A great technician, explain and then did what he said. No mess cleaned up and did a great job.

I am beyond blessed to have AirTron and Charles our service partner to help me with my AC. Charles is knowledgeable and kind! If you need an AC company then AirTron is #1 in my opinion and Charles is the best!!!!!

I just had the service done by Airtron. First, I want to mention that the monthly charges went from 15.75 to 24.95. I was always happy with the services, but I think this increase is not called for.
And today I had a service and was told everything was fine, but the technician left the heating on at 80 F downstairs and 83 F upstairs I had to put the air-conditioning on to cool us up. Thais is not correct I am certainly going to look for another service company that I can afford.

Air Tron’s Technician, Sylvester Good, did an outstanding job conducting a service check of my HVAC system in preparation for the summer season. He was professional and personable too. He performed a complete analysis of the HVAC, my vents and my filter. Excellent service from a top notch technician.

I am so impressed with the service I received from AirTron. Two other companies came out and misdiagnosed our issues with the HVAC unit. AirTron came in and fixed everything, while being on time for each appointment. Their professionalism and communication was outstanding. Thank you again Marco and team!

Technician-Jason was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and was very patient with explaining the process of fixing our HVAC unit. Jason called upon arrival and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Also, Allison had excellent communication with us! When calling in to explain our concerns with the unit, she got right on it with making sure we had a technician scheduled right away! We are so happy to work with a great company. Airtron has been awesome. We have been using them since 2016 and their service is top-notch. We had a problem over the past two days, but they sent someone right away. They worked hard to diagnose the problem and resolve it. They were diligent and careful. The technicians, Darius and Jason were polite and provided us with great information throughout the process. Carmina in the office was so great at calling us to let us know the crew was on their way. We are so glad to work with such a great company.

My technician Jason was very good. He called before he came. He checked the inside unit and then when out to check unit. He even changed the filters. I love the service I receive from AirTron.

We had an issue with the air conditioning in our new home. The fabulous Raleigh team, including Marco, Chris Gentry, Allison, Vidal, Cutza (and a helper), jumped into action to resolve and replace our HVAC unit. The team was conscientious, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We highly recommend them.

Charles was the best. He was able to fix my issue in a matter of moments.

If I could give Vidal 6 stars, I would. He called first from his van to let me know he arrived at my residence and let me know he would be knocking on my door soon. He was extremely polite, friendly, professional and went right to work on the repair to my HVAC. He explained everything he needed to do to the unit and even showed me the bad part and the replacement part! I will definitely recommend Airtron to anyone that asks me for an HVAC repair company. Their office staff, Allison, is extremely professional too! All in all, great customer service. Keep up the great work!

The technician Charles first called from his van to let me is enroute He was extremely polite, friendly, professional and went right to work on my HVAC. He explained everything he needed to do to the unit and even found and showed me the bad part! I received a call that the part was in stock and the very next day Charles came back to do the installed Charles did an amazing job and a short time HVAC system was up and running the house interior went from feeling like a furnace to feeling like an refrigerator Oh what a good feeling that was! I will definitely recommend Airton to anyone that asks me for an HVAC repair company. Their office staff is extremely professional too! Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for AirTron Raleigh, NC due to an on-going issue with our HVAC system, specifically heating system repair. I have reached out to Holly Dunn for clarity. The technician who came to our home on October 30th was not able to fix our issue and stated that "he was not an electrician." I have now hired another heating and cooling company who was able to fix our issue on the same day and mentioned that any individual working with HVAC systems should be able to do "electrician" work. It appeared as if the AirTron technician didn't want to do his job that day. Currently looking to get out of our contract with AirTron and go with the other company who fixed our issue. There also seems to be a high turnover rate at AirTron.

Vale and Marco provided amazing customer service! Very pleased with the response and how wonderfully they took care of us!

The tech Sylvester Goode arrived in the time frame stated which is always nice. He completed the routine maintenance and replaced the filter in a very professional manner. When he finished he explained what work he had done very clearly which was nice.

Charles visit today was really helpful explaining how a heater disconnect works, and what may cause it to burn. Thank you, Charles !

Allison was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of quickly. She sent out a team who were not only professional but also efficient, and they did an amazing job replacing our furnace. Lyndon is a very nice, polite man. He spent time with me figuring out what type of new thermostat I needed. Appreciate that.
