Needed my chimney cleaned after using it all winter and I am glad I used Chimney Sweep & Repair because the top of my chimney had a crack and they were able to fix it right away. They also were conscious of dirt and left none.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. We had a leak in our chimney and water was coming inside. We agreed that they would remove and replace the mortar on the exterior chimney because it was cracked. They did not do that and instead painted some black substance on the chimney that will not come off and got it all over our newly painted house. The next time it rained, water was again pouring through our chimney. They left cigarette butts all over our driveway. We had to urgently get someone else to fix our chimney and asked for our money back. They said they would refund us but now are ghosting us. Instead of paying their company, we were told to pay "Eden Cleaning Services". Look at their reviews-they probably wrote them themselves. Don't use them or you will regret it.

I value the quality of work this service offers. They were polite and respectful to my home, the cleaned all debris from my chimney and left with out a trace!

They came to do a cleaning and it was so much more necessary than I thought, sooo much gunk came out of my chimney. They also found some small repairs that need to be made and scheduled me for that asap. Their prices were very reasonable and I'll be using them again for sure.

I was delighted with the service we received from Chimney Sweep & Repair Service. We had a really bad experience with another company late last year and were a little scared to try again… but, Chimney Sweep & Repair Service did not disappoint! They are professional, affordable, and super friendly!

They did a great job, took much less time than I had anticipated as well.

This was a disaster from the beginning. They say cleaning starts at $100 but that went to $400 immediately when the technician arrived due to the height of our chimney. I was ok with that but they only could clean half of the chimney but still charged $400. They go their tools stuck in the chimney multiple times (not their fault our house is older) but they needed trash bags to help with keeping the soot from going all over the place. As soon as they started to clean the house filled up with soot. So I have been cleaning up the mess for hours. Oh they also prompted for a TIP when I went to pay .

The half that was cleaned is still completely dirty, like nothing was done. Feel like this is a company that just gets a little commission for finding the work and sends out random people in the area. My receipt came from a random gmail account (assuming the technician). I should of been patient and waited for a call back from a more reputable company with more reviews.

Team arrived promptly the day of service and provided me with clear explanations and advice for maintaining my chimney.
