Called to inquire about an air return grille, was put on hold ten minutes only for the guy to tell me I need to be licensed HVAC contractor for him to talk to me. I work for a GC who has a Licensed HVAC guy who couldn't be reached at the moment. Guy on the phone was rude, wouldn't give a yes or no as for having the size grille we need and was a waste of time.

We love Johnstone Supply in Garner at Alexander Heating and Air Conditioning. The Garner staff is always so nice and accommodating and go out of their way to make everything right. Always great doing business with them.

Great store! Clean & well stocked with my favorite brands. I had the parts i needed in my hand in minutes. Employees were super helpful also! Unfortunately they don’t sell to the public so i had to buy it from Bezos but still, great supply house.

Docks located on front left side of building. Must back in from road. Please do not attempt to pull through parking lot from right side. You can blindside if needed or turn left at first entrance into adjacent property “Bob’s Muffler”, back into Jonestone Supply driveway to turn around. I used to center lane and backed truck down to dock driveway. Busy street, even at 1030PM. Gate opens at 0700. Overnight Parking! The road appears to be open all the way thru, but I haven’t tried yet to drive towards the shopping centers. Road was closed last year while walking to Walmart. Car/Truck traffic. Great place for delivery.

I've been lucky to have positive experience with most HVAC companies I've used, but this company has been amazing to work with. They first worked on my house via a shady General Contractor. Once the GC abandoned by project, I began working directly with ultimate comfort. They were super helpful and easy to work with. I was blown away with how accommodating they were on some custom venting needs. Since then, I've been using them for HVAC repair, and I continue to be impressed with how they regularly provide me same day service, reasonable rates, and incredibly courteous service.
