As a construction project inspector, I work with a lot of contractors. Jeff and his restoration crew are top notch. Jeff as well as Brandon always go above and beyond to insure the job is done right and the public is satisfied with the results.

This company is pretty shady! They came up to my door banging like crazy. I’m disabled and when I was able to get to the door they demanded to come in to do something to my gas lines. I asked for ID and a work order. I was told they were not obligated to give that to me. I asked for the man’s name again I was told they are not obligated to give that to me. Then asked for a supervisor name & number, again I was told not obligated to give that. I told them they couldn’t come in, I will take a picture of the license plate on truck and calling police. They quickly left. Called Duke energy and was told they have no work orders for my home and I should not let them in. They told me anyone doing work for them are required to show ID and provide a 30 day notice before coming to your home! Do not trust this company!!!!

RLA was in parker city Indiana replacing gas lines. They did very little to fix the damage they did to my property. I was ask if I was satisfied with there restoration. My answer was no I'm not satisfied. They put grass seed down put some straw on top of it. Just to cover up the damage. So not please at all. Very disappointed RLA UTILITIES. Update as of 11:47am on 7 24 2025. Raked up the straw and there were big rocks in the damage part of my yard. If I went to mow it would have destroyed my mower. No answer when I called them today.

I was notified some months back that RLA would be working with Duke Energy doing work to the gas lines in the neighborhood. A young man name Chris and his crew were awesome! Provided clear communication and Chris even came back to repair a hole outside where the gas meter was moved. The hole was plugged yet I still had concerns. Chris returned, as he said he would, and re-enforced the hole. Friendly crew and great service all around❤️

Hey, this Ken Ziegler. I just had RLA show up at my house in record time to take care of some landscaping that had to be done because of repair work that was needed.Adam should up introduced himself and in a puff of smoke there was four more men already cleaning up my property.His crew got right to work and when they were finished Adam came and got me for my approval.They were not going to leave until I was totally satisfied. The landscaping was only surpassed by the courteousness ,professionalism , and all around great attitude of all the men. If only other businesses could learn from the outstanding etiquette and work ethics these guys have especially in this scorching heat. My hat goes off to Adam and his crew.Thank you all for an amazing job.👍💪⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

RLA has been doing work in and around our area for years and we have had nothing but great experiences with them! Always professional and respectful while following all safety rules and regulations.
While working on our street they went above and beyond when having to replace our sidewalk and laying down grass seed so it wouldn’t be a muddy mess, it turned out beautifully! One of the higher ups, Mr. Moody, happened to be in town and personally inspected the work.
I have heard from friends that it is also a great company to work for with lots of benefits and opportunities for hard working individuals.
I couldn’t recommend RLA enough for all your underground construction needs!

RLA ran our new gas line for Duke Energy and did a fantastic job. They were punctual, super nice, and cleaned up afterward. Couldn’t ask for a better crew.

RLA always makes sure to get our new gas services installed in a timely manner. I would like to thank Tim and Will for getting things knocked out when it’s crunch time for homes to be completed.

Overall good experiences with RLA running gas service to new construction. Duke Energy puts them in a bind most of the time. Some crews are better than others, if you get Tim M and his crew on the job you know it'll get done quickly and properly.

RLA utilities did some contracting work for Duke Energy on my property. They installed a replacement gas line. Everyone that came out to my house whether it was the guys that did the camera work for the line, or the guys who located the sewer line and the crew that did the drilling were exceptional. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They took every precaution to do the most minimal work on my lawn. One shout out to Earl who coordinated most of this. If I were hiring he would be the top of my list. Thanks, don ransenberg

I personally work for a home builder getting utilities installed in a timely fashion is very critical for us today we had Garrett B and Dylan R. On site, I would have to say they went above and beyond to help get utilities for the gas line installed on a home that is pressured to close on time very grateful for these two individuals. I hope they continue to come back to my communities As I continue to build

I work with RLA on a regular basis in new home construction. Tim Mallory is my primary contact and I have had nothing but positive experiences working with him and his team.

They communicate especially well in a field where it can be difficult to maintain schedules, especially with third parties being involved majority of the time. Thank you RLA!

Should teach their drivers to not park illegally in neighborhoods. No consideration for the people who live where they are working . Truck was parked in both spots for two plus days straight. First picture is a clear as day a no parking anytime zone due being the entrance to the neighborhood and the other picture is the same part of the street but they are parked on the no parking side of the street . This section is already a pain getting in an out of but then you add this truck a makes it dam near unsafe for everyone that lives back here .

Ethan H. and crew replaced our gas line into the house. They were prompt, professional, and quick. The work was done well and communication during the whole process was excellent.

We work with RLA as a production home builder. Their crews are great! They are helpful when we have questions and they hit their target dates for installs. Tim is the one that I work with most and it’s nice to have someone who is willing to communicate and get the job done as quickly as possible.

They did an amazing job on some landscaping, concrete, and carpentry work I needed done after my home was flooded.
