They just came to replace a gas valve in our attic furnace. Ian was in and out in 45 minutes. We have used this company for about 15 years. They have done major and minor work.

We don’t do this for most companies but we signed up for twice yearly checkups every six months. Usually to check the system before using AC or heat. It’s turned out to be a good idea. They caught a small gas leak last time, turned off the gas line, ordered the part they needed and scheduled service. It was about two weeks to get the part. Once received they scheduled repair in a few days. A+++

Excellent and Professional Service

I recently had a new heat exchanger installed by Custom Air Conditioning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. Adam and Thomas did an exceptional job. The installation was completed efficiently, neatly and to a very professional standard. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly.

The workmanship was outstanding and they ensured the work area was spotless before leaving. Richard’s engagement throughout the process was excellent and the charges were reasonable. The level of customer service truly exceeded expectations.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Custom Air Conditioning and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. It’s refreshing to see a company that takes genuine pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer care.

Quan was great - crawled into our small crawl space and then put together an estimate for exactly what was needed. Friendly, knowledgeable and good to know he would do the actual work!

On time for the appointment, very professional, easy to talk to, and efficient in getting us a good quote. What more could we ask for? (Note, we have not done the work yet, so cannot comment. Just a quote today.)

Unfortunately time to replace HVAC. Old system was 17 years so not a big surprise just bad timing in the middle of an extreme heat wave. Had a bad experience with prior company and it was like night and day with Thermo Direct. Aaron showed up on time and gave me several options. Looked up the unit he offered and it had great reviews for reliability and efficiency. Also I know exactly what I paid for old unit 17 years ago and the new unit given inflation and the warranty was only about 1200.00 more. So I think that was reasonable.
Not pleasant of course but part of the cost of maintaining a.home, car etc. I would recommend this company to a friend and I am glad it is local as well.
Origanally gave a five star review. However my recent warranty service was problematic, and this is for a system that is only 4 months old. First off I had to call about the service that was supposed to occur and it turns out they never filed the warranty, which cost 800 dollars. So if I hadn't called they would have had an extra 800 in their pocket and I'm screwed. Second there was a problem found and noted by the technician during the service call that I had called to his attention. The technician said he talked to his Manager, told him there was a problem and the company would reach out to me the next day to get out asap to fix (again this HVAC is 4 months old) the issue. Did I get a call? No I did not. I call the following day explain to 'Jasmine' the issue, ask why I did not get a call and again she said she had no paperwork to indicate there was any problem with my service. Again my paperwork got 'misfiled'. Jasmine said she would email the manager and the technician and the manager would definitely reach out to me the next day. Again, no call next day from anyone. So now going on day five for my 'priority' service for my 10,000.00 dollar system and I will have to call again for my 'priority'' service. And get the runaround again. I bet they will claim no record of my call again.

Phillip was excellent! He originally stopped by just to quote a new water heater, but while he was here, he heard some strange sounds coming from the crawl space. He insisted on checking it out to be safe, and sure enough, he discovered a hidden leak.

He immediately took control of the situation. He called his plumbing team to get someone out ASAP, contacted his HVAC crew to fix the damaged ductwork, and even coordinated with a restoration service to dry out the water damage. In a very stressful situation, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Once that was handled, we finalized the water heater quote and got it scheduled for the very next day. I can’t thank Phillip enough, he is outstanding!

I've have been repeatedly impressed with how Thermo Direct techs and staff interact with me. They're respectful and helpful, which helps build trust, and it sets them apart. Specific shoutout to Felipe; I have half a mind to ask if he wants to hang out next time he comes. He cares and shows genuine enthusiasm in his interactions and makes you feel like you aren't just another stop on his route. Keep up the great work, Felipe and ThermoDirect team!

Super pleased with speed, efficiency and professionalism from the first step to the last of a water heater issue and solution. Stephen, the technician, was great! He was friendly but professional. I would hire them/him again!

Stephen did a great job installing both whole-home filter and under-kitchen sink filters for us, even though our home and our equipment presented a lot of challenges. He just kept working at it until he made it all work perfectly. Highly recommend.

Thermo Direct was a Godsend. They came out to service our old HVAC system so we'd have heat during some very cold nights. They also replaced to old system with a new one. Everyone at Thermo Direct is so helpfu & friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any work done. A+ service.

New customer looking for an electrician. Called Monday and made a Thursday morning (window) appointment from 8-12. Called them Thursday at 12 to see if they were still coming. I was told the technician was still at the job before mine and I was next. At 1:04 I got a text saying “you’re the next job!” At 2:35, I called and cancelled my appointment. I feel like my appointment was never recorded and they were trying to squeeze me in where there was no room. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ll find someone else.

From Keisha in Customer Service to Phillip who came out to Quote the job to Michael Speich who did the installation everything was clearly explained in a prompt and courteous manner The also had the best price in town Do yourself a favor and call them today

Quan came out to talk about replacing our 12 year old hot water tank. He talked about all the different types and options available and provided us with a quote and no pushing on having it done by them, just nice pleasant friendly information and just a nice guy.

Some other subs must have cut the waterline under the house and he was able the locate and fix that problem in just a few minutes. I hope in the future if we have problems they send him. Also he helped us get the refrigerator off of the bolted down pallet and slide it back in place on a Friday night.
So we don't get any more scratches on our HARDWOOD floors that the painters left us when they moved the refrigerator the first time. He was also very professional in everything he did. Thank you, Quan!

Joe was extremely professional in his work. He came in at the appointed time. The installation was done flawlessly and we can have a nice hot shower. Also, I would like to mention his assistant (apprentice David) who helped make this job easier. Thanks to Thermo Direct for having professionals like Phillip, Joe and David on their team. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Quan told me that I would need to contact Kohler (which has a lifetime warranty on parts), explain the issue and they would send me the part(s) needed yo fix my slow leak. Then he gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the part and didn't charge me for the consult.

After the Kohler parts arrived (2 weeks later), Quan returned and replaced a a bushing and gaskets in the spout assembly. That fixed the leak and he also cleared out the spout aerator which increased the water pressure. The repair took less time than expected so he charged me less than the estimate.

Quiet, focused, courteous and got thr job done quickly; advised us on what to watch for in other items that had the same type lf tubing. Drew up estimate quickly. Would defintely request again.

Based on a family member's recommendation I had Thermo Direct come out to diagnose my heat pump. They did a complete analysis of my problem and gave me the repair vs. replace data I needed to make an informed decision.
