They are consistently thorough and professional...from the owner, JD, to Stephanie, coordinating everything, to the field technicians. Ryan was so nice and explained everything in detail. He even made friends with my dog! Quality service, every time!

Both Matt and Miles were great when one of our a/c units was not working. We had expected to need to replace it, but Matt did a thorough inspection and determined it was not necessary. Miles came out to complete the service and made sure our unit was running efficiently, giving us tips to help it continue to do so.

A great experience start to finish. Miles arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what went wrong with our A/C unit and went over the repair costs with us in a clear way. The pricing was reasonable too. My A/C is back up and running and it feels great. Also, Miles is a great conversationalist and he complimented my dog. 10/10

Cool Change saved the day! After three other HVAC companies failed to fix the system, Ryan from Cool Change took on the challenge. He worked tirelessly, even in high temperatures, navigating the attic to pinpoint the problem. His perseverance paid off: he discovered a faulty safety switch and a clogged drain line. Despite a broken machine during the drain line clearing, Ryan remained committed. He called for backup machine, got a new one, and saw the job through to completion, meticulously explaining each step and what to expect next. His dedication and expertise got the HVAC running normally again. Cool Change is highly recommended for anyone facing HVAC issues.

Just had Cool Change install a brand-new duel fuel heat pump+gas furnace combination and start to finish I had a great experience. Stephanie did an excellent job putting together multiple options for quotes, explaining the differences, then getting my installation scheduled. Next, the installers themselves (Michael and Santos) were incredible--super professional, friendly, helpful, and did a truly amazing job cleaning up and labeling everything. Their attention to detail was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. Finally, the system works great!

Cool Change has been so easy to work with and so helpful with my HVAC needs. They have always been very responsive when I called and very professional. My old system recently died and was replaced in the spring. They did a great job with that and offered a free checkup this fall before the heating season began. Their technician Miles found a faulty breaker in the backup heat strips for my heat pump before it could become a problem this winter. I am very appreciative of their concern for me as a customer.
