I am eternally grateful for Ryan’s service at my mom’s house this summer. She is an elderly woman whose AC went out, and Ryan was efficient, kind, and attentive to her needs. He is truly one of the best workers I have ever met. Ryan was honest, direct, respectful of my mom’s time and money, and went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of AC service.

Ryan came out to our house to do scheduled maintenance on our heating system and mini split. He did an amazing job, and is super friendly and professional as always. He explains everything, shows pictures, answers questions...what more can you ask for? :)

For the first time in 20 years of having my units serviced, i am happy that i don't feel being taken advantage of. I have a large home, four furnaces and four AC units. Its a lot of maintenance with high expenses that requires me to shop around. In the past it has always been extra maintenance or replacement of something even though my systems were running well. This time with Cool Change, it was a detailed maintenance with full explanations from their tech. No extra maintenance and nothing needing replacement, just a couple of non forced recommendations. Finally! No pressure, no sales pitch. Just great service, curtesy, on time and very respectful to an elder woman that could be a target of adding unnecessary costs to my bill. I sign up for the service plan to make sure this company continues the maintenance on all my units resulting in longer lifespans. Thank you Cool Change.

Another fantastic visit from Cool Change and Kendall! We had an emergency hvac issue, and within 24 hours he was here to diagnose the problem, and fix it.

I called Cool Change, because our displays were blank. I tried several things on my own. I was hesitant to call, thinking I could probably find out the reason. I called and Ryan was sent out. He found the problem in a short amount of time. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job repairing the problem. If you have an HVAC need, give them a call.

Cool Change has provided amazing service over the years. From maintaining an old system to installing a new one, they’ve always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had my heating and air conditioning system serviced by other companies before but never as thoroughly or with as much care as Cool Change provided me with. During the course of our visit Kendall discovered a cracked heat exchanger, he made sure to show us and explained exactly what the issue was & why we needed to address it. Our 23 year old furnace needed to be replaced, Kendall called their estimator Matthew and he was here the same day. I had other quotes before but after seeing how thorough and meticulous Matthew was I knew they were my company. Our system was installed a few days later & the two workers, Santos & Sharon were beyond professional, they did exactly what Matthew told us & we had hot air that evening.

Working with Matthew Wright was an excellent experience from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and takes the time to explain options clearly without any pressure. What stood out most was how focused he was on finding the right solution for the home, not just the most expensive one.

Matthew is professional, punctual, and genuinely cares about comfort and efficiency. He listens carefully, and makes sure every concern is addressed before moving forward. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in making sure his customers feel confident in their decisions.

Ryan did a good job. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. He replaced the defective part and showed me the new part installed on the unit. I don't mind recommending Cool Exchange to other people.

Our tech Ryan was thorough and descriptive with assessing our furnace that was original to the house. He took time to diagnose the system and was able to provide, pictures, and video explaining the recommendations. The 1998 furnace had multiple updates that were needed. He was able to connect me to the office to pick out the quote that works best for our situation. I would highly recommend and look forward to using them in the future.

Every time I've dealt with this company has been a great experience. I shopped around for a new furnace recently, and Cool Change has been the best by far. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and aren't just trying to sell you something.

On a recent visit, Ryan helped answer some question I had and explained a ton about my setup. It was really helpful to understand the technical side of the issue.

After replacing my upstairs heat pump , I was so impressed with Cool Change, their work, and customer service that I called them back to replace my downstairs unit. This company works great as a team with each member contributing to the success of the project . Matt Daniel, Stephanie, Miles, Shannon and Alex were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues.

I decided it was time to get my package unit replaced and after getting 4 estimates, I went with Cool Change. I am so glad I did. The first person I spoke with was Stephanie. She was friendly from the moment she picked up the phone and everytime after that. She sent Matt out to do my estimate. He answered all my questions. I told him that I was going to be having my out of state family look over all the estimates I was getting. He didn't ever try to "hard sell" me. I can only imagine it is because he believes in the product he was selling and knew the product would sell itself. When Shannon and Carter came to do the install, they arrived on time, were very thorough and probably the nicest team I have ever had out to do repairs on my home. The owner, JD, and his daughter (who I didn't meet but did see) even stopped by to check on Shannon and Carter's progress! WOW! When does the owner stop by just because? NEVER! And the guys seemed very relaxed with him. 4 days after the install, When Ryan came back for the final inspection with the city. He must love his job! He smiled the entire time we interacted. He patiently went over how to work my thermostat, what to expect next, showed me photos of the completed work and made certain I didn't have any questions. This company is first class all the way around! I highly recommend them!
