuctNClean provided phenomenal, top-notch service! They spent time educating me about the importance of cleaning my air ducts and talked me through the process. With two long-haired pups and a Persian cat, well, they had their work cut out for them!! My home smells so clean and it brings me great relief to know that the contaminants (mold, dirt, dust) are gone. My oldest has a ton of allergies. Beyond the impeccable service, though, are the incredible owners! Roy and Will are just the nicest people. I enjoyed chatting with them about the business, travel, holiday plans. This is a company I will definitely use again and most certainly recommend to friends as the "go-to" business for duct cleaning. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Brothers Carillo Air duct cleaning. The person who helped us at our house is Temo - he went above and above to fix an unhealthy air duct system at our house in North Raleigh. Due to a mold issue, which Temo showed me via photos that via photos, and which clearly showed that we had a mold problem. We agreed with Temo that the best solution was a total replacement of our air ducts - two HVAC systems - one in the crawl space and one in the attic. He did an outstanding job and also while he was at it , cleaned my the clothes dryer vent by the dryer and on the roof as well.
Initially we had hired Brothers Carillo as a Chimney Sweep - that job was also done expertly and at a very competitive rate. The duct work replacement was expensive, but we felt we got a great deal.

You can rest assured that whatever your work needing to be done would be done very nicely, promptly, and at the best rate.
