Charles with Airtron is a super nice guy! We are having our unit replaced and he was able to bring us a spot cooler for our bedroom to keep us cool at night. Charles has been servicing our unit since we moved in - in 2015 and he is always trustworthy and reliable.

I recently called in for a technician then later canceled. To my surprise the technician 'Charles" still called me. Ask that I describe what i thought was the issue. Even though I canceled Charles went well over and beyond the call of duty. I am forever grateful. And he helped me to see there was a slight issue. Of which he walked me through the solution.

They couldn’t get to me on the weekend but I do want to say that they did excellent work. They got me back up and running after quickly figuring out what was wrong. I especially want to give a big shout out to Jason and Thomas! They worked so hard and diligently to make sure before they left that I had AC again and that everything was in working order and to my satisfaction. They informed me of everything that they would be doing the entire time keeping me in the loop. After 4 days with no air in above 90° temperatures, they took care of me!

I purchased our new home in 2021 and Airtron was the original installer of the HVAC system. I’ve maintained a service contract with them ever since and they have consistently done a great job. I’d like to specifically mention the technician for our most recent service call. His name is Charles Oppel and was personable, efficient and professional and a big factor in my five star rating.

Update on seven 07/21/25: We had an issue this morning with our AC. I called Airtron and they set up a time for the same day. Which I was very grateful for. Once again, Charles was the technician and did a superb job. Prompt service ,great people what more can you for.

Mr. Draper is so knowledgeable. He was extremely informative; showed me how the system worked ensuring that I understood what I was hearing with my system and also explained my options.

Our Furnace motor stopped working, we contacted Airtron and they responded within two hours and installed a new motor within 26 hours Exceptional service from their team

Very pleased as always.
No heat this morning. Outside air temp 18 degrees. Inside 62.
Resonded to our call within 2 hours with 4 inches of outside snow. Jose repaired the system and we are now at 72 degrees indoors. Cannot say enough for the service.

Charles did wonderful!!!! He helped me temporarily get heat until my hvac parts come in. I would recommend AirTron to everybody I know. Thanks again Charles!!!

Received wonderful, quick service after discovering an issue with my dryer vent piping. The team from the office to the service team that came in and quickly fixed the issue, the day before the Christmas holiday. Thank you for your kindness and quick response was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely pathetic service. In the first place, the installation was very poor. My HVAC had always issues ever since we moved to the house one or the other way. This it was heating. The house is only one year old. We have two thermostats upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs motor isn’t working. It’s been weeks and they take forever to fix it. We have been hitting with sleepless nights. Very disappointed with Airtron and their service especially. They’re screwing up our days. Very frustrating when heater doesn’t work in winters

Tim was outstanding! We had no heat and as soon as he arrived we felt very confident that he would solve our problem. He assessed our unit and replaced a part on our furnace. Highly recommend Tim!

The company came and helped us out. Still felt like I had to fight with them to get them out and helped us but in the end they came through. Lyndon was great and very helpful with explaining stuff. 5 stars to Lyndon the tech and Allison for having the patience to our frustration. Having technicians in Clayton nc will be good if you are installing and maintaining systems in Clayton for housing developments. Just advise to be taken.

Eric C was fantastic. He came out to troubleshoot why my A/C and heater wasn’t turning on, and he was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire visit. After identifying the issue, he even took the initiative to check that all the zones were working properly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about delivering the best service. I’ll definitely be asking for him again next time!
